This place is FANTASTIC!!! Your pets will be hanging out in style here! We have used the grooming services multiple times, and just recently used the boarding for our two huskies. I LOVE how they take pictures and they get uploaded to your account through their app; and you are able to see and know your pets are doing well while you are gone! Prices are affordable, staff are so kind and caring. HIGHLY recommend!

We have used Paw Town several times since they opened in Clearfield and have left very happy with the care our dog(s) received. Grooming, week long + stays, training lessons… all have been positive experiences. Several years ago, we had boarded our adult American Foxhound with a different company and came away disappointed. Our fur baby came home with gosh-awful eye irritations that left him miserable while we tried medication to clear things up. The drop off and pickup was pandemonium as far as I was concerned. Paw Town has been such a HUGE difference. Our big guy actually gets excited when we tell him where we are going. The staff gets an A+ for their helpfulness. They know our big boy and love to welcome him back. Whether for day care, grooming, extended stays or training/obedience classes you will find your dog is well cared for.

We have 3 dogs who all are big shedders. Our friends recommended us pawtown (they use them for boarding and daycare) We have now taken all 3 and will be taking them back in the future to keep up with their coats. I was very happy when our groomer came out to ask about notes on one of our dogs who has had Hotspot issues in the past. She was very mindful to watch out for any possible irritation. Our oldest is almost blind and deaf and even tho he wasn't the easiest of clients they still did an amazing job on him.

Pawtown Oasis does such a great job! They always take amazing care of my dog. I feel confident and safe with her there while I am gone. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I love how they post pictures of my dog while I am gone. I know she is well cared for and love the updates while I’m away. I would definitely recommend this place!

We love Pawtown. They are so kind to our dog and she loves to go to daycare and play with the other dogs. Also, we had one on o e training with Aaron their dog trainer. He is amazing. He had our dog walking on leash, without her pulling the first lesson.

I love this place. They took great care of my dog, he got plenty of play time, I had them groom him while he was there too. They did a great job! They send you pictures every day of your dog playing, interacting, etc. You just can tell they really love your dog and that your dog is being cared for.

My new favorite place to board my dogs!! They rotate the dogs between three different areas so they don’t get bored and also let them have some rest time in between. I received so many pictures of my doggies everyday playing with other dogs and having fun. The facility is kept very clean. They gave me a tour without notice and it was spotless. I paid a little extra to get my Great Pyrenees a bath and brush the day she came home and she smelled fresh and clean. Will definitely bring them back!

Took my mini goldendoodle in for a full professional groom and upon pickup was told that the groomer was hurrying to finish and had cut the tip of her tail off. They told me they cleaned it and put liquid bandaid on it. It looks terrible and painful. They did not offer any kind of discount but told me if it got infected and I had to take her to the vet I could call them.Once I got home I realized her haircut/shave is very patchy. I had also paid for a teeth brush since it wasn’t included in the full groom. She sent me home with a toothbrush but I do not think that a teeth brush was done while she was at the facility.We will not be back.

These guys are AMAZING!!!!! We dropped our 5 month old bernedoodle off for grooming and we had very specific wants and they went above and beyond what we expected. LOVE this place so much!!!!!

We recently found Pawtown Oasis and I could not be happier! We live in Elko, Nevada and we don't like to leave our three golden retrievers behind. While we were in Salt Lake City, our dogs had so much fun at Pawtown Oasis. They played indoors and out. They got to go swimming in their pool. Meet new dog friends. This is absolutely the cleanest place. So very important to me. It passed the sniff test in everyroom that we saw on our tour. Such great personal attention. They always have fresh water to drink. They aren't thrown out with 40 dogs like other places. I highly recommend them. Thank you to every single person at this gorgeous facility. We have our vacation reservations, but we might be back before then.All paws up for Pawtown Oasis. ❤️🐾❤️

Needed somewhere to take care of my dog while I'm busy at work. This place is absolutely amazing!!! They have plenty of room for multiple dogs to run around. They noticed her birthday was yesterday day and celebrated her birthday. They gave her a spa day and massage. I also got many updates throughout the day with pictures of her having fun and running around with other dogs!! I can't express enough how amazing of a place this is, or how much fun my pup had there. Definitely coming back again for a while.

I was not impressed with this establishment at all. The one positive is that it was nice getting pictures of our dog while we were on vacation. However, the physical condition of our dog when we picked her up was quite upsetting. Her fur was crusty and matted in almost every area on her body, she reeked of urine and other bodily fluids and had poop built up on her feet. Getting her home in the car was near impossible because she smelled so awful and made us dry heave the entire 10 minutes drive (She was boarded there for 5 days and had received a bath the day before she was taken to the facility so we know she did not smell before being taken in). Upon pickup, the staff were prompt at retrieving her for us, but didn't make any attempt to bring all of her belongings with her. We had to ask them to give us the remainder of her bag of food. All in all, we will NEVER use this establishment again.

My rescue puppy loves coming to this place! The owners are very friendly. The staff definitely cares about dogs and even gave me a tour inside the facility. I also love their app where I can get updates on my puppy.

I love this place! Staff is friendly, and all areas are kept very clean. I have boarded my dogs here a couple of times, and I am glad to have found a place so close to home. The staff is really good with my dogs (even my one that is a bit temperamental sometimes), and I feel like they are well taken care of when I am away. I was boarding at another facility previously, but was a little concerned that they would not let anyone inside the premises for any reason, not even to drop-off or pick-up your pet. They made everyone do curbside. This place was happy to give me a tour of the facility on no notice. Highly recommend!

We recently took our golden retriever here for boarding. They were absolutely fantastic. The owners are extremely welcoming as well as the rest of the staff I met. They have an app that they constantly post pictures and updates on which we loved and found comforting. We got delayed out of state and they were quick and responsive keeping him for an extra two days we weren't expecting and had not originally booked. They even sent us home with the sweetest printed picture of our boy and a little gift. We will definitely be returning customers and recommend them to anyone looking!

Pawtown Oasis is a great place! A few weeks after it opened, we stopped in for a tour and were very excited with what we saw throughout the entire facility. We signed up for a day of daycare to try it out. Our dogs had a great time and came home tired. They go to daycare about once a week now. Just recently, our boys spent a week in boarding. We love that they were out of boarding during the day and were able to be with their daycare friends. We really appreciated all of the pictures and updates. It helped us enjoy our vacation as we knew that they were having a great time and being taken care of and loved. The owner and all of the employees are available to answer our questions and reply to messages quickly. We are so glad that Pawtown Oasis is a part of our community!

This is the very best place to take your beloved pet! I moved here from Vegas and had a hard time finding the right place I felt safe to leave my dog. I know they have a different approach to their facility they think of the pets psychology! They put so much into providing a top notch clean environment yet one of fun stimulating events and experiences. I love this place and so happy I found my forever groomer and day care/ boarding services!

Definitely recommend this place! They play all day and get locked up for bedtime.I have two dogs one who is 3 and I’ve never left before and one who is old and grumpy that’s been to a few different kennels before. Both my kids are special needs and leaving their dogs was extremely difficult for them. I sent a message about three hours after dropping them off and I got a reply within a few minutes letting us know the dogs were doing good and we’re having cuddles we also got lots of pictures. The pictures and the employees fast responses to all the random questions my kids had made my kids feel so much better about being away from their dogs for the first time in their lives. We had them bathed before picking them up and whatever they cleaned them with both dogs are so soft! Even the groomers haven’t made them this soft. Normally my dogs won’t eat when they’re stressed and they ate all their food and even our older grumpy dog who does not like being touched or other people in general was snuggling up with them. The staff is so friendly and nice too. I was so nervous about leaving them because you never know how your pets will be treated but here they updated us with all the fun things they were doing and even taught my younger dog some tricks.

Fantastic place! I’m so glad I found it. It’s brand new, so I only happened to learn about it from driving by.First off, the facility is huge! And it was super clean. The check-in desk itself felt like a fancy establishment. They have an app where you can make reservations, pay, and they post pictures and I was happy to see my puppy having a great time. When I picked him up at the end of the day he was exhausted from all the fun. The staff were super friendly and very kind. I I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back.

Started puppy training for my two pups. It was very hands on and helpful. We were taught proper body posture, how to make sure pups are responding. What works and does not work. We have several more sessions to complete. Looking forward to each one. Also the first class was great, highly recommended

Will not be going back for grooming. They cut my dog's hair way too short near his eyes, nearly bare. He has had swollen, boogery eyes for two days. One was swollen shut for a full 24 hours.

Took my 7 month old goldendoodle puppy to get the “Full professional grooming” for $54, I was told it would take about 3 hours. About an hour later they called and said that she “wasn’t cooperating” and that they were done. They only bathed her, cut a little hair around her eyes, ears, and trimmed her nails. They still charged me $30 for it (A lower priced package that we didn’t ask for). Seems strange that they were able to cut her face and ears but not the rest of her body if she was being so difficult… It kind of seems like the owners are rushing their appointments to try and fit more in? If my dog was really that difficult to groom, I wish they would have just called me and told me that it wasn’t going to work so I could go pick her up and not lose $30 for something I could have done myself in 20 minutes. Also, when I dropped my puppy off I showed the employee some spots where her hair was matted and was told it wouldn’t be a problem to fix. Of course when we picked her up they didn’t do anything about the matted hair, or even mention anything about the problematic matted hair. A few days later I took my puppy to a real dog groomer and found out my puppy’s matted hair was a lot more severe than I thought (which is my fault for not brushing her enough). Why wouldn’t they at least tell me about the matted hair problem? The other groomer I went to said that my puppy was great and very cooperative throughout her whole bath and grooming for 4 hours, and she actually took care of all her mats 🤔

Love the service, boarded 2 dogs for 6 days and will continue for all trips. Lots of photos and amazing communication even for people who hate boarding our dogs I was so comfortable with the staff and the photos made all the difference in the world. Fair pricing considering how comfortable our dogs were.
