The store is like any other Dollar Store. Nothing special. However, the manager Jinna is THE WORST MANAGER EVER!!! She is completely unprofessional, a bad boss, and just plain RUDE!! I will never be back to this store. I will also recommend others not go here as well. I would rather drive the extra miles for decent service. This is ridiculous, and something needs done ASAP!

This is the third time I've driven 15 minutes to go to a store that decides to close early. This time it was only a few minutes, but there were 4 other people besides myself walking towards the door when the guy locked the door and smirked at everyone. No wonder dollar tree is closing stores. Turn enough people away, you're not likely to make your sales quota. I could've grabbed what I needed in 60 seconds and been gone by the time they were suppose to close.

Cleanest most organized Dollar tree I’ve ever been in. Model store. Everyone was so kind too! It’s been months since I’ve been but I always think about it when I walk into our local store where I live and it’s the worst!!This one is great!

Waited for over 5 minutes to have a cashier help us, two customers walked out, and the manager seemed liked she had an attitude when someone went to the front office to get help. Could hear the manager in the office when we were asking for help. She acted like whatever she was doing was way more important than helping us. Too bad this is the closest one to where I live or I would go somewhere else.

Our local Dollar Tree is a great resource to this small community. However, Over a month ago while there, I noticed a note on the locked restroom doors, men's and women's, stating OUT OF ORDER. I went in yesterday and the notice was still on the one door..! I assumed it was on both - but didn't check the second..I was, again, dismayed that not only were the customers left with no alternative other than to leave the store should their "need" require - but, just HOW WERE THE FRIENDLY/HELPFUL EMPLOYEES BEING ACCOMMODATED - through an entire shift ? ! ! !Is this the best you can do, Dollar-tree ❓

I frequently visit this location. The staff is friendly and positive. If you need assistance finding anything they're willing to help you. If you come at "off times" you may have to hunt someone down, they're usually in an aisle stocking the shelf. Popular items are known to be out of stock during college season, but they get shipments in pretty quickly. I like this Dollar Tree.

There's always a good selection of things. I love their holiday decor, false flowers, and craft supplies. The staff are always so kind and helpful and they keep the store clean. Gotta love Dollar Tree!

I want to share how I feel about this place. As a store as a whole it's one of the best looking Dollar trees I have seen. But if you're the employee of them, they treat you like you are garbage. I was never an employee but i have talked with a handful of people who only got 8 hours a week. They have a very high turnover rate because most of the people they hire are drug attics. They currently have a Manager who is always high on pain pills, she is blonde and her name is Jodi. She makes me nervous cause she is always fidgeting. They can't keep anyone due to low low hours and they don't appreciate their employees and I have been witness, they talk about their employees among each other while you as a customer are in there. They do have a very few nice employees one Is named Robert and another one Lisa. They have always been very kind to me every time i have gone in there. I just feel for a store that is good looking they should treat their employees who are decent and not on drugs much better than they do. Maybe if they paid them what there worth they wouldn't have such a high turnover rate.

"Dollar Tree" always has a Great variety!! From Refrigerated to Frozen food, canned and boxed foods, chips and candy, along with Seasonal items, such as decorations, plastic, paper and glass dinnerware, also silverware and a variety of storage containers and foil baking pans, etc. etc.Small toys, cards, DVDs stationary, toiletries, generic laundry, plus many more items. Everything costs "One Dollar" which isvery reasonably priced.Yesterday, I saw face masks 2/$1.00 ..Stop by today. There's plenty of bargains to choose from.

The isles are a little hard to get through with a cart. There are a lot of displays and additional product in the way as well as the clothing racks are close together. However, there is a good selection and the staff was very helpful. :) over all a great experience!

I don't mind going here for those few things but the last time I went, one of the cashiers said some very inappropriate remarks about my husband. Basically calling him ugly and why would I be with someone like him, since I am so pretty . I wasn't okay with it and when I asked to talk to a manager, she told me that there wasn't one on duty. I don't believe her at all. I will go back as long as she isn't there.

The cleanest dollar store you'll ever go into! Most seem to feel like a rub down thrift store but this one feels like a legitmate retail store. Would definitely recommend.

Never had a problem here but the cashier working didn't want to bag my stuff handed it to me and said here you can hold this I said I need a bag and she proceeds to tell me a bag won't help me that has got to be the worst customer service I have ever had there let alone completely rude I am upset I shop there alot

The doller tree in ephraim is not a place to be the store manager is not a very nice person to say the way she talks to customers and employees is not okay and corporate doesnt do anything about it this is a store I would not go to period. She is not a nice person. I dont recommend this store at all.

The Dollar Tree in Ephraim, Utah is probably the cleanest and well kept Dollar Tree store I've ever shopped at. Keep up the good work ladies!
