I will say this, for two weeks I called around to other companies and never a call back after leaving many messages. I decided to try my chances and re Google and see if I would have better luck. I called Sparkling Ponds and to amazement the owner Nephi answered right away. He accommodated from the moment he answered. He sent out Will and he was such a hard worker. He was extra mindful of my babies and even took a moment to remove a tumor off on of my gold fishes. Thank you guys for accommodating me and spontaneous whim to clean my pond. I will be definitely be using your services again!!

Nephi did a great job. Came out right away looked at the problem, ordered the new pump and it in a very short time removed/ replaced the old one. Would recommend Sparkling Ponds for any water feature projects.

Took a basic waterfall to a high end water feature. Professional team very informative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Sparkling Ponds for your existing or new water feature.

I have a problem with my koi pond and Nephi told me exactly how to solve it what a great person very knowledgeable and professional I highly recommend he came over and fixed all the problems that I had from the last company and products that all went bad in only 6 months my pumps ionizer my clarifier ect. I can't say enough about him and his help thank you very much and I'll be a customer for life! Also sealed the leaks

Sparkling Ponds was fantastic! They came out in the rain to clean our pond and change the pump for our waterfall. They did a much better job than any other company we’ve used before. They even caught all my fish. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

People please be careful of this guy Nephi as the owner, he is a liar and a scam. I hire him to clean my pond and fix the leak, he and one of his guy come to clean the pond and told us that he will come back to fix the leak when he find it, he never come back after we pay him in cash. Once he got pay he never come back to find and fix the leak and we call and text him and his or his wife always come up with excuses one after another then they never responded to us period. So please people be careful of this guy Nephi the owner and his crew. I have all the text messages and a contract to prove it

I requested a spring pond clean up online. After texting photos of my pond, waterfalls and stream, I received an estimate and then scheduled the work. K'sean, Dillion and his brother completed the clean up yesterday. Costs were within budget and reasonable given the amount of effort required. They were great to have working on my pond and they transferred all of my very large koi with care. Nephi came out to help me with my filtration system, setting up one waterfall with a new filter. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. I am going to keep them on a maintenance plan and have Nephi help update the rest of my filtration system. I highly recommend Nephi and his crew.

I can't say enough good things about Nephi and his crew! I sent out an inquiry for some pond repair on a Sunday- not expecting to hear anything until the next day or so, and he promptly responded and was able to fit us into his schedule and come out on Tuesday. While another place that I called on Saturday told me they would get back to me momentarily and didn't even return my call until four days later!When Nephi and his guy showed up they were efficient, fast and worked hard to get everything taken care of as quickly as possible. They completely drained, cleaned my pond and replaced my pump. At the same time, Nephi took the time to give me several pointers about how to trouble shoot and care for my pond and fish. Additionally, one of my goldfish has some big bumps on his side and Nephi took the time to cut them off!Then, he returned 2 days later to deliver a couple of koi that he sold me at a discount and do some minor touch up things as long as he was there!I have definitely saved his information and will not hesitate to contact him when I need assistance or service. Glad I have found him!

Called Nephi on a Friday and he came right out that day to take a look at the job and tell us what needed to be done and how he could do it. Then he scheduled us for the very next Wednesday to start. He and his crew worked on our pond redo as if it was their own. He made the whole project look great. His knowledge concerning ponds, fish, and maintenance is nothing short of amazing. My waterfall and pond had issues! I was very conflicted about who to trust to assist me with the problems. I needed a professional! I called and got a quick response and appointment. The two guys who came to work on my waterfall did an excellent job! They addressed my concerns, answered my questions, took extra care working around existing landscaping and worked really hard! My waterfall and pond are clean and beautiful! A few days later, Nephi personally came to get my payment and took extra time answering more questions and gave me more info about maintaining and improving my pond. He is experienced, definitely an expert in his field. I really appreciate the honest, respectful way I've been treated and the excellent service provided by Nephi and his workers. I highly recommend this company!

Sparkling is what my Koi Pond looks like now!!!A younger guy came and brought everything to get a messy job done. We just bought this home 4 days ago and I don't know how a Koi survived in that nastiness. Since gross and Stinky!!!Another younger guy came to help finish up.These to men were pleasent and so respectful. I will keep them for life!I'm just sorry I can't remember their names.Give them a try will worth it. 💙💙

I have hired many workers over the last 20 years to clean my ponds & take care of my fish. Of all the people I have hired, Nephi has the most experience and is the hardest worker. He has saved my fish many times when I thought all was lost.He put a new pond & waterfall addition to my old one and it turned out great. All my fish are doing better now. Thanks NephiQaz

The last time it was this clean was when I first got it built. Definitely going to stay with these guys for my pond in the future.

When I found this company, the owner, Nephi, came out and he showed me what to do down to the tee. He was very personable, honest and the best part is that my pond has continued to stay as beautiful as the day he came to my home.

I wish I could give them 100 star's!!!!They are fantastic all around from fish to customer service!Absolutely beautiful koi!I looked for Koi from Maine to California and this place had the most beautiful fish and were the kindest people BY FAR!I spent months looking for some nice koi and what I got from these guys was beyond every expectation I had! The prices are great especially for the unbelievable quality of fish your getting! I only was looking for 2 fish at first but after seeing the fish they had to offer, I ended up ordering 5! After receiving them and being so blown away by how beautiful and the amazing quality fish they were, I ordered 4 more! They are pretty far from me as they are in Utah and I'm in south Louisiana but they packaged the fish so well they were doing great upon arriving to me by next day shipping. They immediately got cozy in my pond and are doing wonderful! Besides the beauty and quality the service was absolutely incomparable to any other place! Nephi worked with me day after day to make sure I was able to pick out the exact fish I wanted! He would ask what I was looking for, get a group of those together in a pool and then video them so I could pick from several of the exact look and type I wanted! I couldn't have asked for better service! I didn't think there was anyone out there like Nephi, that would actually spend the time to make sure I was getting to look at several different ones and getting what I wanted! He is truly amazing! There is no other company out there that not only has such beautiful, high quality fish with the amazing customer service like Nephi! I am so appreciative of my beautiful fish and the awesome care I was given through the process of picking out my fish! Best place hands down to get your koi pond designed and built and a great place to get koi too! Nephi is very knowledgeable about the science of ponds and helped me design and then built for me, exactly what I wanted! They are quick, have amazing customer service and made sure I was happy! Use caution. I used Sparkling ponds LLC to replace the liner in my pond. When all was said and done, I had a large brown spot on my lawn where they laid the liner out in the blistering heat. I had a four car drive way and a patio where the liner could have been spread out. At the end of the project, I found small rocks, dirt and other debris thrown in under my shrubs. Like I wouldn't notice. They also left a lot of dirt on my lawn that I had to clean up so the grass could grow. In the end, there was a lot more clean up that I ever dreamed of. I doubt that I will call them back.

Nephi came out the day we called and tested the water, cleaned, emptied, refilled the pond, treated the water and even replaced a couple of koi for us. They came out to my small swamp that I wanted to enlarge, and wanted to actually be able to see my fish. They gave me tons of options if i was on a bugit, explained what happens with a pond each season and koi facts that I can’t believe I never new! In the end I ended up with a big beautiful sparkling pond! I was able to get koi for a great price that are beautiful. Awesome experience!!!
