Jen was extremely helpful when I came to pick up my prescriptions. She noticed that they were on the more expensive side so she found a discount and applied it which significantly reduced the cost of my medication’s. I’m very grateful for her and her services. She was also very sweet During our interaction and made me feel like she was happy to help

This pharmacy has good workers then they have the workers who have a attitude over the phone. How is it you cancel a prescription and then tell me to call the doctor to place a prescription again? What did you do in the first place to lose the prescription? It is very frustrating when your trying to get the prescriptions for your spouse, picked up 1 of 2 from today, to only call them back and be told i don't see anything! Get it done right the first time and if you don't like what your doing, please find another job. It is hard and frustrating when your trying to pick up prescriptions and the person on the other side of the counter has a damn attitude especially when they answer the phone. Find

This pharmacy is horrible. They used to be good years ago, but now they have completely incompetent employees working there. Not only that, but it takes ages to get anything done and don’t even bother trying to use the drive thru, you’ll be there for 20 min waiting for something that can take 2 min. I have no idea what happened but picking up a ready prescription went from taking 5 mins to an over 20 min ordeal, it’s ridiculous. They need to staff at least 2 registers and actually train the techs, because there’s no way they are keeping customers from leaving, I have transferred all of my prescriptions to a new (non Walgreens) pharmacy, I refuse to give them any more of my money or time.

Since my last review, this pharmacy has staffed up and stocked up. For the last several months, my prescription experience has been seamless. The informational signs up in the pharmacy lobby and desk are great to read. I would have missed a renewal if I hadn't recently read one. In my experience, the drive-thru is faster. It is busy and sometimes there is a line but in-store help has been faster and always kind. Home COVID tests available

This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Made me come back 3 times, then the last time told me they didn’t have it. Then went back and somehow found it. It was a 6 hour process. They should shut this down. Only had 1 employee

If you want to see what incompetency is... Then DEFINETLY use this Pharmacy!!!I had issues TWICE in 3 days with this pharmacy.First time I went, the girl argued with me that my husband is on a government plan (ie Medicaid and/or Medicare). When I showed her our card and told her neither one of us have EVER been on a Government plan, she argued with me and told me to go call my insurance. My insurance had to actually call them to find out what was going on. She entered our plan in under my husband as a Government plan in the system!! The 2nd time... I call and speak to individuals... who tell me one thing and ensure that everything is set and I am good to come pick up the RX to only be turned away and told, "Oh they must have misunderstood you" or "Sorry, we have a shortage of staff and not all are trained"... Then maybe you need to hire and train competent individuals who really listen to understand your customers needs and actually care and act with some compassion... Maybe a smile would also be nice, but let's not push it! Seriously... If you want HORRIBLE service go to the DRAPER PARKWAY Walgreens! They will do you solid in that department!!! I will choose to go elsewhere!!

Don't bother booking an appointment for a vaccination, and don't bother coming in, they'll tell you to book it online. Mine was at this location, but was sent to a different location. Went to it and found they wouldn't give me the vaccinations I'd booked, and didn't recommend them together. They hadn't submitted the vaccinations to insurance, said those vaccinations I'd booked weren't covered, and had my appointment all jacked up.

Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. Got a message saying my prescription is out of stock.. again. I wait a week to call back and of course they say I don't have a prescription at all with them.. gladly will be going to a different place and paying more to get better service. Ridiculous.

I had to wait 50 minutes for a prescription that was filled in 5 and I was told would take 15. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked if my pescriotion was ready, to which she answered yes and sent me to the back a completely stagnant line while they looked for a prescription they lost for a customer that came in 10 minutes after me. Three of them proceeded to look for this mans prescription, while 7+ people waited in line for over 20 minutes, before they found and gave the man his prescriptions. And then proceeded to help the line which took me, having already been there over 40 minutes 10 more minutes. The transaction took less than 1 minute. If they had just sent to people who had already waited in line out with their prescriptions they could have had a line of 3 people held up for 30 minutes instead of over 7. If they had simply put one person at the desk to help the line instead of having 3 people looking for one thing, everyone there could have been helped and gone in the time it took them to find the prescription. I get being overwhelmed and understaffed, but based on what I saw its their own fault. Some basic efficiency, say calling ready medications over the intercom which they used 3 times to call for a manager that never came, would have made the situation go twice as fast if not more. If you're going through the drive through you're probably fine, but be prepared to wait either 5 minutes or over 30 if you go inside.

Walgreens these days is pathetic in general when it comes to being a pharmacy but this one hit a new low. They said there was a prescription available in their system when there was not, they didn’t tell me they actually weren’t in stock until all other pharmacies in the area were closed and when I called to ask how that happened (my baby is so sick and needs medicine) the lady could not care less and was so rude. If you don’t care one single bit about people, don’t work in a pharmacy.

Every time I get prescriptions here there’s always a problem. There a select few staff that seem to care but they don’t work very often. The women that has black hair and doesn’t speak good English is very rude, throwing my prescription around and threw my card back at me. And when I asked her to hold my prescription she completely canceled it all together and used my coupon even though I didn’t end up getting the coupon. Every single time is a fight. I will be finding a new pharmacy

The pharmacy staff is always very nice and accommodating. Working in a pharmacy is challenging; the staff members have to deal with different insurance plans, doctors, and government policies but those at the Draper Walgreens Pharmacy always work hard to help me get me script as soon as possible. They are efficient and friendly. I’ve never had a problem in my multiple years of patronage.

I've also noticed that this Walgreen's treats everyone poorly. I get an attitude just about every time I visit. A new policy for patients on certain medications, the safe is locked for 45 minutes so you must wait a full hour to fill anything. This system is designed to punish the good customers for maybe what one or two bad ones have done. I plan to check out CVS and give them a chance.

I really struggled with the rating I gave this pharmacy. Reflecting back I decided they must be catering to a very niche clientele. A clint that appreciates waiting 35 minutes to have only half their order filled, a clint that loves the look of bewilderment when they ask where can I go to get the rest of my order filled. (Since they didn't have the medication, every other walgreens must right?) After my struggle of deciding what rating I should give I reflected on what similar experiences I have with this behavior... I reflect and remember elementary, the additudes and incapability children have to think externally; and provide a capable yet warm customer service. If you like neglect and the "disservice industry" you'll love this pharmacy.

Love this pharmacy. My husband and I come here for almost everything, We are always excited when our favorite pharmacy technician is working. He makes sure we know everything about the medication and is super friendly and full of jokes! Always makes us smile! Only time I didn't get my prescription on time was when there was a gas leak on the street.

I have repeatedly had problems with the pharmacy at this store. I received a call in mid June asking if I would like to have my repetitive prescriptions filled automatically at the end of the run date for the prescription and I said yes... I went to pick up the prescriptions at the day they told me to get them and they aren't available (I have 3)... They only have one. I told them that I wanted all 3 and they told me to come back in a week. I go back in a week and they no longer have the one they had for the previous week but had the other 2. I pick them up and I am charged more as a co-charge than I have ever been charged before. There was a line and so I decided not to make a scene and I went home and called and asked why the item they had for me last week was not there for me and they told me that my refills on that item had run out. The Doctor assured me that he had renewed all of my prescriptions at my appointment less than a month earlier. I complained on the phone for the lack of communication and I was invited by Zach the Pharmacist on duty to go to another place of business like Macy's or Walmart if I didn't like the situation. I told him that I may have to do that although my AARP insurance is tied in with Walgreens. Not sure what I need to do at this point but it looks like I will have a lot of phone calls to make on Monday (today is Saturday). Oh well... another bump on life's road to deal with... Hopefully, I will be able to take my business elsewhere without financial penalty because these guys are pathetic and the worst that I have dealt with since being on prescription drugs. I am not use to this type of customer service.

I bring my daughter to have the covid vaccine this afternoon, but she didn't got it, because they said my daughter’s insurance not covere the vaccine. Also employees not nice. I searched informations on their website when I back to home, it says:’COVID-19 vaccines are provided at no-cost to you with most insurance or government assistance. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services states that people without health insurance or whose insurance does not provide coverage of COVID-19 vaccines can get a COVID-19 vaccine at no-cost with health plan or government program coverage.’ They waste our times. And hope they can know the policies they should know and treat people kindness.

My 9 year old son had surgery today and can't keep food or water down from a reaction to the anesthesia. I called the Dr. (after hours) and he prescribed a medicine he could put under his tongue that dissolves and relieves nausea. I just dropped by this Walgreens to pick it up. I was met at 11 PM at the front door as I was about to walk in. The lady said we are closing. They have changed hours and close at 11PM, which I was unaware of. I asked her if I could just quickly pick up a RX my Dr. called in earlier and she said no. Another lady came up to the door too and I asked her if I could just go to the pharmacy or even through the drive in to pick up my RX. She said no, you will have to come back tomorrow morning. I'm like it's still 11 PM you are now just barely closing the store, can I just get it quickly... they both said NO, we are closed. Our family has spent thousands on RX over the last 10 years here. My little boy is facing a long night vomiting without relief. I won't be returning in the morning or ever again. There is CVS, Costco, Walmart and others I will got to before this Walgreen's. Terrible, uncaring service now.

If you don’t want to wait 20 minutes to pick up a prescription that is already ready cause they are chitchatting instead of working you should move your prescriptions somewhere else. Life is too short to give your money to people who treat you poorly.

I had a hard time picking how many stars to put for this review because my first experience with one employee was bad (horrible customer service and worthy of 1 star), but then I was helped by another employee who was very nice and helpful (5 stars). Here's what happened:I knew this location was open 24 hours, but I called around 6:30 p.m. to see if their photo center was also open 24 hours and to see if I could get my photos printed if I came in late that night. The lady I spoke to said yes.I went in at 10:40 p.m. and put in my order for my pictures on the self-serve computer. Then I went to the front to tell the employee I had done it and asked if I could get them printed please (the receipt said they would be ready at 1 a.m. but they always do it right away if you ask). She said I would have to wait till 1 a.m. because their photo computers updated from 11 to 1 and she wouldn't be able to print anything during that time. I said, "okay, but it's 10:50." And it would not take more than 5 minutes to print 20 4x6 photos. She insisted that it still wouldn't be possible because she was helping other customers check out and couldn't go over to the photo center right then (she was the only one on the clock). I found it strange that she was willing to help all the customers in line behind me rather than spend 10 seconds to walk to the photo computer and press one button for me (who was in front of all the other waiting customers). But maybe she felt that the customers checking out come before someone who needs other assistance. So I waited. I let everyone go in front of me while I waited, and hoped that she would finish all these customers before 11 p.m. and then I could convince her to help me.As I waited, I noticed one customer who got in line wearing a Walgreens shirt (an employee, barely off the clock, buying something on her way out). She asked, "are you in line?" And I told her I was waiting for help at the photo center. She said she could help me. She walked the 30 feet to the photo center and pressed 1 button and my pictures were printing. It took 5 seconds, maybe 10 tops. I was so grateful! I was there on Saturday night trying to print photos for Mother's Day the next day and she totally saved me!As I checked out, the original lady who wouldn't help me said "sorry about that. I couldn't legally ask for her help since she wasn't on the clock." But honestly, that doesn't matter. She didn't need help! It would have taken her 10 seconds to help me and save me 2 hours of waiting! But she wasn't willing.

I will never use this pharmacy. They said our rx would take 1 1/2 hours or longer to fill but would send a text as soon as it was filled. Never got one. We sent the rx because they were a 24 hour pharmacy. Honestly we would have got quicker kinder service waiting for a good pharmacy. Anyway I Drove out there to get it many hours later and they were very unhelpful!! Add that I had to wait in hold for almost 30 minutes to talk to someone! No customer service. And a pharmacy should have the best, as they are dealing with sick, stressed, and unwell people! Don't use them. You'd be better to wait to use a good neighbor pharmacy than this pathetic excuse of a pharmacy. My 5 year old daughter had to suffer in pain because of their poor business and that's just not ok.

The store checkers are friendly, although the pharmacists aren't very friendly, but they have always answered my calls in a timely manner and given me the help I needed. The pharmacy also has optional automatic refills, text alerts when it's ready, their smart phone app scans bar codes to do refills, and they have any medicine we need.

Another review stated: "The Draper Walgreens pharmacy staff does not care about customers." I'm here to endorse that. The pharmacist was not willing to answer our questions about how insurance would cover medicine, nor did he go over instructions for my son's medication. He was incredibly rude, tossed our card back at us, and did not respond to any questions -- he just went about his business and literally seemed to avoid speaking to customers. When I say he was not willing to answer our questions, I mean when we asked a question, he responded with the total price for the medicine rather than responding to us. We will NEVER send medicine to this store again, and frankly, we won't be going to Walgreens again either -- I don't know why we felt like giving Walgreens a shot when CVS has never disappointed.

Jesse helped me initially at the drive through window, but he was unable to come up with a solution on a prescription at that time due to unavailability and the way it was written. He called me back before the end of the day with a solution that gave me an even better value in volume and cost. I am even more of a fan of Walgreens after the great service and customer care Jesse was able to provide.

Dropped off my pharmacy prescriptions day early so wouldn't have to wait for them next morning. Asked the pharmacy tech if there would be a problem picking them up tomorrow. Guess what, not ready and have to wait for them to fill them. Telling me minimum 1 hour wait maybe longer now. Incompetent is all I can say. 3 time having a bad experience with this pharmacy. Not coming back!

I've been to this pharmacy multiple times to drop off my girlfriend's prescriptions and fill some of my own. They are always messing up my prescriptions. They even lost one prescription out of their own incompetence and denied ever having it even after I received a call that my prescription was ready for pick-up. They did nothing to rectify this situation. Not even an apology.I'm never going back there again. I definitely recommend that you go to a different pharmacy if you care about your prescriptions being filled correctly and punctually.

I ordered some pictures to be printed yesterday. When I came back to pick them up I noticed the pictures were printed in landscape mode even though I needed portrait. I'm not sure if it was an error on my part or theirs, but when I asked if I could reprint the pictures in portrait mode at no extra charge they were perfectly accommodating! I got my newly printed pictures right away and I walked away very pleased with my experience.

I called this morning for a flu shot. The pharmacy tech said they had them in. I drove to the Walgreens. The person at the register said we haven't had them in for weeks. I don't know why someone would've told you that. It could've been the central answering center. They don't know what we have in stock. That's really bad Customer service. I thought I was speaking directly to the pharmacy. Who was I speaking to then?

Just came to pick up a prescription after one of the other locations was not very nice and did not look up what they were supposed to. I had the pleasure of meeting Annette and Jesse. To say they go above and beyond for people is an understatement. What sweet, kind, and hardworking humans. They are blessings from God for sure. Thanks for being professional and kind!

One of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a pharmacy. I was initially told that my prescription would be 30-45 minutes to fill. I returned nearly two hours later, waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes, then was told the prescription wasn't ready for another ten minutes so I was asked to get out of line and circle back around the building. Not more than a minute later I got a text saying the prescription was ready. I went to get back in line and found there were now four more cars ahead of me so I opted to go inside. It took about twenty minutes more for the two people in front of me to be helped. When I finally got to the front of the (two person) line it took another five minutes for them to find my prescription. Turns out they had left my filled prescriptions, with my personal information, sitting on the front counter right by the customer line. Seems like the pharmacy bit off more than they could chew taking on the Kmart pharmacy customers.
