The rooms were bigger than I expected! Very comfortable and breakfast was yummy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They tried to select a room where my husband could easily go outside to smoke when I mentioned it. I would stay here again. The rooms were clean and had large windows.

I recently stayed at this hotel over the weekend & wasn't very pleased. My room wasn't very clean, there was hair (from someone else) on all the towels in the bathroom & The room smelled terribly, The whole 3rd floor smelt bad....& The shower was gross, you could tell it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. On the other hand the front desk was very nice & breakfast was good! But for this being a fairly new hotel, I expected it to be in better condition, especially when I was charged $100 for one night! Thank you (:

This was a big surprise for this small town. A great hotel and perfect for our family of 5! My kids had a blast in the hot tub. Our room was big and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Overall a great spot to stay in this old town.

I arrived late around 8 and had to wait a few minutes for the desk clerk to come to the desk but he was very friendly and accommodating. He took care of my requests for an extra blanket etc and was very polite and personable. I was surprised that the rooms don't have carpet, they have a laminated hardwood floor and everything is modern-ish. The room was clean and neat. The hotel is fairly new so it still has that feel. I personally prefer a warmer feel to the room but it was still good. The only problem I experienced was with the ice build up in the walking and parking areas in front of the hotel that made it difficult to drag luggage in/out of the hotel and was very slippery. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. I will stay again next time I'm here for business and I would recommend it to others.

Pretty much the only place in town & they were friendly & accommodating. Room was quiet & overlooked a field. Kitchenette had full size fridge! Full breakfast!! offered in the morning, with sanitizer stationed @ the pump coffee/tea station. Masks were enforced while self serving or in public areas. Amazingly one of the most friendly establishments on this biz trip. Bigger chains could learn something from this place! Thank you for a restful, enjoyable stay.

I have never seen a Studio 6 like this! The rooms and lobby were more on the level of a Holiday Inn Express or something like that; in fact, I have stayed at some of those that were not as nice, neat, and clean as this property. The management and staff were nice, friendly, and very helpful. I have stayed there several times now for business and family leisure and my kids are begging to go back. They love the pool, free hot breakfast and the "wonder" of a fancy hotel.

Wish I could give zero stars!Be warned if you book online or over the phone your rates may change upon arrival. We called and reserved a room for two adult and two children, the rate we were quoted was $89 a night. When we arrived we were told that each of our children would be an additional $10 for a total of $109 a night instead of $89. We tried to explain that we had stated that we had two adults and two children, but the manager refused to listen and began a very long drawn out explanation of why he had to charge us $20 more! Once he stopped talking we tried again to explain that we had reserved the room with the quote of $89, but there was no customer service or willingness to understand what we were quoted. Other than the horrible customer service the hotel is nice and new. The beds comfortable and room are spacious. The free breakfast wasn't very good. It consists of pastries, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy(our gravy was cold and had to be warmed in the microwave), bananas, yogurt, and orange or apple juice. If it hadn't been for our horrible experience with the front desk manager, we may have given it a higher rating. For now I think it is totally fraudulent to increase the rate upon a guests arrival.I would recommend staying someplace else!!!

Stylish, clean, comfortable, roomy and well appointed, this Studio 6 helped make my business trip in Duchesne successful. My suite was appointed with a roomy kitchenette (outfitted with plates, glasses, mugs, flatware and skillets) that made dinners in very easy to make. There's a very pleasing design aesthetic in the suites and lobby of the hotel. The gym was well outfitted with a treadmill, seated bike and elliptical trainer, along with a weight training center. The self serve breakfast bar was laid out attractively and provisioned with things to make a healthy breakfast. The local owners certainly take pride in giving the guest a great experience.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had bisquits and gravy. My grandkids favorite. I liked the no smoking policy. The hotel smelled clean . We have stayed at every decent hotel in Roosevelt . And this studio6 is the best. Price was very reasonable. The kids loved the indoor pool. I recommend this to anyone needing a room in this off the beaten track town.

The hotel & Pool are very clean. The hotel staff are the most friendly and accommodating I have ever stayed with. There were several breakfast options available and that was perfect for our 3 year old. I will definitely stay here every time I visit.

This hotel is awesome! Very clean, well maintained, comfy and nice. It smells great, the pool is just right, guest laundry is adequate, breakfast was always yummy and clean and the service was excellent. Paul & Bobbi went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome, safe, comfortable and that all of our needs were met. Great customer service and a very good hotel.

It was a beautiful nice room. My only issue was we got there at 3:30 and they checked us in but hadn't even cleaned the room. We had to go sit in the lobby for half an hour for her to clean it and it still smelled terrible. But we have stayed here before and every other experience has been great.

My wife and I had to be in Duchesne for an early Monday morning meeting and living two hours away decided to drive up on Sunday afternoon and spend the night. After driving around the area the Studio 6 hotel appeared to be the only logical choice as the newer facility clearly stood out brightly in an otherwise aged town. We were right, this was the place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and well maintained, the large room was modern and well appointed including a large cable TV. The rate included continental breakfast typical of this type of facility: cereal, waffles, yogurt, bagels & pastries, coffee & juices; simple yet adequate. The hotel had a pool and other amenities but since we were just in & out I can't comment on those. We wanted something light to eat before retiring (the town closes up early on Sunday) and just steps away the adjoining Chevron station's Food Court was surprisingly clean and well stocked with light food & snacks. (We found out later that the two properties are jointly owned and managed). The 5 star rating doesn't mean it is a 5 star hotel only that it stands out dramatically from the competition in the area.We will stay there again when in this area.

As I'm on a bicycle tour, I found this hotel to be aa grea place. Nice rooms, working A/C, comfy beds and everything is clean. I got a king size room with a kitchen which was awesome because most hotels don't have that option and instead of going out to eat, I got to cook a steak in this hotel! Not only is it luxurious, but very well priced. As in it's not expensive and you can't go wrong with that. Also features free breakfast (nothing really special but still free), a pool, jacuzzi, and a fitness room.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, very accommodating. Wish the continental breakfast had a few more options, we have a few allergies so we're only able to eat the hard boiled eggs. The pool was a bit too cold for two of our kids. We'll stay here again next time we're in town!

I loved the size of my room and the comfort of my bed! I normally don't sleep well in hotels but slept like I was in my bed at home. I appreciated how quiet it was at night. The manager Paul and staff were very friendly and remembered who I was and my room number when I had questions. This is the only hotel that I will stay when I return to Duchesne.

Kinda weird that it has hard wood floors but its clean and nice with a full kitchen and our room had a Jacuzzi tub. The pool was closed so that made me a little sad. Great staff, overall it's a great place to stay.

I reserved a room for a fishing tournament being held at a nearby reservoir (Starvation). Upon our arrival we were greeted politely and the do's and don'ts were laid out respectfully (pets, smoking, etc.). The gal behind the counter informed us that breakfast was usually set out at 6 A.M., but because of the majority of the hotels occupants being in town for the derby she would set it out earlier so we could get something before leaving at earlier hours; I thought this was fantastic and very accommodating to do so.The rooms were very clean and seemed to have been updated recently, or they just take very good care of them; either way we were happy about it. The desk area had a USB charging outlet, which was nice, but I would've liked to have one at the night stand in between the beds too! The alarm clock didn't go off for the time I set it for, this could be user error, but not a big deal because I never trust hotels alarm clocks and set my phones alarm too.Overall it was a good place to rest our heads for a night before going out into -14 degree temperatures.

Pros: We arrived after hours (almost 12 am when they close at 10 pm) and the manager let us in. The room we were in was very spacious. The TV was great and had plenty of channel options. The bed was comfortable enough. The room was in good shape as far as furniture goes and everything looked new.Cons: The top bed spread cover was obviously dirty. The bathtub was dirty and had hair (at least 7, only 1 of them a head hair) and scum build up in it that was easily removed by wiping it, indicating that it just wasn't cleaned prior to our stay. The toilet had dust and hair stuck to the top of the tank. The bathroom floor also had noticeable foot prints on it. The counter had crumbs on it and there was food left in the fridge. The remote control was coated in a black grease-like substance that was almost impossible to clean off, in fact we weren't able to get it fully clean. The manager drawled on about how he couldn't do anything to help us and told us multiple times why he couldn't help us, stating that policy (which we weren't provided with) states that we have 30 minutes, from the time we get the key, to report any issues with the room and request a new one. This was even after he said that he AGREES with us that the cleanliness was unacceptable, but that he can't check every single room for cleanliness. He also stated that he already gave us a 20% discount, when he charged us $80 plus tax for the room, which is what the website stated as their normal price. Instead of caring about what we had experienced, him and another female staff went on and on and on about how they don't help with certain issues and how they run their business and don't run their business. There was spilled syrup in the breakfast area and there was a pile of ants feasting on it. There was also no egg options with breakfast, which is almost all I can eat for breakfast since having weight loss surgery.Other comments: I did not like that there was no carpet in the room. It made the room feel cold. The room was big but there was a lot of empty space and no desk. The lighting is also too dim for my taste.

This is a great property. It is run by extremely friendly and competent people who go out of their way to make sure your stay is good. The room was so spacious and clean. The kitchenette was a nice bonus.

Great place to stay, it’s now a best western plus and they did not disappoint!!! We was on our way home from vacationing in Washington and this was as far as we could drive, we stopped and was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but all we had to give was a finger, lol!! Just joking, the price was very reasonable and we got an excellent nights sleep!!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Oklahomans here by the way!!

I was driving from Salt Lake to Aspen after a day of riding Snowbird. Decided to find a hotel as it was dark and I was tired. After calling the few places in the area and being quoted 130 on average, I walked into what looked like an empty studio 6. Was quoted a special price of 89 (99 regular for single), presumably because it was quiet. Staff was super friendly, room was great, king bed, double burner, medium size fridge/freezer, desk. Hotel had pool and hot tub, fitness room and the complimentary breakfast was great too. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here. Especially as a long term option.

I stayed here for almost a week and I was sick part of the time. The hotel staff were wonderful. The room was very clean, updated and well-kept. They were just so kind and so friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was nice enough, however the hot tub was colder then the pool and breakfast was only non-perishables such as donuts and cereal. I was extreamly dissapointed by that. If the hotel can no longer afford to keep the pool heated and serve a full breakfast that's fine. Just don't advertise as if you do.

Great place to stay when fishing Starvation, we stay here 4 to 6 times a year, clean rooms every time and every room has a kitchen if you want to cook, I would have given 5 stars if the coffee and Continental breakfast was better. The staff is awesome and the parking lot has cameras to help protect you boat and gear.

I am writing this review to warn anyone from staying here. I booked this hotel and had to change my plans and couldn't stay the night that I had booked. I saw in the contract that I wouldn't be charged for cancelling the reservation before 6PM the day of. They still charged me for the stay and will not give me a refund. (Even thought it clearly states that no charge will happen) This went to the corporate level and still nothing has been resolved. I will NEVER stay at a Studio 6, or anything affiliated with this company. BE WARNED!!!

Both my girlfriend and I weren't expecting much when we booked a room in Duschesne, UT. Our experience with small town hotels has bordered on disgusting. So when we checked in to the Studio 6, we were absolutely blown away! The decor and rooms were lovely. We left quite early for other engagements so we didn't get any breakfast or coffee and didn't spend time in the pool or hot tub.
