I live these guys! Their staff really does their best and are very professional and polite. That said my order usuallyright abd when it isn't, they make it rightand quickly. The best solution is to check your order before you leave.Go in in! Tell them what you want and get a quick meal. CocaCola Freestyle machine makes the meal! AND! Their ice cream maching ALWAYS works!!

I accidentally got the person in front of me ‘s food, they apologized and gave me fresh fries and nuggets with a really nice note on the burger wrapper. Significantly better service and speed then the Roosevelt Burgerking, outta all of them in the Uintah County, this ones the best one.

So we placed and order for 6 meals and there were literally 3 people working, they are so short staffed right now, but these guys had everything done and done correctly in about 10 or 15 min. Hats off to them, everything we ordered was correct and hot and fresh. Huge thanks guys, you did an awesome job especially given the circumstances. 👊🍔🍟🥤🤤😋

After work I was hoping to grab some food before my long commute back to salt lake. Seeing this was the only place still open in the area I drove from Roosevelt arriving just 6 minutes before close. The staff at this location was very kind and didn't seem annoyed at all that I had shown up so close to closing time. I really appreciate being able to get something to eat after my shift and the guys at this burger king are to thank for that.

Stood at the counter for quite a bit waiting to be helped. The girl at the window only helped the drive thru people and even though she loved me straight in the eyes and had no one at the window she refused to come take our order. She didn't even tell anyone that we were there. One employee was outside smoking, then the girl at the window refused to help and finally the cook came from the back and took our order??? Very poor service

One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve been to. The food rarely comes out correct or fresh. Seems to me that they skate by since it’s the only chain fast food within 30+ miles. They always take so long to even make a simple order that then still does not come out fresh.

I just came through the drive through and the MANAGER that took my order was VERY disrespectful! I told the person at the window (dany) and she was SUPER NICE! let us know it wasn’t her gave us out stuff and told us to have a good day after she closed the window the manager that was rude to us started going off on dany. I don’t feel that’s right and they need better management.

Don’t eat here! They play with peoples orders. they gave me honey mustard instead of sweet and sour like how are you going to get that wrong? and my sweet tea taste like they poured a bunch of honey into it like why do fast food employees always think it’s funny to mess with peoples food it’s not our fault that you work at Burger King you shouldn’t have been lazy and got a education smh..

This was one of the only stops on my road trip to grab a quick bite to eat. Out of 4 very simple burgers (plain only cheese) only 2 we're correct and they were all COLD!! I'm talking the cheese wasn't even melted cold. My cars heater warmed it up more than the actual store did 🙄 definitely will never be stopping here again! In fact I've marked it on my maps as placed NOT to go!

Need to hire employees who can follow directions. Not sure what Burger King fries their French fries and tots in. Absolutely awful flavor. Need to change oil frequently. I know the difference between old and new oil. I think they change oil once a month. Pathetic! Burger King has been around for many many years. Employees can really destroy a goodplace to eat. Maybe hire people who care about the establishment their working for.

I'm from the Salt Lake area and every Burger King down there I've been to are pretty bad. This one here in Duchesne is amazing! The food was cooked perfectly, the customer service was great, and they are efficient. Definitely the best Burger King I've been to in a long time!

We ordered on the app, thinking we would save time because we were in a hurry... That didn't work out as planned! We waited in line for 15 minutes for the three cars in front of us at the drive thru to get their food before we could get ours. I'm not sure why they don't pull the cars forward if their food isn't ready. 🤷‍♀️On the plus side, the food was very good. It was fresh and hot!

Burger King was splendiferously fantabulous! My dad and I stopped there for an order of onion rings while we are on a drive up in Duchenne on a drive from Orem then we will return by driving down through Emory county then up to where we live in Orem, Utah. 👍😁
