Dropped off a prescription Friday afternoon - told the pharmacist I needed it by Monday evening. I was told there wouldn’t be a problem, it would be ready in a few hours. Came in Monday evening, I was told that they didn’t have the prescription. They said they could order it in but it may take a couple of months! I asked for my paper script back so I could take it somewhere else and try to get it filled - they couldn’t find my script! Yes, save yourself the frustration, go anywhere but here!

This is the worst Pharmacy! I called in a prescription and the automated system told me it would be filled. I go to pick it up and they are out of my medication. No one notified me. The medicine had not even been ordered. So Frustrating!! They would not be able to get my prescription for another 4 days. I went to a new Pharmacy! I would avoid this pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I have an elderly mother and get her prescriptions from time to time. I have currently been on hold for 1:47 minutes (to see when her prescriptions that were called in 24 hours ago will be ready)... because I'm just curious to see if and when they will ever pick up, their lunch hour is in 6 minutes so I assume I'll be disconnected then. The drive up lines are ridiculous but they do help them before people standing in line. What an absolute joke

The worst pharmacy in Utah. Try to avoid this location at all cost. They are so picky to fill my prescription. Our doctor had to send prescriptions to them 3 times a day, they still complained. Eventually I took the prescription to Walmart cross the street, done ! No problem, not picky at all in Walmart. Meds are filled in 5 minutes and cheaper too.

Do not go to this store!!!! I cannot stress enough how poorly I was treated today. While trying to fill a prescription I was told it would be ready in 4 hours. This was after I was told it was ready days earlier when I called in the refill request. After 4 hours had passed, I asked my in-laws to pick up the prescription. They are well into their 80s and mobility challenged, so they waited in the drive-thru. I was on the phone with them during this wait, and after over an hour of mindless chit chat with the in-laws, they finally got to the front of the line. They watched the person in front of them sit there for over 20 minutes before that person received their prescriptions. My in-laws drove up and they saw a new hand written sign that said the drive-thru was unexpectedly closed, please come inside. Unfortunately they cannot come inside. A simple refill turned into an 8 hour process including an unnecessary trip to my house just so someone can walk into the pharmacy. To add insult to injury, after walking in for the final time, the prescription was not ready, and there was no management at the store to explain this. I will never set foot in another Walgreens!!!! Please fill your prescriptions anywhere else. There are a lot of good options including Walmart, which is right across the road from this location.

Walgreens as a company needs to just shut down or sell to another pharmacy. They clearly have a situation where they can’t get employees, are always short staffed and you might as well roll dice whether you will actually have an open pharmacy or not. Plan on 2-3 visit before they are actually able to help you with your prescription. Be nice to the employees, they’re not being treated well.

I've been having some mixed feelings about Walgreens recently but today Jenna in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get the meds I've been trying to fill for the past two months. I'm so grateful and it's so nice to see someone care

The pharmacy website let me schedule an appointment for two vaccines. I got multiple reminder emails and texts in regard to this appointment. When I got to the pharmacy for my appointment and after waiting 15 minutes, the cashier told me they didn’t have the vaccines. I asked why the website would let me schedule the appointment if they didn’t have the vaccines in stock. The cashier said, “we’ve told Walgreens about this and they won’t do anything.” Take the vaccine scheduling option off your website if it doesn’t work properly! If you need a vaccine, call the pharmacy to make sure they have it in stock before you waste your time like I did. Terrible service, Walgreens.

Just waited in the drive through for an hour to have it shut down right after the person in front of me got their prescription and a long line of cars behind me. A sign in the window said to go inside but I could see a long line inside as well. Seems like understaffing. Just bad.

This pharmacy totally sucks. I know like other places they take there time, but this has to be the worst. They never answer the phone and they are incompetent. My wife had surgery and is in a lot of pain. We dropped off the prescription and they told us it would take 2 hours. Just over 2 hours I went to pick up and they said there was an issue with our insurance and they didn’t fill the prescription. I gave them the insurance again as they made an error before and said it would be another 30 minutes or so to fill. What a joke! If they were slightly competent, they would have called or at least filled the prescription and had the insurance corrected at pick up. Hate these people. We’ll be going to the CVS pharmacy near by instead of wasting our time!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The most unorganized and chaotic place ever. They need more techs or a better system. Pharmacist had no clue what was happening ever. Made an appt weeks ago and have been waiting for 45 minutes for a dang covid vaccine. (EDITED I HAVE BEEN WAITING AN HOUR NOW!!!) Last week I got a flu shot and waited 45 minutes. Unacceptable.

I went to this store to pick up my online order, Bob who is manager refused to give me the receipt, then I called Walgreens customer service, the representative wanted to talk store manager, Bob just walked away. He was so rude, I don’t know how he could be manager.

I'm trying to get a simple covid+flu vaccine. They have almost the entire day available in the system. I keep booking an available slot and they keep confirming, then cancel the appointment in 5 mins. Happened 3 in a row just now. Disappointed. Going to use another drug store from now on.

Worst pharmacy ever! Ever single time I refill a prescription, have a simple question, or need to speak with someone in store, there is an issue! I can never leave satisfied whenever I deal with this pharmacy. I am leaving this review specifically for Janice. Janice is an employee at this specific Walgreens and I have never had a worse experience. She hangs up the phone on you whenever you call in, she ignores you whenever you ask a question, and she has some of the worst attitude I’ve ever seen! I genuinely with you luck with your life, Janice!

Even after making an appointment for a specific vaccination required for schooling, it still took much longer than necessary for a simple single vaccination. The worker even had to go check to see if they had that vaccine in stock! Their system wasn’t accepting my insurance-not an issue with my insurance, so I had to pay cash for my vaccine and they won’t take payment manually…so my virtual HSA card wasn’t accepted. This was a joke of an experience. Don’t come here.

I went into the store to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy closed as I got there! Which I wasn’t surprised but a little irritated. I thought oh wow, I have a package to send out with Fedx I’ll go grab from the car. I brought it back in and was told by two younger men that I had to tape up my own package ok you don’t have any in the store that’s fine! And one of the guys says well it won’t be sent out till Tuesday anyway! I said why is that? Well tomorrow is a National holiday! Oh! Which one is that being that I work at a bank! It’s 9/11 and no one will be running! I’ll just tape up my box and drop it off somewhere else on tomorrow on 9/11!

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is the worst ever. I called at 10:30 this morning to get a prescription refill. I was told that it would be ready by early afternoon and to wait for notification that it was ready. I never received any notification, so I called again at 3:00 to find out that the prescription would be ready in 2 days. I then spoke with someone who told me that they would have it ready in 90 minutes. I called to check and it is still being processed. I was told by the recording to call again to check the status in an hour. This is a major inconvenience. This pharmacy needs to get their act together. I will start using a different Walgreens as this is not the first time it has happened.

I visited the pharmacy to get my young daughter’s prescription and the lady there lied to me about it being out of stock. I called my doctor and he told me that the issue was with the insurance but they had previously accommodated for it. So the woman lied to me, withheld my daughter’s prescription and gave me the worst “fuck you lady” look I’ve ever seen. That’s discrimination at its finest. To say I’ll be moving pharmacies is an understatement. I’ll never be going to this Walgreens for as long as I live.

A little after 7pm i went in real quick to see if I can get my kid a tshirt to put under her jersey since it was cold out for her game. I did find one but that's not the point. I noticed they blocked off both bathrooms and asked if the bathrooms were out of order and 2 guys were at the front, one said he just cleaned them and didn't want to clean them again so he just had them blocked off. I just nodded and agreed since I thought they were closing soon anyways. Bought my shirt and took off to Sinclair to use their bathrooms. I Google to see what time this walgreens closed and it said 11pm. It was super inconvenient for me. I like the walgreens near my house, they are more attentive.

I am an M.D. specializing in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. My advice to anyone thinking of using this pharmacy, would be to think again. Every time I try to call in a prescription there I run into the most user-unfriendly menu system I have ever encountered, and then be put on eternal hold. Like just now I called three times to call a prescription in for a patient and was placed on a cumulative hold for 38 minutes. The result was the patient did not get the needed prescription today and will have to wait another day for an alternate pharmacy. Stay away from this pharmacy if you can at all help it!!!The only reason I’m giving this place one star (other than that’s the lowest you can give) is for one guy who is their one bright star. Wish I knew his name because I hate to refer to him as the guy with long hair and pony tail — the one distinctive feature I remember, other than how polite and helpful, and intelligent he obviously was. (If you are reading this, don’t let anyone make fun of your pony tail). Easy to tell he was probably valuable to the manager as well as he did not wait or need to be told what needed to be done next and he was already on it. Now, if just the manager would shape up and make the pharmacy efficient and user friendly.

Sent in a prescription request through their online portal. Got emails confirming my prescription. Went to pick up and they said they had absolutely no record. Pharmacist had no idea. Called the number on the email. They had no idea. What a joke.

I have been to this location many times for prescription and photo pick ups and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The staff is always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help and are always anticipating needs. I’ve never had to wait long to get checked out and love the convenience of the photo department.

Richard the pharmacist was very pleasant. The technicians did a great job checking me in for my second vaccine. In spite of an angry and rude woman calling them incompetent, they all remained calm and handled the situation very professionally. I’m sure they were very busy and doing their best. Very pleased with the service.

Placed an order for a photo pick up online. Went to pick up photos about 30 min after the time it said it would be ready. When we got to the counter the guy pretty much laughed in our faces saying he has 15 orders to print in front of our and to come back in 3-4 hour. Like what! All you are doing is printing photos that u pre approved and when it said it should be ready online don’t laugh in my face when I come in to pick them up. Horrible customer service and I will be going to any other Walgreens from now on.
