I have been a regular, almost everyday, customer for the last 4 years. I have give this place multiple chances these past years and I keep getting the same results. I can no longer shop here. Food is expired, wasabi by over a year, or rotting and what is going bad isn’t even reduced in price. Every single check out at least one thing rings up wrong. When I point it out to the cashier, normally they are very kind and fix it after checking it themselves. Just recently I brought it up to customer service and I was treated like I was lying and stupid. This was a product that rang up higher than its normal price that it is labeled as.I have overheard the head manager talking to the younger employees in a VERY unprofessional manner. He makes me extremely uncomfortable when he is there. I’ve only had one cashier be rude to me and I just think I would be miserable if I worked here too. The only time everything is great is when a man from higher up is visiting. I had high hopes for this place when it first came. I strongly feel we need a different and better store here.

Everything is way over priced. I would rather shop out of town. There's a customer service person that treats customers and employees like garbage that person only helps people that they know but won't help any body else. When customers complain they are mean to them. Customer service person treated a handicap person like trash. Customer service thinks they are better then anyone

Living near this store, means I visit it regularly. People who work there are exceptional with their friendly help. Prices are on the higher end, but it's rural Utah, that's normal. Always willing to help you in any way they can.

I have once a month business in the County seat (Fillmore). Last week I went into the market for the first time to get some milk and cookies.I was impressed with the cleanliness and order. And the deli cookies were scrumptious.

Somebody needs to teach the little girls that work there some serious customer service or social skills. I used to think they were just shy, but after my interaction yesterday, clearly that's not it.After getting my groceries and walking up to checkout, lights for lanes one and two were on, however only one girl was checking people out on two. I didn't mind. I wasn't in a hurry. The other girl eventually came up, didn't say a word and walked to lane one and stood there. I walked over and said are you open? Again she said nothing and I set my basket down, hesitantly. No, how ya doing? How's your day or even a simple smile. Nothing. I've gotten used to that as only one girl there has actually displayed any type of customer service/human decency.Anyways, I'm waiting for this always awkward encounter to be over, when a man with three kids comes to stand behind me. Wow. The immediate change on this cashiers face was insane. Still never saying a word to me, she turns on the charm with this guy. "Oh you're back again" and "Of course you have to come through my line, huh." It was borderline flirty, which hey i don't mind, but it told me a lot.I've worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years and I expect horrible treatment at Walmart, but I thought Fillmore Market would have some small town hospitality. Nope. Never in my life have I treated customers the way I get treated at this place. I'm never one to complain or be a Karen, I don't even expect a damn conversation. A smile or a quick hi and bye would suffice. I walk out of there wondering why these girls hate their job so much? And if it's so bad why are they working there? I hate shopping there because I always leave in a bad mood after checking out. The guys stocking in the back or out on the floor are very nice! THEY should be the ones up front. Stick the cranky girls in the back, except for the one who is amazing. I wish I knew her name.I try to be very understanding of people at work, especially retail/ customer service because I've been there, but I've never felt so consistently judged every time I walk into a store. You may ask why do I keep going? Well the town is so small that there are literally no other grocery stores close enough to run to. Trust me, I try to wait for a Walmart trip or trip to the city, but sometimes I just need something right then.I don't believe the customer is always right. Far from it, but simple customer service is a given. I hate to bring up this generation but they are really lacking I social skills. If I acted the way these girls did at my job I would be having a talk with my manager. If you can't be nice, go work away from the public. If you can't fake it when you're having an off day, customer service isn't for you.This location would really benefit from some self checkout lanes. The less interaction with the sullen kids up front, the better.

After being in places where only small stores are and needing to go to 3 places to fill my list, what a pleasant surprise. This store is really amazing. What a prize for such a small town. Employees very nice, very clean and well organized. They pretty much checked most all my grocery needs.

We were traveling on Thanksgiving Day to see extended family in Delta and realized 2 family members are vegetarian. On our way we stopped several places that didn’t have what we needed. Fillmore market came through! Spoke to Brandy over the phone & she held the item up front for me since it was the last one! Great customer service! Thanks so much! Cashiers were nice & friendly and very helpful! Happy holidays

Just like most stores during the pandemic they have had some difficulty getting in normal stock. , They have really stepped up their efforts to be well stocked in what they can get. The store is clean and all of the employees are friendly and conscientiously wearing their masks. It makes me happy to live in a small town.

Weekly visits with grandchildren. The staff are friendly and helpful, very pleasant with the grandchildren who enjoy the outing and friendly smiling faces. I like their cut fliwer arrangements too.

They put things on sale then don't have the product. Then it doesn't they they have a limit on a product but you find out as you're checking out. That should be on the ad and it's hard to get decent service. I don't need to shop there when I get attitude!

They've done some expanding. The store looks a lot better inside and they offer more food items. However, if you are gluten free you might want to go elsewhere. They're limited on the gf products and what they do have is very expensive.

It's a nice store. I bought a couple items. Cashier was not real friendly she seemed irritated about being at work. Duanes always had friendly cashiers.

I know they're trying but I miss Duane's. Randy seemed to have better luck in keeping what I use on the shelves.Update: They still miss the mark! They run out of ad items. I also think that the people who do the computer programming of the costs needs to be FIRED. You can't tell if you got the ad price until you do the math yourself.

I appreciate all the changes they are making to improve our shopping experience in Fillmore. Like anything new, it is slow-going and some people will fight and complain about change. However, I think things are changing for the better and I feel like they are doing a great job!
