Every small town needs a store like Bracken’s True Value. This great little store has a bit of everything you need for home, farm, outdoors, or garage. They have a Napa Parts store inside that almost always has what I need even with obscure parts, and when they don't it will be there the next day. The tools, paint, and hardware department are also well-stocked. After a recent remodel they have significantly improved their agricultural product offerings. The sporting goods selection is indicative of an owner who loves the outdoors and hunting. You can enjoy the display of many beautiful taxidermied animals on the walls around the store.

recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Ace Hardware in Enterprise, Utah. Not only was the customer service abysmal, but the grumpy owner's rude behavior towards me and my children left a lasting negative impression.Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The owner, who seemed perpetually unhappy, made it evident that he was not interested in assisting customers. As I approached him with a question about a specific product, he barely acknowledged my presence and reluctantly provided a short, dismissive response. I was taken aback by his lack of courtesy and professionalism.What made matters worse was the owner's behavior towards my children. Instead of creating a friendly and inclusive environment, he chose to glare at them and muttered under his breath. It was disheartening to see my kids, who were excited to explore the store, feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It is simply unacceptable for a business owner to treat customers, especially children, in such a disrespectful manner.Moreover, the store itself was poorly organized and lacked a wide selection of products. The shelves were haphazardly stocked, making it difficult to locate the items I needed. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the store left much to be desired as well. It seemed as if the owner had little interest in maintaining a pleasant shopping experience for his customers.Considering the terrible customer service and the unpleasant encounter with the grumpy owner, I cannot recommend Ace Hardware in Enterprise, Utah to anyone. It is crucial for a business to prioritize customer satisfaction and create a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, this particular store failed miserably in both aspects. I strongly advise seeking out alternative options for your hardware needs in the area.

Super expensive an I don't go there. Not unless it's absolutely necessary. Store is clean an friendly people but like I said way super expensive.

I recently visited Enterprise Ace Hardware and was impressed with their selection and customer service. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I needed. I highly recommend checking them out for all your hardware needs.

Super kind people and the prices are not too expensive. Most items are maybe a dollar or so more then what I could get at home depot. Definitely better then driving an hour each direction to go to home depot.

Bracken's is locally owned and operated. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This is a True Value hardware store AND there is also a Nappa Auto parts & service center in the same building. For added convince they ALSO sell gasoline. Thier prices are competitive . Great business in this small town

Curtis Rupp is extremely RUDE and demeaning. I have been in a few times recently trying to get car parts for my husband and he always treats me like a child (admittedly, I don't know all of the car terminology). He is Extremely unprofessional, never appears to be happy doing his job and is always belittling customers (talking with my girlfriends, I am not the only one that feels this way). I will NOT be going back to Brackens. Learn to enjoy your job, don't be so sarcastic and degrading to others. CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!! I WILL be telling others of my multiple experiences in the parts department with Curtis Rupp!

I had a very bad experience. I have never had anything quite like it. Store " BOSS" was very rude and not at all helpful. Im assuming it was just a bad day for him but they have lost a customer and customers family who enjoy supporting local family businesses in our area. Ill just support another place in the future.

They have a little of everything. Had the odds and ends needed to bypass a tore up trany cooler. Dave took the time to help us find what we needed and was patient showing us where everything was at in the store as well as checking the books for comparable parts.

Top notch folks but be very specific, I asked for new fuel tank switch valve and ended up with two new fuel pumps (two tanks) and was still unable to switch tanks, by the time they got to changing that valve I was in it $880.00. Been quoted $270.00 (Valve) elsewhere but I like to keep it local.

They have most of what you need hardware wise. Went in there for fishing supplies and they have a decent selection of equipment and dough baits.

Brackets True Value is a good store they have a little bit of everything. Also they have the best gasoline and diesel fuel prices in the area.
