We absolutely LOVE Bark Avenue! My Aussiedoodle always comes back looking so nice, and he’s not the easiest dog to groom. The staff is always so pleasant and the building so clean. I have taken my dog to be boarded over night quite a few times and he is always SO happy to be there (which says a lot about this business)!! I have never been worried or concerned about the safety of my dog when I leave him in their hands.

Bark Avenue did a great job with my pup and made him look extra handsome! They were easy to schedule with. He was so fluffy and happy when he got home. I wasn’t able to drop my pup off so my dad took him for me and they messaged me to see what I would like done. They had great communication and did an amazing job cleaning my pup up!

I have taken my dogs to Bark Avenue since the business first started. I have been so pleased with the grooming of my dogs. Excellent grooming in every way. I have also had my dog boarded there. Usually when my dog has been boarded and I pick him up he is so upset and anxious. When I take him to Bark Avenue to be boarded, he has been happy and relaxed when I pick him up. Thank you so much for your excellent service!!!

We found a groomer that is great. Clean, friendly atmosphere and fast was our experience. Honestly, I would rather keep Bark Avenue a secret, but that wouldn't be fair. Highly recommend.

We love Bark Avenue!! They have a great area for the dogs to play and it is clean with large kennels for boarding and day care. We love the way they groom our dog. She always comes home looking amazing!!

On January 2, My 8 year old granddaughter was bit by a medium sized dog that was already groomed that came out of there grooming area when I opened there door only about 5 inches or so to let them know I was there because they don’t have a way to tell them a customer is in the lobby… waiting. This persons dog was waiting on the other side of her door to bolt out when the door opens: I knocked first but they can’t hear because of the dryers going. They watched this dog bolt out the door into the lobby where children/customers are but did not care. The groomer came out to ask about my dog and what I wanted done not caring about someone’s dog in the lobby knowing there is children in the lobby. ( I trusted that this dog was safe as they weren’t worried).Just then I heard her scream and this dog was trying to rip her arm off.,we took her to the emergency room made a police report….not once did they call to see how she was doing even though I called twice to get her insurance info which she did not have. Now she has insurance but to have her attorney say I was the cause and they were at no fault! They watched this dog leave their presence and go in the lobby. The groomer was chasing my dog to get him he was on the floor and didn’t know her. If she would have taken that dog back into their grooming room it would have never happened . Now that dog owner is getting the repercussion of having to pay.All they had to do was offer this 8 year old girl something for her trauma and swollen right hand .burning sensation extreme pain missing 5 days of school. I think she was thinking it would just go away. Instead we had to get an attorney. Put a buzzer in the lobby! Keep your customers safe should be protocol! I wouldn’t have wrote this but I can’t believe they won’t take responsibility then blame it on the customer! I trusted them that this was a safe place to bring a kid .They should have jumped quickly to keep dogs away. Be professional. Get dog kennels… Know dogs are unpredictable! I’m the customer! It’s how you get your business! I didn’t even want to give any stars but you can’t do a review unless you give a star.

I have been going to this place since the opened there shop and I would give them 1,000 stares if possible they are the best hands down!!Tucker (my dog) just loves going to them. Thank's Bark Avenue for making my dog look awesome!!

My Shi Tzu is old, ornery and temperamental. But Janika and her team are really great with him. He is still ornery, but he looks fantastic. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

Great service. My puppy came back happy and pretty as can be. Would give a 5 star review if it would have been easier to find them. They had no signage on doors to know where they are.

Love working with all the ladies at Bark Ave. My Aussie can be a stinker and they did an amazing job. Gave them comple creative freedom and she came back with pink paws. I'm absolutely in love.

Unprofessional and very frustrating experience.I had an appointment for my dog on a Thursday which I had to reschedule due to not having a way to get there that day, so the girl asked if I could do the upcoming Tuesday of the next week at 10am. I said yes, that works, see you Tuesday. Well Tuesday comes around and I show up at 10am with my dog and the girl says she doesn't have an appointment scheduled for her, which annoyed me as she's the one who picked the reschedule date and time and I agreed it would work. Well anyways, despite being frustrated that I wasted gas and time coming to what I thought was my appointment, I agreed to reschedule again, to Thursday at 1pm, her requesed time and day again. Well I show up Thursday at 1pm and go in, and then she says I'm early and I was confused and said I had an appointment at 1pm? Well now she says she doesn't have an appointment at one and her appointment was at 2pm. Which isn't what she told me but whatever. She says she can stay there until 2 when she can get to her. Then she takes my dogs leash and starts trying to take her into the back area without even asking what I wanted done with her, so I stop her and ask her if she even knows what I'm wanting done with my dog, and she says something about cutting her shorter all over which is not what I wanted and I never said that, she'd never asked, just apparently assumed. I said no I want her body shaved short and her head and tail left long, but trimmed. And she didn't even ask anything about how I wanted her face trimmed or shaped or anything, just said okay and took her. She didn't take any notes or ask me any specific questions. I felt so nervous and anxious leaving her there and almost just said nevermind and took her back with me. The girl just seemed in a big hurry to get me out of there. When I picked her up, they'd cut her face and tail really really short and apparently didn't even listen to me when I said a trim because it looks shaved, and her head is really uneven. I would not recommend, and I will not be back. Very frustrating and not a great experience at all.

Beautiful job! I have a mini golden (golden retriever/cocker spaniel). He went in quite scrappy and stinky, and came out looking super handsome and smelling amazing! This was his first visit, and because of the amazing job AND the affordability, he will be coming back as often as he possibly needs! I’m so impressed! Above and beyond my expectations! ❤️ thank you!!!

We have had our first experience with Bark Avene and I couldn't be more pleased. They just gained a customer for life. They were so good with my golden doodle she didn't punish me all day for taking her for a cut and a groom. There isn't one spot on her that I'm not pleased with. From her long lovely eyelashes to he face being cut down perfectly so you can see her personality. Thanks BA for a great experience, Love, Capri

I use to live in ephraim a couple years ago but now I live in West Jordan. I still come to Ephraim to get my dogs groomed because Janika really cares for the dogs and I have had an amazing experience with her service. I have a Goldendoodle and Great Dane. She always takes amazing care of them. Most recently it was harder for us to get down here and so our Goldendoodle was pretty matted on her legs. Janika was kind and did not judge. She is so amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! Our dogs always leave happy as well as are always excited to see her again!

I am SO impressed with Janika’s work on our pup ! He is 5 months old and he was so calm leaving her, which is unlike him. His cut is precise and she did wonderful on his sensitive areas. She did exactly what I asked for. Not only am I impressed with the cut, I’m impressed with how gentle and how calm his temperament was afterward. Wonderful experience :)
