We stopped for brunch on the way to a race at little Sahara. This is by far the best chicken fried steak in the history of chicken fried steaks! (My partner is hard to please, so this is saying a lot) Biscuits and gravy were amazing as well. The coffee was hot and delicious, we especially enjoyed the sugar cubes. Everything was made from scratch and the service was great. We will make it a point to stop here every time we’re in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

Every time I eat here I’m blown away at the quality and taste of Cast Iron Bistro. (The food of course, I didn’t lick the building). It’s a beautiful drive out to Eureka and well worth it. The old town reminds me of an old western of the early 1900’s. The restaurant itself is in an old tall clay brick building and decorated to feel that way. This is 100% my favorite place to eat and the owners are very nice.

This place was amazing. We stumbled upon it traveling south from Salt Lake. When we first arrived, the door was locked however the owner welcomed in and served us some of the best food I’ve had. We ordered the shepherd’s pie, chili and the cauliflower soup. It was all incredible. Tasted like some home cooking while traveling. I’d travel back to Utah just to eat here. Thank you so much!!

A great place to stop and slow down. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. I ordered the Bacon Mac n Cheese with the Brisket on top, and my wife got the Avocado Sandwich with Potato Salad. The Mac n Cheese was amazing. Very cheesy but not over the top. The brisket was quite good. The Avocado sandwich was great with some amazing pickled onions on it. The potato salad was divine and the homemade pickle was perfection.Whether you're driving through, or looking for a good hometown spot, Cast Iron Bistro is the place for you.

We were out for a drive and happened to see the open sign in the window so decided to try this cute little restaurant out! We'd seen this place on Taste of Utah... A show that highlights restaurants around Utah and we've wanted to check it out.I had a crispy chicken sandwich which was delicious! You did not need to add a thing! My hubby had the Patty Melt, which he loved! We left with a loaf of sourdough and a lovely blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll for later. We are looking forward to going back out there again! The owners are delightful and very friendly! We chatted for a bit! Our recommendation is to check this delicious and delightful Bistro out!

Wow! I am at a loss of words. Some of the best food I’ve had on planet earth. We were in the area and made it shortly before closing time.We were warmly welcomed and of course started off the meal with a cinnamon twist. Incredible. For our main course we tried the brisket hash and the biscuits and gravy. Both were fantastic. We spent some time talking with the owners Natalie and Kyle. They shared some of their story of how they ended up in Eureka, starting from a food truck then finding a property for their restaurant they liked so much that they moved to Eureka. They took great care of us. Kyle has a passion for what he does that translates to his food. Natalie’s contributions made the experience even better as we felt we were part of the family. The thing that makes this place truly unique is that they are willing to take risks, try new things, and execute in a way that passion translates to food you may not have ever experienced before. Kyle is doing things with sourdough I have not seen before. Frankly, I have never really liked sourdough, even hated it, but after today I enjoy it, even love it. Sourdough bread, biscuits, cookies, cinnamon twists, all exceptional with more creations on the way.Kyle, Natalie, and family, thanks for an experience we won’t forget. Even though we didn’t originally come to Eureka from Salt Lake City to stop at Cast Iron Bistro, you can be sure in the future we will likely come to Eureka just so we can enjoy another meal at your place.Keep it up!

We drove out from Santaquin for a date night. We're so glad we did! The food was delicious (Chicken Pot Pie and Mac & Cheese). It was perfect for a cold and rainy night. The bistro is a beautiful little family owned place. Kyle is an amazing chef, and Natalie will spend a few minutes talking with you. Such an incredible atmosphere. We'll be going back for sure!

We loved this place! The tortellini and the bread pudding were incredible. The atmosphere and the family that runs the restaurant were delightful. They had hand picked the produce at a farm just down the road. We loved the fresh and creative menu. Definitely worth the drive! We’ll be back!

This is the best meal stop between St. George and Saratoga Springs. Certainly worth scheduling your travels to include. Homemade excellent quality meals. Generous portions. Friendly service. Be sure to get baked goods and jam to go.Kid-friendliness: Comfortable family atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access ♿ with ramps.

Simply no way to know when this place will be open or close. Seems the are open just when the want to be open. Drive an hour to try their food. Arrive at 11:30 on Sat and they were closed. Won't be returning. Was thinking out setting up a cruise of a few vehicles to eat here. Won't (can't) be doing that. Shame as looked like good food.

This is Eureka. Just having a restaurant is pretty cool. I'd been wanting to get here for ages. Sadly, we didn't get everything we wanted. They make a decent amount, and when it's gone, it's gone. That said, we got a lot of very good food. They really do make a significant effort to use local, use quality brands, and make excellent food. We saw no shortcuts. The owners are very nice. This is a wonderful addition as a stop when driving to Delta or Nevada and going this route. They serve comfort food. They make their own bread. It's very good. We went during what we considered off hours, and the place was full.

Nice small town atmosphere. Excellent food. The people and service is what one should hope for at any restaurant - highly attentive, but also casual with small talk and friendly.A+Edit: I've now been to this spot more than once and been able to try multiple things on the menu. Absolutely, nothing has changed from the a+ rating. I've given it before. If anything, I'm even more impressed!

We had a fantastic lunch at the Cast Iron Bistro. Make sure to save room for desert. I don't care for Bread Pudding but took a bite here because my friends were raving about it. It was amazing.Planning to take my family back another day.

Darn, no pic of my food...next time for sure! The menu is not large, but there are enough choices (including breakfast anytime). Ordered the patty melt...very yummy! The potato salad has a thousand island dressing (I believe), which wasn't my favorite, but I was offered another option to replace it.Very nice people work here, and they aim to please. The macaroni salad (mayo based) was yummy, which my hubby ordered, and I sampled. My friend ordered breakfast, which I will get next time I visit, as it looked scrumptious.Purchased a loaf of sourdough bread to go, which I highly recommend. Pricey (but what isn't), and definitely worth it!Have some patience, and don't arrive starving. Not a long wait, but if the place is full, you may be waiting.A group of us camp and ride around the Eureka area...it's fun to go out and have someone else do the cooking occasionally (haha). I highly recommend Cast Iron Bistro, one of a kind eatery :D

I don't ever give restaurants a review. But when they are really good. You just have too say something. Came thru Eureka, to explore the area for the Utah Treasure Hunt and stumbled across this treasure. This place is yummy. It's worth the drive! My drive is over 2hrs to visit this place and so worth it. The customer service is great, its a family run place. It's a must, just double check their hours. Whats posted on the door may not match online hours. They were open earlier then I expected when I drove through town. Which was perfect timing for me.

My hubby and I loved our dinner! I had delicious smoked pork chops and he had the patty melt. The server was really friendly. We normally stay on the 15 fwy from Nephi to Tooele, but so glad we decided to go through Eureka and try this restaurant!

We were on our way to the Jericho sand dunes. My family originated in eureka, so we looked around the cemetery for gravestones and look around the town a little. We saw the Cast Iron Bistro and struck gold in silver mining country. A true family operation, they they could not have been more friendly and welcoming and the food was outstanding. This is well worth the trip west of the interstate from Santaquin and we will be returning often

This place was absolutely amazing! The owner even makes his own sourdough bread in-house. I do not like sourdough bread, but this was absolutely delicious! It is the best chicken club I have ever had and would HIGHLY recommend. French fries were great. Pork pastrami sandwich was fantastic. Owners are very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I wish they were closer to where we lived. It would definitely be a frequent stop! 👍👍
