The last 3 times I went they are Absolutely not helpful at all!5 employees standing around and look at you like you’re doing something wrong. When I asked for some more lids for the containers I was buying all he said is “you need more lids than containers?”WTH!! They have separate bar codes on them and are sold separately and what is it of his concern what I need. I told him they are separate and he turned and had to ask his manager if they were.They didn’t bother looking in the back either. They are absolutely rude. No apology or anything as to how he treated me and questioned me. I will never be back.(And we have gone there many times and spent a lot of money there but no more) I will go to horseshoe mountain hardware or another Ace. Gordon’s Nephi and Payson locations do not treat people like trash.I appreciate the owner responding and we will maybe try going again. Thank you

Ace hardware was initially having some system challenges with their Black Friday sales, and I wanted to see if they would follow through and help overcome some customer service issues, but they absolutely did and I was very impressed! Their owner made things right, which is a sign of great integrity!

Did you know that Ace has a nice selection of LDS books? When you want a thoughtful gift to build faith in someone special, this is the place to visit! Whenever we stop by, the employees always help out with any questions we have. One time, they didn't have the lattice netting that I wanted, but went out of their way to see if it could be ordered. Nice place to shop.

Very nice new shop with lots and lots of things to choose from. Logan knew what he was doing when he chose inventory. I look forward to having to go back again just because of how awesome this place is in such a small town.

Brand new store. I found the Birdseed I was looking for. And lots of other products as well. Friendly helpful staff. Just South of the True Value Hardware store and just North of Hermansens hardware Equipment and rentals. Definitely worth checking out all three stores and grabbing lunch in the process of shopping. Shopping local is definitely worth it. Happy shopping.
