When I went in today I was in for some pretty standard stuff. The young lady (falene or something) decided to completely ignore my Significant other standing at the waiting to pay for their own stuff and had someone else come up to the counter to buy their stuff whilst my partner stood at the counter with their items on the table, ready to checkout and pay. Most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen in an employee, I'd say I've had pretty good luck interacting with people and this is one of the only bad reviews I've ever written.I will not be likely to do business here again.

Looked at sales items at front of store.Batteries and light globes are always available . Realize all had gone up in price but were less than other stores I had gone to.I drifted over to the snack area and added candy that is still $1.25 affordable but of course 5/6 small fun bars!! Still a deal!!

The cashier despite her efforts could not make change for cash and did not speak enough English to direct me to the area I needed. Other associates were in the back of the store and had to be called to get the right amount of change. I have no issues with non-English speakers however, assistance and supervisor support should be given constantly until the person is confidant in their task.

I like this store prices are good I go there for my cleaners hygiene products. They do have some cute clothes but they have so much of it stacked on one rack it's hard to look through it all then half of it falls on the ground and gets dirty and stained. They really need to clean it up a little bit.. their employees are not very friendly at all or helpfull, they don't greet you when you walk in so you do not feel welcomed so I go in get what I need and get out it's close to home and convenient and the prices are good.

This store is a portal to the Abyss. The store is poorly managed, and often complete chaos. Stuff everywhere in the isles and they go through people like a newborn goes through diapers.

this is not Walmart it is Family Dollar.it was cheaper to buy my lunch meat / hot dog / juice / milk / and I was able to find shoes for 12 bucks / caulking for my trailer / man's beard products / he said birthday cards greeting cards soap for the dishes milk was cheaper cough drops were cheaper garbage bags plastic stuff for picnics / and there's a black haired angel that works there. 5 stars...

I went to the store located in Duchesne, Utah. I was treated rudely just as the other 12 customers in the store. The reason it was rude was the manager at the time sent the second cashier rather then having him help ring out the 6 or 8 people in line and while she was ringing people up she was complaining about too many customers. The male in building was either leaving or going on break but instead stood there and watched her ring everyone up and people were getting angry.

The staff was awesome there were some tags that were marked "all throw blankets 25% off" I grabbed 4 of them but when I got to the check out they didn't ring up right, the cashier and the assistant manager all tried helping me find the correct blankets and discovered that there were only a few of them that were actually price as indicated. I was still satisfied with my purchase although I paid full price for the blankets!

I have never been in a more unorganized store than family dollar. Its like they put too much stuff in half the size store they need. Merchandise in middle of isles. Trip over and run into stuff constantly. Just a mess and nothing is where its suppose to be.

Both Duchesne and Roosevelt stores always have a surprising amount of decor, kitchenware, landscaping and building supplies and the really great thin is the have a lot of food. I was able to purchase 6 lbs of rice for just $3.00 and chocolate éclairs in frozen food too! The stores in SLC was limited to clothing, beauty supple and both home and garden supplies. I've had a complete change if heart on Family Dollar. Not only have I brought plants home from the everglades in Florida but since I've moved here I find I will go to this store before I try other store for certain supplies for cleaning, outdoor decor and even car maintenance supplies that beat the big store prices. I'm sure it depends wger you live but in my small community just having three stores is wonderful. Not one store carries the same as the next. As long as I live here in Bluebell I will be shopping Family Dollar discount stores.

The aisles are always crowded with merchandise in boxes waiting to be placed on the shelves. Sometimes it's impossible to pass through a box crowded aisle. If you like to do obstacle courses and shop, this is the place for you!

The one person we saw working here was on her phone with a Bluetooth device and didn't even care if we needed help and didn't even talk to us when we checked out. She just continued talking to whoever they were in the phone with.

This is one of the few "dollar" shops left out there that don't perfectly organize everything so shopping feels like a treasure hunt. I love it!
