Excellent service, excellent food. Nothing short of 5 stars! The meat is of high quality and cooked right there every day. They use fresh iceberg lettuce instead of romaine and were very accommodating in finding us options that were not spicy. We asked for some toppings to be sent on the side because we weren't sure we liked them, and it was not a problem! The service was very fast and efficient. It's a healthy meal and a good change from all the fast food one eats on a road trip.Vegetarian options: Rice, salada, or burrito with beans and without meat.

It's like a family owned Chipotle/Qdoba! It's not as spicy as I would like but that could be a Utah thing and they have hot sauce for people like me. Unique atmosphere that has plenty of natural light. Super friendly staff! They were definitely getting overwhelmed with the rush but maintained their smiles and greeted everyone very nicely.

They use the freshest ingredients. I ordered the steak and pork taco - the meat was so tender and delicious.Vegetarian options available with the beans and rice - Vegetable burrito was delicious as well.Definitely order a house made margarita from them.

What a pleasant surprise this taco joint was! Headed to Hanksville for the nearest gas station for gas and coffee while boo decking in the area, and lo and behold, Outlaw’s Roost next door beckoned us with their cold brew signs. We ended up getting their tacos and a take-home burrito that felt about 2lbs heavy. High quality meat and ingredients. Highly recommend!

We were driving through Hanksville and stopped for dinner. I was kinda expecting a western bar with the name, but so wrong. Very family friendly. The lady taking our order was very helpful and so nice to talk with. She made The Best Margarita!!! We built our salads, with her help, and they were delicious. It’s a Must Stop when you’re in the area.

What a gem to find! Awesome food, quenching margaritas and friendly faces!We had tacos of each protein and all were exceptional. My favorite were the chicken as it was moist and well seasoned, soft fluffy tortillas, and fresh cilantro.I almost forgot to mention the salsa and chips that are warm and dusted with seasoning to order.You can taste the care put into their food.

SUPER sweet employees. We always have such a wonderful experience here when we’re on our way home from Powell. The margaritas are a must have and the chips and salsa are a fan favorite!! You have got to give this place a try!

This is a cute little taco and burrito place in hanksville, and their food and service was excellent ❤ my husband and I stopped there for lunch on our way home from camping. I was hesitant to get some things on my burrito because I can be kind of a picky eater and I don't like alot of salsas so they offered to let me taste all of them to make sure i got one i liked and they were all amazing!!! The staff was all really nice and welcoming too 😊 we will definitely make a point to go there in the future whenever we are in the area👍

This restaurant is a wonderful refuge from the burger joints, and convenience store food you seem to run into alot in this area. First thing that struck me about the place is the great design choices, and superb relaxed atmosphere. The food also surprised me with it's freshness, and quality of ingredients. Katie was very welcoming, and her husband cooked our burritos perfectly. We will be back.

This was a surprising find in the middle-of-nowhere Utah. It's like a Chipotle where you build-your-own burrito or bowl (or tacos).We had a Burrito and a Rice Bowl and both were good. The service was super friendly and the lady serving and at checkout seemed to really care about her work.

My wife and I stopped here on our way to Capital Reef for a cold brew and some salsa and chips which were really good. We met one of the owners Katie who was super cool. We stayed at the park way longer than planned and on the way back to Moab decided to have dinner there as well. Tacos were delicious. Went back to the park the next day (found my sun glasses) and again stopped by and had lunch, Burrito bowls this time. Yum. Katie and Doug are good people and you should make this a stop on you way in and out of Capital.

I visited Outlaw's back in August and couldn't have been more excited when I found this place. The owners were absolutely wonderful to talk to, giving us a rundown of the area and recommendations of things to see. I had a blast ordering tacos based on the owners recommendations. The tacos were fabulous and all ingrediencies were nice and fresh! My husband and I came back the next day to try the Burrito bowls which was hands down my favorite.

This is definitely the place to stop if you are hungry. Being vegetarian, can be hard to find anything tasty in these areas. But..., you can design your burrito or salad and there are enough veggie choices to make a tasty meal! Nice selection of Utah beers. Hubby had a coffee to stay awake for the rest of the drive and he said "Now this is good coffee!" They prepare it on the spot cup by cup. Happy to have found this friendly place - open Sunday too.

We stopped here in the late afternoon after a long hike at Capitol Reef NP and it was perfect. I had a burrito with steak and the Jacamole drizzle, which was fantastic. My wife had a steak rice bowl and she loved it.The chips have this slight red pepper dust on them that tastes amazing and pairs perfectly with the salsa.Place is clean, staff is friendly and food is delicious. If you’re in the area and looking for a place to eat try Outlaw’s Roost.We were traveling on vacation but if we’re ever in the area we’ll definitely eat here again.

Stopped in on the way by, and was very happy we did! Great food, it was fresh, and was exactly what we needed to get going again. I had no clue what to get and (I'm pretty sure it was the owner) was super helpful offering suggestions, and my burrito was fantastic. We were treated like friends, and it was a great experience! You won't be disappointed eating here.

Excellent Tacos. Absolutely scrumptious Margaritas with house made mix. Tight menu that has excellent execution. Great owners! Well deserved stop between Moab and Capitol Reef!
