Coolers have been broken for quite some time. Definitely need a better response to work orders. Disorganized, Dirty, and Apathetic Employees appears to be the normal. I guess when you're the only game in town you can get away with substandard.

They are low in stock on some things. Wish there were a wider selection. But the employees are friendly and helpful and the store is clean.

Defective equipment and repeated negative customer service experiences combine to make a hostile shopping environment. You will save a couple bucks over other options, but the benefit is negated by poor employee attitudes and a quickness to throw around serious accusations if you happen to trigger their door alarm (which, for some reason, I frequently do). If you like shopping with dirty looks, getting yelled at, and management's complete unwillingness to accept that there might be a problem with their equipment, this is your place!

I just wanted to say that Lisa is exceptionally helpful in the store. I think that their prices are good and when I go into the store I find that I usually end up finding everything that I want and I would score the store at 5 thank you
