I loved talking to Sherie on the phone when calling to find a nice place with enough rooms for my whole family to stay in Duchense. We all had to attend a family funeral and there wasn’t a lot of options to choose from. Sherie was very friendly and accommodating of me and my family’s circumstances and very sweet, empathetic, and caring during this hard time. She made me feel cared about and welcome. The suites were very nice, clean, and homey. I loved that each room had its own bathroom and wished they made town homes like this for rent. Haha The location was perfect and right on Main Street and close to the grocery store and gas stations in town. The whole check in and check out process was simple and Sherie was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I loved the place, Sherie, and our whole stay.

This was my first time staying at Duchesne Suites. My father was dying and I was unsure of my duration or accommodations for my family. Sherie was very responsive to my phone call and texts. She allowed me to extend my stay after my father passed away. She worked with additional family members needing accommodations. I am a retired property manager with high standards and found Duchesne Suites a wonderful place to call a home away from home. I would like to thank Sherie for her hard work and hospitality.Rooms: There are three rooms, each has their own bathrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs.Safety: I felt safe while staying there alone the first week. The code to get into the front door added security.Food & drinks: Townhomes are behind the Dollar Store, which offers supplies and food.

Such a great experience! Communication with staff made check-in and check-out so carefree. These rooms (each with their own bathrooms) and the full kitchen (moderately stocked with everything but food) make traveling and getting away so affordable because we don't have to eat out for every meal.I love the location: easy access from the main roads, and comfortable walking access to recreation and shopping (even groceries)!Rooms: Clean and roomy, with plenty of privacy.Food & drinks: I LOVE that the full-sized fridge has a functioning ice maker.

We love 'condo living' when traveling. I was a little nervous when I saw the outside of the building (a liitle too rustic attempt) but was quite pleasantly surprised with the insides. Newly renovated with fresh carpets throughout, very clean, full kitchen, including coffee. Would love to have had a king size bed, but all 3 rooms had a queen bed and a private bath. We love having a large table to play cards or have a nice meal.

I love the Winterton Suites. So accommodating with a code sent to your phone. The suite we stayed in was spotless and tidy. When you stay for a few nights, their housekeeping comes in to freshen up the bathrooms and tidy the suite up.Each room has its own bathroom and comfortable beds with tv.The kitchen is a full-sized kitchen, with a stove, oven, microwave, table, dishes, pots, and skillets. It truly is a home away from home.You won't have a better experience.

Loved having 3 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom, a full kitchen and front room to give us all plenty of space to enjoy the weekend at our family reunion. We had 6 units and the owners were great to work with and it was easy to check in by having keypads on the doors. Thanks for making it possible for our group to stay all at one place and enjoy our reunion and mission homecoming of our nephew. We'd love to stay again and recommend it to all! Jan Balle

Our family loved staying here. We came to the basin for a family reunion and the owners were wonderful to work with us and arrange multiple suites for our family. Everyone commented on how nice and spacious the units were and we were especially happy to have a bathroom with each bedroom! We are now leaning toward holding our reunion in the basin again next year, and if we do, we will definitely book with Winterton Suites!

This place was an entire house with all the amenities. It's not pet friendly, even for a small dog, so that's a downer for my family. The rooms were lovely and spacious, the kitchen was great. A bit more care needs to be taken at cleaning, though. The vents were covered in dust. They even provide dishwasher soap. It was a lovely home away from home.

The rooms were good sized. The bathrooms was well set up. The no coin laundry was very nice to have with my sized family. Was very clean when we got there. House keeping was very friendly amd helpful. Most definitely some place I will be going back to if I need to be in the area again. Only down fall was a few burn out light bulbs.

If I could give this no stars, I would. We booked in June for a wedding party in September, only to be called the week of the wedding to be told they cancelled our stay to accommodate other guests. This is after having originally requested an honoring of their prices when compared across platforms (their website, booking.com, airbnb, etc). They quickly said no and to book with them to secure a spot. After they cancelled without warning, when trying to reach a resolution there was no sense of customer support offered. We were told we were without a place to stay, without an offer to help relocate or find something else to accommodate our group of 6, and not even an attempt to try and avoid this bad review. Horrible experience!

I really wish I could give them negative stars.I just got married this past Saturday (September 11th). On May 18th of this year I booked a three bedroom suite for me and some of my bridesmaids. In July I booked another suite for my photographer and his wife and two other sets of couple friends.A month before the wedding (august 13th) they called me and told me that they could no longer accommodate my bookings.This was unbelievably stressful for me at a time when Covid already made wedding planning an absolute nightmare. We were doing EVERYTHING including the food and decor ourselves for 150 people and suddenly I had to back track and worry about hotels again.When I called to talk to them about it, I was told “None of us want to be in this situation,” which sound neither like and apology or taking responsibility for something that was clearly their doing.I alerted other guests that had booked there and 3 other guests had to call to be told that their 3 bedroom suites had also been canceled. One was canceled a week prior to the wedding.Other than that, the place itself is fine, but the furniture is run down. The couch is so worn, you can practically see the stuffing through the seat cushions. And on top of all of that, my dad woke up the first morning of staying there to something having bitten him on the face. He developed an infection and his face was swollen and red for all of our wedding photos.We were surrounded by amazing friends and family who love us and pulled together to make our wedding absolutely gorgeous. Another hotel in the area, run by amazing people, stepped in and gave us a wedding discount to accommodate our displaced wedding guests. My dad was stressed about his face being swollen, but he didn’t let it ruin the day for me or him and I will cherish my photos despite it.However I REALLY could’ve done without the incredible stress that the winterton suites and the unconscionable conduct of the people that run it, added to my already stressful wedding prep.

Driving back home to Denver from San Francisco and found this place at midnight on a Friday. Gave them a call and booked it over the phone while I was at the gas station next door.The host was extremely nice and very helpful! I was blown away by how nice this hotel is. Everything is new and it's massive! I spent the first 20 minutes just wandering around being amazed by how large this hotel room is.I honestly don't know how this three-bedroom house was only $90... I don't understand but I wish that they had these all over the country. This would honestly be a million and a half dollar house in San Francisco.I would definitely stay here again, it feels like staying in a real house instead of a hotel room. Now I just need to decide what bedroom to sleep in

I stayed at the Winterton Suites for about 3 days. The rooms were extremely comfortable, each room had their own full bath, and there was a full kitchen with utensils available for use. The place was very accommodating, and made sure that we had all the basics available needed for having a family of 5 stay there.

An oasis in the hotel motel industry.We spent the night in Deuchesne for our daughter's wedding and stayed at the Winerton suites for one night. We were pleasently suprised by how nice these units were. I've been a builder for thirty years and the first thing I noticed is how well these are built. There was no hint of a cheap hotel feel and the high end finishes made these feel very welcoming. Tvs in every bedroom and full amenities including laundry made these a great alternative to any hotel motel or air bnd. Very reasonably priced and easy to book. We decided at 2pm to book a room to stay the night and Winerton suites had a non smoking room available

Amazing, 3 bedroom 3 bath full kitchen, living room & office space. TV in every room and a washer & dryer. Rates of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom. No office, so there's no check in or check out, door codes in an email take care of it. Very simple.

Dirty beddings, non-washed sheets with hair and dead bugs on them. Sinks were not cleaned in two of the bathrooms and there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Beds are old, you literally sunk in after sitting on. WIFI is slow.The main office is half hour away, so if you need anything like sheets or pillows, then it would take forever for them to bring. It is very inconvenient that they don't have extra essentials in the unit. Also, some units have pots and pans in the kitchen, but some don't have anything; one unit don't even have washer or dryer.

This place was great for a little town like dushane. Sheree was such a sweetheart and very accommodating. If I had to say one badd thing about this place I wish they had a king size bed me and my wife had to sleep in separate bedrooms but after being married for 7 years that might not be such about thing lol just kidding thanks for everything God-bless you to

Rented through Airbnb. Very pleasant and clean. 3 couple's stayed in one unit comfortably the night before a dóxa triathlon. Check in and out was super seamless. Would definitely stay again.
