Nobody was at the desk when I went to pick up my dog, but my bill was there with my dog’s name on it. So I went and paid it. They asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which I would have been more than happy to give had my dog been properly groomed.When they brought him out he was very frazzled. The cut was extremely scraggly, and uneven and he did not feel clean. I was definitely not satisfied with the low standard especially for what I paid. :(

Enzo was groomed by Karen at PetCo Farmington, recommended by my sister in law. This was Enzo's first time being groomed by Karen, but it won't be his last! Karen did an amazing job, she took her time in making him look just like the photo I showed her.

Karen is an amazing groomer and provides excellent customer service. She is a true professional and she is extremely kind to my dog, Chocolate. He is quite elderly and grooming can be stressful for him. Karen is always gentle and takes extra time with him. He looks perfect every time we pick him up from an appointment with Karen.

Stacy was incredible with Cooper, she did a fantastic job. The day after she groomed Cooper, she called me to offer advice on grooming products the might be helpful at home. So I went to the store to speak with her. She was so helpful and informative, and helped me pick out some grooming supplies. Stacy will be my regular groomer from now on. Thank you Petco for hiring such great staff.

I took my two lb. puppy to be groomed and they took almost 5 hours DIDNT BATHE HIM didn’t cut his hair just kind of barely cleared his eyes. Didn’t do his claws and didn’t shave his private areas. Charged me $50 for all the services THEY DIDNT perform. My dog came back acting really weird and they barely even did anything to him in the 5 hours I left him. I will never take them back and I’m angry I was charged. Crooks and unfriendly and unprofessional.
