It's hard to find a place that sells aebleskivers. Rucas does it right. Taste is great. The razzle dazzle has a perfect blend or the tart raspberries with sweet filling. Grabbed a big bear breakfast, and it was done right. Eggs light a fluffy and bacon the right amount of crispness. Views of bear lake ate amazing with he outside seating, or you can be on he other side to view the mountains. Friendly staff and some extras like gift shop right there as well.

Atmosphere: 5/5 Quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Smoothies: 6/5Quaint little breakfast/lunch/dinner spot! The raspberry smoothie is my absolute favorite, if you’re stopping here it’s a must!! Their food is good and there is plenty of seating. Cute souvenirs available and there is a boutique too but wasn’t open when I was there. Clean bathrooms. Really enjoyed this place.

If you don't stop to get Aebleskivers here you're missing out! We stopped multiple times in one trip so we could try a handful of the different flavors. They're incredible! The workers were also friendly and helpful in deciding what we should try each time we visited.

This place was playing the best beach vibed music. There is a ton of outdoor seating with shade. They have Aebleskivers (dutch pancakes) and local raspberry jam they offer with their toast. There isn’t a whole lot of parking, but enough. They have a restroom in the back of the shack. The coffee was great as well! Really cute and relaxing place to stop by.

We really enjoyed Breakfast at Ruca's my Wife and I both got the Bear Breakfast plate with Coffee. Everything was Delicious and tasted very good and freshly made. The StrawBerry jelly was soo' delicious with the Razzle Dazzel. Great Customer Service and attention to detail. I Would def Recommend Ruca's, it's like the great old fashion plates.

I was here 2 years ago, and still think about it ALL of the time!! Very unique and delicious. Although the wait was long, it is very much worth it! You don’t find places with this authenticity often. I believe it’s closed for the season, which is very unfortunate because I don’t make it to this side of Idaho often… but considering a trip too Denmark for Aebelskivers 😆 100% stop here if you can!

Ruca's is such a cute place with a great vibe! It caught our eye as we made our way through town to the resort. Their famous for their abelskivers so we had to try them along with mom's special breakfast of two eggs, bacon and sausage. Delicious! There were plenty of tables and chairs with umbrellas and some bean bag toss while you wait. We even spotted a mule deer while there. The staff was fun and friendly, food was incredible and the atmosphere was chill.

I find, in life, you generally get what you pay for - and this is no exception. It won't replace my day-to-day coffee, but it's well worth splashing out on if I fancy some caffeine based, self-indulgence and luxury. I am always willing to try it and I’m always sceptical, but after tasting, unanimously agree it has a superior, bitter-free taste than the run of the mill stuff.When it’s Sunny and 65* is a pretty solid place to sit under the sun shade.

Loved their raspberry aebleskivers, just as good as in Solvang! Sitting is outdoors so bring a jacket in the morning or evening. Nice casual place to grab yummy food.

Went for breakfast, due to limited staffing, they only had their special Danish breakfast item, Aebleskivers. We got one Raspberry and one strawberries and whipped cream type. They were delicious and came 7 to an order. Splitting 1 order for a couple would have been enough for us. The staff was very helpful and working hard to keep up with the criwds. They had great shaded outdoor seating overlooking Bear Lake.

There was about a 30 min wait and the prices were $2 more than expected but the Æbleskivers were very good. We liked the razzle dazzle and strawberry Nutella out of the three we got. Will definitely come here again!

I love Rucas!! Everything about it, they have delicious sandwiches, coffee, breakfast, and don’t even get me started on the aebleskivers! I have tried all the sandwiches and none of them have disappointed me and I am even a picky eater. The aebleskivers are so so yummy, there are multiple different ways you can get them and they are wonderful!They have something for everyone - PB&Js and Grilled Cheese for the kids, Vegan options, and they are happy to change and mix up an order for you if you ask!

We stopped here on our way back to Salt Lake City. The place is small with lots of outdoor seating. We got hot chocolate and coffee, but they also served a decent assortment of sandwiches and waffles. The coffee was strong and refreshing, while the hot chocolate was absolutely delicious! They also have a clean restroom at the back.

Delicious! Our group had the peaches & cream, razzle dazzle, red white and blue, yummy. They warned us that the service was slow. It was! That's why it's four stars instead of five.2023 update...Visited again last week. Everything was perfect! 5 stars all the way! Razzle Dazzle was to die for! See you next year!!! Also bought the cutest coffee mug!

My Dad learned how to make Aebleskiver’s on his mission in Canada. Growing up in my house he would always makes them for special occasions. In my whole 28 years of living I’ve never seen them made anywhere other than my own house. This was a total surprise and a awesome treat! I 100% recommend going here. 💓🤗

Sandwiches are great and made with fresh ingredients. And you can't go without trying the Aebleskivers! Each order comes with 6 so you may want to share ( or not 😉). One of my top favorite treats !All seating here is outside but there is usually some shade. This isn't a fast food place. Your order could take up to 30 minutes but it's worth the wait!

Okay, this was an awesome breakfast. The fresh raspberries and the pancake balls filled with cream cheese that I can't pronounce were phenomenal!! Be aware, it is a huge helping and very filling, but worth every bite.
