Excellent customer service. They were out of a particular item I was in search of, however, instead of just shrugging her shoulders and saying sorry, she redirected me to another store in Grantsville that had that item. While I didn’t spend my money here that day, I will go back in the future because I know that this business puts customers needs first. I like that they didn’t try to send me to Tooele but kept me in town- we like to see business supporting business

Tina the store manager is extremely rude. I will never visit this store again after growing up in Grantsville and living here my entire life and always supporting local businesses I will never spend another dime here. After using a boom lift that broke down on me while in the air and waiting 3 weeks for my money to be refunded, She calls and accuses me of breaking the machine, talks over me when I tried to ask what was broke.? Then yells in the phone you will get the bill when it’s repaired and hangs up on me. Customer service.? No way in hell.!!!!!

Have gone in there for a lot of random things and they have a good selection for a home town hardware store. The customer service is the best too! Prices are a little high in comparison to the big orange store, but it's to be expected and sometimes I really don't want to spend the gas money or the time to go up to Tooele. So, this is the place! Love it! Thanks for being here in Grantsville, we will always need this little hardware store here. They also rent out equipment for decent prices.

Recently I rented a skid steer from Alex. I didn’t have a truck big enough to pull it, Alex offered to deliver it and pick it the it up at no extra charge with his personal vehicle. He went way above any beyond with his customer service. I highly recommend shopping at the south fork hardware in Grantsville! Great job Alex and all the staff!

I don't know who owns the hardware store now. My experience has only been with the employees who have been the most friendly and helpful you can find. They provide excellent customer service, always load heavy bags of grain, always hunt down a particular nut or bolt I might need. Their treatment of customers is superb. You can't find that type of customer service at any other hardware store in Tooele County.

Southfork Hardware has been a godsend living in a smaller town. Their employees are knowledgeable and they are willing to order and even stock items that you need on a regular basis. I cannot say enough good things about them.

My family will never shop here again. As if their astronomically high prices aren't enough, their employee thinking she has the right to berate my 4 year old son makes me furious. He was a curious boy who slid a couple of the yellow tags on the shelves. His mother told him to stop, and he did. This lady has the audacity to get in my son's face and belittle him. We will go out of our way to Tooele or West Valley from now on.

My name is Justin Wingfield. I was born with cerebral palsy and get around in a quickie 6-646SE (an electric wheelchair.) Due to my Spasticity, a lot of pressure is put onto my headrest. Due to that, overtime the gasket that keeps the headrest stable has worn down causing it to move around. I came into Southfork Hardware and Alex, the General Manager of the store, was so kind to help me fix this problem and help me prevent it in the future. He saved me having to to Alpine home Medical in Salt Lake. I would recommend coming here to anyone. It is so awesome the we can have our own great hardware store here in Grantsville. Alex and his staff always go above and beyond to help things get done. It is nice to know that when I have a problem I can turn to Southfork Hardware.

Great little store for little odds and ends. Employees lack in customer service as far as helping you find something in store. Also the older women there is very rude when asking for help when you cannot find what you are looking for. You’re better driving to salt lake

We enjoyed our visit there very much. The woman who helped us was very helpful. We also bought some delicious chocolate walnut fudge which was very good. We would recommend anyone to visit there.

Excellent customer service and a fairly good selection. Sometimes a little more expensive than the big box stores but worth it especially for the service and in my case saving a trip to home depot in Tooele.

Cameron Sidwell the owner of these Southfork Hardware stores is an unethical, egotistic owner who has too high of an opinion of himself. Maybe its because he has money and thinks he can treat his employees in a most disdainful manner. He treats his employees like dirt. On December 22, 2014 he made a call to one of his outstanding employees (on the employees day off). The employee politely told him he was having lunch and asked if he could call him when he was finished or better yet meet with him to talk. He rudely told him no. He was mean and abrupt with him and would not let him speak. Before he hung up with his employee he asked him his age. The employee responded by telling him he would be turning 60 in February. After the employee answered him, he sarcastically and in a mean direct way he told him "YOU ARE DONE, YOU ARE REPLACEABLE, HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE A LOSER AT 60? Sidwell the thing was that you were on speaker phone and everyone sitting around us in the diner heard how arrogant of a person you are. You brought in a new hire made her Manager since she was younger even though she was a felon. I guess she really conned you. I guess that is okay with you, when she starts to age you will probably let her go to since it is very clear that you discriminate against age, and you probably don't stop there. From that telephone conversation that day you really showed the true you. Pretty pathetic!!! I am so glad he no longer works for an organization who is discriminating. You know there are laws about this, or maybe you haven't a clue and maybe one day you will find out the hard way just how you should treat your employees. Your prices are much hire than Home Depot so people should start driving just a few miles to Home Depot and save some money while shopping at a good well known store with a good reputation. It is too bad you could not meet with him to talk because you are unethical, abusive with your power and do not know how to treat your employees. The good thing about this is that more people will know what spineless piece of work you really are. This was your loss Sidwell. You lost a very caring individual with excellent customer service skills who would help anyone who walked into the store no matter what. YOUR LOSS not his. Oh by the way I had to rate it the one star or it would not be published. You deserve 0 stars.

Nice lady at the counter. Nice selection of interior stain. They have a giant cat, I guess for rodent control. I think that's super cool.
