The amount of disrespect from managers to employees is ridiculous. The night managers need to be FIRED. Lazy, rude, disrespectful, horrible people. Wesley and Colby are just walking treadmills. Who don’t even know how to do their own job so they have no place telling other people how to so theirs. This place needs a whole new management overturn.

The service here was exellent, there was almost no lag on my game. I got so distracted that I ran into the fruit shelf and then the members of the really underground secret service employed by Walmart gave away their endentities and helped me stand up, I asked them if I could get initiated but they said to be initiated I had to walk on hot coals and swim through a hungry shark cage. Anyways, now im in the Walmart basement and they say that I know too much to be free. Would not visit again 4 stars

Prices now compare closer w/ other Walmart stores as in the past this Ephraim store has been higher priced. Friendly staff. Clean store. Well organized. Good, helpful customer service desk as well.

I placed an order for the 1-hour pickup in the photo center and a half hour after my order was placed I received an email saying my order was “delayed”. so I called the store and nobody answered for the 3 times that I called. it was not until I called the customer service line that someone finally was sent to the photo department to answer. once they answered I was told my order wouldn’t be processed because there wasn’t anyone working in that department at the moment. how is it that nobody is working in that department WHILE the photo center is supposed to be open????

I think this location needs expanded. It's hard to find the right sizes of clothes and several things a bigger one would have while living in the country. Several small towns resort to this location and I feel like it should be bigger.

The pharmacy here is awful. My mother had several prescriptions sent over to be filed. They only filled about 1/2 of her prescriptions and held the rest for the beginning of the new month when her copays are reinstated. When asked why this occurred they could give no good reason why 4 prescriptions were held until the new month. My mom is on a fixed income and every dollar helps. It truly appears that this Walmart wants to bring people back as often as possible with no regard to the customer's pocket book. It's awful that this is the one of the only stores in this area.

If you need something that is not basic, online shopping is best. Management is horrible!! They treat their employees like a number and if they don't fit in with the Store Manager, it is hard. Lots of cliques, and not very good customer service.

They need more selection of items, while at the same time not trying to be like the big city markets, if you know what I mean. The staff is very mixed between kind and unkind people. You can tell that the atmosphere is kind of meh

Been in here a few times and it's been clean and well stocked despite being on the smaller side for a Walmart. It's nice to have the options in such a tiny town.

The managers and coaches abuse their power and allow their friends to stay. To firing people who are genuinely kind and trustworthy.

This has been my primary grocery store since I moved here in 2017. It's nice to have a Walmart way out here, even if it's smaller than most. The pharmacists are very nice, and so are most of the cashiers. The premises are kept pretty clean, and they recently remodeled. I use the Walmart+ scan-and-go and grocery pickup options almost all the time; they don't have delivery here.Like all Walmarts, they are chronically understaffed, and it's hard to find anyone on the floor to answer a question. What employees one does encounter generally keep their heads down and avoid eye contact, and if you chase one down and address them directly, most seem to have a four-aisle zone of knowledge, if that.Also like all Walmarts, their stocking/reordering system is critically flawed, and I guess being a small and isolated rural location only compounds the problem. These guys had supply chain issues before that was a buzzword. They run out of my favorite products for weeks at a time, and if there's something I *really* like and buy regularly, they're pretty much guaranteed to stop carrying it altogether. Seasonal products sell out a month before the actual holiday and are NEVER restocked. Same with seasonal clothes and shoes, and maybe this is Murphy's Law, but the size I need is always the first to sell out, whether shopping for myself or my child.Despite these complaints, I still give it 4 stars because of its overall convenience, cleanliness, and affordability.

So many workers stocking shelves, with pallets everywhere during peak shopping hours, and picking orders, it's often a chore maneuvering through the aisles. Resent remodel also, seems they cut down some, especially men and women's clothing. But, otherwise I have to drive 40 minutes to next closest one.

This is the worse Walmart I've ever been in. We were on our way to a weekend getaway & stopped here for some snacks. Store is dirty, unorganized, merchandise all over the floor & no one who wants to help answer a simple question about where something is. Definitely avoid this store.

I'm surprised at the way some of the way the employees behave at this Walmart. If they have an issue instead of going behind closed doors and talk about it civilly, they scream in public at one another. I have seen this not once, but multiple times over ridiculous things.

This has to be the absolute worst walmart that I have ever seen. Upper management shows the least bit of concern for their associates as well as their customers there is a constant issue with product not being in the right spot with mis matched prices making people believe that some items are cheaper than they really are and upper management don't seem to care!!!!! Get your act together walmart that's why I hardly shop in your store
