You will never have a more fresh burger if you haven't been here before just do it! We just happened upon this cafe while driving back from Capitol Reef NP. We stopped in for breakfast. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The cafe was very clean and the AC works very well, especially in the bathrooms. The bathroom was very clean and had extra toilet paper available on a table. There was also a can of air freshener. Hey you might need it! The cafe has an old West decor to it. You can get souvenirs here as well. I had the pancake special, which came with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices of bacon 🥓. The pancake was as big as a dinner plate 😋. Very good. I ended up taking most of my pancake home for the next day. My son had the French toast with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices of bacon. He enjoyed his meal as well. The prices are reasonable. Our tab came up to 22.00. This Cafe is in the middle of nowhere so to speak, so if you are traveling North you better stop because you won't find anywhere else to eat for a long ways. They also serve lunch and dinner. I'm not sure what time they open or close. I would recommend stopping in if you're in the area, you will be glad you did!Parking: Several spots available right in front of the cafe. Probably 8 spots.
