Very nice, clean, friendly, reasonable place to stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, towels were thick, ac worked great. Patio table at ends of breezeway where we sat and a Hummingbird had built it's nest on the light fixture. The nest had two eggs in it and the mother was very attentive to her nest even with us sitting there. A very rare sight to see!Rooms: Clean and comfortable .

Great price and service. Located right next to EV charges as well. Clean and well maintained room.The manager called us before the office closed at 10 to ensure we could access our room, and I am incredibly appreciative and impressed by the care put into their service. Highly reccomend you stay here for a high quality affordable stay.

This is the absolute cutest motel I have ever been to. It has a vintage vibe, very clean and well kept exterior with pretty flowers out front of each room. The room was imacculant, comfortable, quiet and I parked my car right out front of my door. I have a very hard time staying in motel/hotels because I have such a bad back but the beds here was amazing. I did not hurt at all when I woke up. The gentleman running the place was very nice and even came over at 10pm to show me how to get hot water in the shower. Tip: run the sink water on hot and the shower on hot at the same time, wait five minutes and enjoy. I felt safe here and the AC was freezing cold and not annoying at all. I will definitely stay here again. $101 for Thursday night single king.

This jewel of a resting spot leaves the big chain-motels in the dust! Our check-in was a pleasure as was the comfy bed, clean hot shower, plush towels, and with the reasonable cost we were delighted with the fragrant, creamy soap! Lovely, clean and nicely decorated room.... Flower pots carefully tended, caulking in bathroom meticulous! What a wonderful surprise to find this treasure! We WILL be back!

Very clean and well maintained motel with a well-preserved retro vibe conveniently located to some of the major attractions of the area. It appeared that the furnishings and bathrooms had been recently upgraded.I will stay here again if I return to the area. There's a great little coffee house next door, also.

Such a lovely stay! Glenna is delightful and very accommodating! The room was very clean and well maintained, and the king bed was comfy and cozy. The grounds were also very well maintained and punctuated with beautiful red geraniums. Great location -- walking distance to Ray's Tavern (amazing steak!), a small grocery store and La Veracruzana (yummy Mexican fare!) Would definitely stay again. :)

Amazing customer service! Due to flight delays we arrived very late and staff stayed up and gave us a warm welcome. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were even more comfortable than those at home. At the end of our stay items were forgotten, and staff went waaaaay beyond in their efforts to help. Will always be staying here when in the area!

Nicely done Refreshed rooms with king beds Clean and neat exterior with planters and flowers. Coffee maker with mini fridge. Park in front of your room so convenient to get everything and clean up. Keys used vs a card. Shower is great. Sitting area outside . no negatives thus far.

I love this place! Clean, well maintained, classic 50's early 60's motel. I purposefully have timed my travel to stay at the Sleepy Hollow both going to and coming home from Yellowstone, and various other trips. We were just there last Monday August 1st 2022. The beds are over the top comfy, which after a long day's ride is greatly appreciated. Plus, I long ago met the original owner, and to the best of my knowledge the Sleepy Hollow is still run by the same family. There is some pretty cool heritage going on here, the husband and wife team also built the River Terrace in Green River.Lastly, I want to support the local community. When a corporate, national hotel chain comes into a small town, they pull money out of the local economy. Sure, the billionaire owned national hotel chains create few low paying jobs for a handful of people. But, the profits from your staying leave the community to some ludicrously rich people. On the other hand, staying at a locally owned motel, you can know all your hard earned money stays in the local community.And., like I said, those beds are so comfortable. I love Green River and the Sleepy Hollow. I hope the family has many more decades of success.

We were 4 girls pulling into Green River in the evening with no pre-booked accommodations after a long day of driving, and the Sleepy Hollow was the absolute nicest place we could have hoped for. Lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Room was immaculate, comfy, and spacious. Coffee machine worked great and actually made a decent cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend to any interstate travellers looking for a safe, clean, comfortable stay for the night!

Great Mom and Pop 50's motel that is CLEAN, nicely updated and comfortable. Close to a coffee place for morning if you don't want the in room coffee. Room #103 is a spacious king with a shady alcove outside the door.Minor things to know - no microwave in the room, no ice machine on premises, round toilet bowl. They have small bags of ice in the office for guests, but office hours are 4pm to 10pm only.Online reservation was quick and easy. Check in was fast and painless. Bonus, there is a nice park nextdoor.

Best motel experience on our cross country motorcycle trip. Motel is true to the 1960 vibe, but everything is updated and works. Clean clean clean. Bed plush, comfortable and 4 fluffy pillows. Drink machine $1.25 and yes, it worked. Standing out to me was the attention to detail of the property. Parking lot well maintained, landscaping well done and no signs of discarded cigarette butts. Bonus, nice park next door.Wish we could stay longer, but the road calls. You wont regret staying here.

This motel is fantastic. The room was so clean without the wierd cleaning solution smell. Also the room was updated and decorated both simply and nicely.There were adequate towels and washcloths!The outdoor flowers along with two areas to sit outdoors added a nice touch.A nice park on one side and a coffee shop around the corner!The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful.Traveling alone, I felt completely safe staying here!Thank you so much!I love this is independently owned

Super nice and helpful staff. Rooms have just been upgraded and updated. Everything is clean. I like that they kept the 1950s 1960s feel and style with some of the furniture and the curvy mirror and the cool light fixture on the ceiling. The area here is beautiful! The scenery is awesome. I ate at the GrubHub across the street. I was able to walk across the street and sit outside looking at the beautiful clouds and mountains. This hotel is family own for three generations. Fantastic price and fantastic location right off the 70. There is a super nice park across the street with huge trees.

This place is a gem! It is clean and well maintained for a budget price. The man in the office was very helpful and friendly. They have pots of flowers alongside the doors which add a nice touch. It's a small vintage motel with about 16 rooms so I'd recommend making a reservation first. A+!

Nice remodeled rooms clean and fresh. The beds we're comfy and the linens were new. Great price and a great location. The heater for the room was a little noisy but quieted down by morning. I just think it hadn't been run in ages. The coffee in the room was a nice to have in the morning. I would recommend the Mexican restaurant across the street too.

This adorable little Retro Hotel is family owned. Completely remodeled, & super clean. There IS a coffee maker, tv, basically we’ve always been Choice Hotels people. The Comfort Inn was all booked, and everywhere else wanted $120 a night. But then THIS! You WANT to stay here. Great family story and the gentleman running it loves what he does, and you can tell.

Lots of options on this stretch but I chose this place based off of reviews, especially being a solo traveler. Rolled in late at night just after hours unexpectedly needing a room and was lucky enough to snag one. The staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean, ac was strong, lots and lots of fresh towels. Felt safe

We gave it a try based on all the positive reviews and must agree everyone is right, this is the best place to stay in Green River. It’s a traditional style motor court, updated to modern standards and is very nice. One thing that impresses the most is how bright everything is in the room and bathroom, fabulous lighting. Beautiful grounds, clean and quiet, great Wi-Fi, very strong air conditioning, fridge and microwave, a beautiful night’s sleep. What’s missing? No breakfast, front office is only open 4-10pm, but they’ll give you a bag of ice the night before to keep in the freezer in the fridge to use in the morning if you so desire. This will definitely be our go to place whenever we are passing through the area.

This must be the best place to stay in Green River. We were looking for a clean and inexpensive motel. And we found the best! We were welcomed into a comfy lobby and got our room with no trouble. The room was sparkling clean with a great bed. All updated, hot shower, great artwork, retro furniture. We slept longer than we usually do simply because it was so comfortable. If you are looking for clean, reasonable, friendly, and comfortable, look no further. This unassuming motel is a gem.

Super friendly, fast, and courteous check in. Lady is very kind and pleasant to do business with. Room was nice, clean, comfy bed, modern TV, and surprisingly fast high speed WiFi. I was able to watch a 4k move and Youtube videos on my 4k laptop. I was lucky to get a room without reservation at 3:30pm for this place fills up at least by 5 or 6, if not earlier. I rented without reservation due to Motel 6 reservation falling through on account of staff shortage preventing a room being possible I had booked. Very nice classic motor motel in nice well taken care of condition with some modern accents like lights, TV, high speed WiFi, and small fridge. The only thing wrong with it was I couldn't lock my door from the outside so I just didn't leave much in the room while I was out in the car and rooms 1, 2, and 3 don't really have parking spaces for the guy in 3 had just pulled into my space when I was arriving back from one short outing, but I parked in the empty room 8 space and it wasn't a problem. Had there actually been a shortage of parking spaces, there is lots of room in front, near the office, and by the building so that probably wouldn't ever be a problem for that's where large vehicles might park despite a funny quirk in the layout design of the place preventing from every room having it's car right in front if they were all full. Very nice one night quiet stay for bathing, movie, internet, and sleeping.

Budget hotel with comfortable bed and a reasonably clean shower. Small amount of funk in the anti skid surface of the tub. I don't like that they still have a "key" entry and no ice machine. In room brew coffee pot for a quick cup was drinkable.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile and positive, welcoming attitude. The room was very clean, and updated, smelled very nice, AC worked great and the shower and bathroom area was very nice. The outside is so beautifully decorated with flower gardens and flower pots near each doorway for the guests. Theres also a nice patio table outside too. In all honesty they could be charging a lot more for these rooms. They are wonderful and I would recommend this motel to anyone that's passing through the area! We will deffinitly come back next time we are in the area!
