I couldn't find an employee to help me, but I also had to wait over 10 minutes at the customer service desk for the employee's to finish their goofing around and chatting. When I asked for someone to service me at the customer service desk, I got eye rolls and attitude. It's a bunch of teenagers (which is fine) that didn't want to be there.

If I could rate the Quality Market Bakery zero stars I would without any hesitation, we ordered a cake a whole week in advance to get made for my son's birthday and an hour before we were meant to pick it up we get a call saying the don't have the cake made because they don't have the kit to make it, this was very frustrating news to get so my husband called to see what was going on and was given excuse after excuse as to why they were unable to make our order, I actually ended up calling the bakery back and spoke with the manager who was super unsympathetic, and all full of excuses and just kept saying they had several other great cakes which is besides the point, I did kind of say some unkind words at the end of the call before I hung up that I do regret but I was just blown away by the unprofessionalism of everyone at the bakery and of the countless excuses we received. We did get a hold of Jubliees who wasn't only sympathetic but also kind and took our order so my son could still get his special cake on his special day so from this day fourth we'll just take all our business to Jublilees.

As an "Out of Town'er" I generally feel unwelcomed by most of the locals here in Delta, but the guy running the Deli/hot food, has one heck of a character, one of the best and nicest personalities I've ever seen. Dude has great energy, friendly, and beyond well customer service care. Assuming he's not the owner or associate owner, the guy deserves a raise!Aside from that, they serve surprisingly good hot food, their bakery is pretty nice too, store is generally well kept, pretty much has Jubilife well beat in every category except for being closed on Sundays.

I rarely shop here but I do use their pharmacy. Last week while getting medications refilled, I saw this German Chocolate cake. Got my meds and was distracted by the aroma coming from the deli, so I went to see what smelled wonderful....then I saw it, that danged chocolate cake!Long story short, I had to take a shower to get all the chocolate out of my beard and mustache!

Stopped here and got supplies for our trip home. Had most things we needed. The deli has a lot of good options. There were a few empty slots of items that we needed. But a good place to shop.

This store is awesome, a little bit of everything. Prices were low and customer service surpassed my expectation. Ps the bakery bread is fantastic and the 35 cent soda machine out front is sweet too.

Very friendly and helpful. It is nice to see familiar faces every time you go in. We are from AZ and spend time in Delta at Antelope Valley campground every summer. I hope they continue to keep up the good work.

Good selection of items for a small town grocer and good prices on many things. Helpful and friendly staff as well.Update: Sometimes the sale prices aren't in the system so you do have to watch and make sure your getti g them and not paying normal price on items, especially producer sales

Easy access to front door and handicap parking. Has Electric scooter next to dining tables and chairs. There right by rug cleaning rental, dry ice machine & cool toy vender machines. Has location to post for sale, lost or found, or up coming events. Just inside is the customer service department that's very useful. Can check out small amount of groceries except items needing to be weighted like fruits & veggies. But have movie rentals, money orders, copy and fax machine, plus Western Union services. Can pay some utilities. The deli and bakery section can make your mouth water. I love the Craft and gift/holiday sections. The prices are low and produce fresh. Just a really cool grocery store. I think the best is if check out line gets to long they are right there with another friendly cashier.

When we were in Delta, this supermarket seemed to stand out above the rest. One stop shop really. With more and more stores closing down, I hope this place stays open. It had a good variety of merchandise and food to buy. And the customer service was great. Really friendly people here and within the town of Delta.

Cute little place. They have TONS of vaccines. That’s why I came. I got to walk around for 15 mins while they waited to see if I’d have an allergic reaction. Nice workers. Made a Provoian like me feel at home.

Excellent grocery store. Very clean organized but most especially very helpful. I would like to recognize a person. I think his name was Jerry. He was a young fellow. Not only did he help me find what I wanted, but actually was great at up selling for Quality Market. I asked him if he knew where chapstick was. He said yes but might I recommend what I think is my favorite, Carmex. He went and got the different sizes and brought them back to me to choose from. What an incredible fellow. If my recommendation is anything at all, I would suggest that you give that person a raise and let him know what this customer thought. He will remember who I was.

The store employees do not wear their masks properly nor do they require customers who enter to wear them properly. I'll be reporting this store for not having followed CDC guidelines on a pretty extreme level. The transmission rate in Utah is too high and there are too many vulnerable citizens in delta for this to be happening. TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AND IT WILL GO AWAY.

Quality market is a friendly place to shop with an awesome deli friendly efficient cashiers and amazing customer service the people who work there are never to busy to show you where an item is that you may have trouble locating I suggest that anyone looking for a great shopping experience stop by this little market in the heart of delta utah the friendliest little community I've ever seen

Whenever Whitney was working, whether at a check stand or customer service, she was always smiling and extremely nice. She is the reason I shop and will continue to shop at Quality Market. Great location for groceries, and the deli is awesome for a quick lunch. The ice cream machine is a hit year round.
