This hotel was a pleasant surprise coming in from East Canyonlands. Great rooms, great locations, and great eating options within walking distance. The made to order breakfast was way better than any hotel I've ever stayed at.It was amazing sitting on the river front patio watching the river flow by, and a beaver do its thing. Very zen.The bad? The fan motors in the room all had bad bearings and were knocking. The HVAC unit and the bathroom fans were noisy. I normally sleep with ear plugs so it wasn't much of an issue. The other issue, when checking in, I asked if the room had river access, and the woman at the desk seemed annoyed and terse with me. Also after I asked if there was a military discount. Okay, sorry, I didn't come prepared with all my research done. I just asked a simple question.

Stopped by on accident on a busy October weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised. Its not fancy; but the rooms are clean, spacious with a fantastic location. Solid breakfast, and friendly staff. It's not a 5-star hotel (seems other reviews expected that), but it's cozy and a great value if you're passing through central Utah.

Stayed here early June, spent 3 nights on the top floor with a view of the river, our room was spotless and spacious, beds are confortables, the gardens and pool/hot tub area are nice and well taken care of .Breakfast was nice, eggs to order, some great homemade salsa, overcooked potatoes and some fruits. The price is unbeatable, and it is a family owned property not a corporation.

We have went by at ate at the restaurant next door which is so great. The coffee bar is excellent. The lady that checked us in was pleasant We were told we would have a complimentary breakfast We went to breakfast and were treated to the guard standing at the door who wouldn’t let us in. We had to stand to read the menu and were treated like we weren’t paying guests. Questioned where our green voucher for breakfast was. Which we weren’t given, not our fault, and that was so unpleasant. Watched several who got really upset as they came in. One customer just left. My brother in law didn’t eat because of the way our whole party was treated. The fresh cooked pancakes were delicious too bad they don’t know how to treat their customers. Everything else was a great experience except for the way we were treated at breakfast. You could tell we weren’t transients looking for a free breakfast. The man behind the desk was not there at checkout. There were four other sets of room cards on the counter for anyone to take.

Stayed here a few times when passing through and the rooms are always decent. Located right on the river and there is patio/lounge areas outside with fireplaces (bring your own wood). Always a good time. Decent sized pool and hot tub as well. Located right next to Tamarisk restaurant which also has a really nice coffee shop inside (Swell Coffee Co)

Loved this place! The outdoor atmosphere is wonderful, with many places to sit and enjoy the river. We stayed in a room with a king bed. It was very spacious and had an extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom so my husband and I could get ready at the same time. And yes, the breakfast was delicious!

This little hotel was a hidden gem we found accidentally on our early summer road trip. This hotel is adorable. Many of the rooms look out onto the rushing Green River. The banks of the river are landscaped beautifully. You can walk out your room right onto the river and just sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful views. THe pool and hot tub are nice. They are kept up well and my 10-year-old son had a great time swimming. This place reminds us of one of those old 1950s hotels...we joked that a classy supper club should be attached. It is incredibly clean, the rooms are huge and the staff is friendly. The included breakfast is phenomenol - made to order omelets, eggs, pancakes, French toast. Big cinnamon rolls, fruit, yogurt, breads and excellent coffee on the breakfast buffet. We stopped by again on our way back through town to end our road trip. We would highly recommend this lovely gem! It is definitely THE best place to stay in the Green River area.

Place is likely better than its competition in the area. The only thing that is nice is the outside patio area next to the river and the pool. Otherwise the rooms are VERY dated. I see a lot of people giving this place 5 stars, however this is likely how they decorated their homes back in the early 80s. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either but at least it was provided.

My family and I stopped here for an overnight stay during our expedition from Las Vegas, NV to Boulder, CO. We arrived in the evening of 22 Aug 2023 and thought overall, the stay was good. I was really happy that we got a room at ground level because we traveled with a lot of luggage/items and it made it easier to transfer the goods to our room for the night. The room itself was decent; it definitely had its good and bad points. As for the negative things: (1) the room wasn't cleaned as good as it should have because we had a used milk container in our refrigerator. Also, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were already used from another hotel guest(s); (2) the room door was very difficult to open - it almost felt like we should be kicking the door down like someone was barricaded behind the door in some crime movie scene; (3) the luggage cart had a flat tire which made transporting our things to and from the vehicle challenging; (4) the mattresses were so hard that the next day I wasn't sure if I slept on the bed or the floor - I was glad that I brought some Motrin to somewhat ease the back pain; (5) although there were six pillows per bed, each pillow didn't provide much support which explains why you need that many pillows in the first place; and (6) the sink counters were so short. I'm not sure if I'm just spoiled with our taller sinks at home, but aside from getting my back messed up from the mattress, bending over to use the sink didn't feel lovely at all.The positive things about this hotel were: (1) the scenery was outstanding - our room was overlooking the Green River; (2) the water pressure was phenomenal even though we couldn't adjust the shower head at all; (3) the breakfast was extraordinary - we enjoyed all the food options available to us (also, the staff working in the restaurant were very friendly and cooked the food very fast); (4) the overall room size was adequate...I don't know what the other rooms look like in this hotel, but the one we got was definitely suitable to our needs; and (5) I enjoyed how our room had two sinks in there - it definitely makes it easier on families.Overall, the establishment was good and if you plan on staying in this little town/city, I urge you to stay here. But if you enjoy softer mattresses, I would recommend other hotels in the area, or bring your fair share of Motrin and/or Tylenol.

Nice place. We enjoyed our room and the balcony looking at the river through the trees. Good place for relaxing and bird watching. Our room was nice, a bit old fashioned, but we liked it.

This place is a gem and appropriately named. Wonderful river side terrace complete with fire pits and multiple lounges. The rooms are retro but attention was paid to the quality of the beds and linens. I don’t usually eat breakfast but I really enjoyed the made to order breakfast from their in-house chef. Great place to rest and recover. Tesla super charging station across the street! Awesome pool!

This hotel is absolutely spotless, which is a relief when you've been traveling across the country and need a nice place to rest. It isn't super modern in decoration, but it isn't old and stale either. That ads to the comfortable charm of it, I think. We got good sleep and only wish we had woken up for breakfast because I only heard good things about it. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for providing a great property!

What a beautiful place. Glad we stayed here instead of in Moab. This is right by the river and has very nice seating by the river. Nice patio area, pool and hot tub. Amazing flowers and little waterfallQuiet and romantic . Rooms ery clean and spacious, microwave and refrigerator. Our room had a patio which overlooked the river. The price includes breakfast with made to order omelettes, french toast and pancakes. Grat bargain. You will have to drive 40 minutes to get to arches but waaaay better than motels in Moab for quality and priceNearby activities: Arches and canyonland about a 45 minute drive. We ate at the taco truck in town at night which was delicious and for lunch we went to sweet cavings for lunch
