I gotta give some good feedback for the crew there tonight. I got a Big Carl meal. The girl at the register looked for coupons for me but nothing lined up, nice that she tried. I then watched the cook make my burger. Younger guy, longer brown hair. He used so much care in making that burger. It was one of those “looks like the photo” burgers. It was fantastic. Again! Great crew there tonight! Thanks for the great meal experience!

Worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been , that had us wait so they could cut tomato and onion or if we wanted it sooner we could take it with out ,the bread east fully cooked as you can see in the picture , also I paid for two super stars meals , course it comes with double meat , well we got one meat on each meal 😂, my “super star was so sloppy that I had it because I’m a trucker and I can’t stop many times and I was hungry but , for sure I will never 👎 stop on this location again , I should mention they had a dog inside the kitchen , it was barking , hopefully the owner takes care of all this cause Carl’s Jr doesn’t deserve to get such a bad reputation for one bad location

There was 1 person in front of me in the drive thru and I was there more than an hour waiting for my Chicken BLT. I ordered crispy... NOT BURNED. I was only able to eat half of my $7 sandwich ! AVOID this place if you're in a hurry to get somewhere. I would've still made it to work on time for my 30 minute break if it's just gone to McDonald's in Richfield !

Super friendly staff. Fast and efficient. This carls had fresh tomatoes and good sized ones. Other places I've gone were tiny. And a healthy amount of lettuce. In my opinion. They know how to make a burger and it was fresh and just a all around good experience. Makes me glad we have a good one near us.

Stopped on a family vacation to get gas. The woman at the gas station part was very nice!!! However, when I went to order food for my children no one even acknowledged us. After counting 5 employees I told my kids let's go. Very poor customer service NEVER going back!!!!

service and quality of food being made really depends on day or which employees are working, 80% of time you need to yell to back so you can get service as employees are either too busy talking or out back in groups constantly smoking and act like you are interrupting their precious time. Kind of a gamble as One day food is great next day it's thrown together with half of ingredients missing.. good luck

The workers at Carl's Jr were awesome. I hit a deer at 10pm as they were now closed and off the clock. Two of them stuck around and helped entertain my kids while I was dealing with my car. I can't thank them enough.

The most incompetent fast food in sevier County. And I use the term fast food lightly. I don't remember going here and getting an order that was as I asked. Employees are chit chatting while orders sit on the counter. Frequently waits over 10 minutes and 25 minutes is not uncommon. You could fire up the grill and cook burgers for your whole family in the time it takes you to get one combo meal here. There's about a 3 percent chance that you will visit this establishment and not be disappointed.

I came here to order breakfast and as always am well pleased with their service. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my requests. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this carls jr! However lately, the staff has been parking their car in front of the drive thru to block traffic. This behavior is unprofessional, lazy, and blocks the company from making money. I recommend correcting this behavior.

Dined in. Radio was very loud and not tuned in to a station. Mostly just static. Employees said they can’t fix it or turn it down. Can’t have a conversation with people in our booth because it’s so loud. Recommend the drive through but not the inside dining.

My wife and I went for lunch today I asked for my burger with no onion and no mustard. It had both on it. The fries were cold not fresh at all. And i could tel the spicy chicken was cold too i didn't even care to eat it. I was so disappointed nothing was fresh.

Waited 40 minutes for out chicken fingers. Fries were cold and nasty. Manager stated we make everything fresh that's why the wait. I think they just forgot the order. Won't be going back there ever again!

I lived in Southern California and never ate at Carl's Jr. I stopped to see if a Carl's Jr in Utah was better. There was a young kid working Sunday afternoon that was pleasant enough, but screwed up my order. I ordered a number 11 combo. I received a Santa Fe chicken sandwich. I hate cheese. I hate lettuce. I hate Chillis on my chicken sandwich. As I waited for my order this kid made a chocolate Oreo shake instead of an vanilla Oreo shake. He is not experienced enough to run the front counter. I won't stop again.

My family and I eat here at Dq frequently. I have never encountered anything but top notch friendly service.Since the restaurant is a few miles from our house, I appreciate the option to call in my orders as I leave my house and that helps when we are in a hurry, like a fast lunch break.Everything is always hot and fresh or nice and icy.

Stopped here on way to Moab. Best Famous Star I have every eaten. Onion ring were great too. I've been to many Carl's Jr in my life time, but like I said this was the best Famous Star was good. Looked like the picture they use for advertising. Sorry I ate it before I could take a picture.

SHOUT OUT TO SOPHIE AND THE NIGHT CREW!!! They were the ABSOLUTE best, my partner and I had gone to a different CJ and they closed an hour early. I was so sad but then I found this location got there 5 mins before they closed and they did NOT disappoint AT ALL. Carl’s JR y’all need to give these people a raise.

I don't know what to tell you I'm not eating at this place anymore they burn the edges at all the burgers half the time they don't get the fixing right. And the buns are always hard. From now on I'm keeping my business at Wendy's you can get a nice double stacked with cheese all the fixing and a soft bun yum

Super slow every time.... Fries never fresh... received a cold grilled chicken...didn't tip my blizzards and said I don't get them free bc they're in a cup holder... not happy with this dairy queen. This is over a series of about 5 visits... never experience this at other dairy queen locations. Not to mention, my sons blizzard was melting all over the place... not even a hot summer day... sad

If I had the option to rate 0 stars, I would. Worst experience with fast food I have ever had. We ordered a burger with no cheese; staff complained in front of us that we didn’t want cheese on our burger. Waited over 20 min, kitchen staff on their phones, rude, very unprofessional, and our order was wrong. I think I’m going to stick to Mc.Donald’s.

I was sitting in the drive through for an hour waiting for my food. I only got the burgers and then was told to park and wait. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes and all of the cars that were behind me recieved their food and I was still waiting. They brought out my drinks and told me that they could not get me any fries and handed me a $20.

Absolutely recommend eating here! Such beautiful amazing people who work there. They have big hearts and care about people. I was traveling a 15 hour drive and on my last penny and i had to pay with change and the women who was at the drive thru seen i had looked upset and hungry and she had to heart to buy me some extra things to eat!!! Definitely making a visit on my way home!!! She willbe repaid well 😄😄😄
