The staff and employees are very nice! they let me take my dog inside and every time I go to the check out they give her a treat! Me and my dog love coming here! It’s a bit pricy but they sell great products!

I like this hotel, my room was nice and spacious with a couch, microwave, fridge, safe, coffeemaker, hair dryer and iron. My bed was nice but I didn't care for the pillows. The toilet was annoying because it leaked and every two minutes it had to refill. Overall I like this hotel, it has a nice pool, hot tub and free shuttle service and a wonderful breakfast. I will stay here again and hope the get better pillows and check their toilets.

We got out dog a bath and his nails done. They cut my dog and made him bleed without telling anyone. Also they were waving something in his face I dont believe the nails are done because they are still long. After he was home he still had a bad smell I dint believe they give him a bathThey over charge

My cat normally hates getting groomed, but Christina did an amazing job, and my cat was really receptive to her. My cat smelled great and was really happy afterward. I will definitely go back to Christina.

I was honestly pretty mad that they cut my baby’s ear a bit I’m not mad at fact that she got nipped a little on her ear but at the fact that I was not inform about it I’m giving it 3 stars because I liked the hair cut but not the fact that I was not inform of what happened and I had to notice when I saw her earYou can’t quite see it in the picture but she won’t allow me to touch it

We went to so many different groomers in the Davis County area and we weren't happy with any of them until we found PetSmart, specifically Elijah. He is so awesome with my dog and my dog comes back looking incredible. My dog actually looks forward to his appointments with Elijah and we are so pleased with their friendly and quick service! Jenaye is the most amazing individual. I have taken all of her dog training classes. She is patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking dog training classes from her. Grace is the bee’s knees!!! She exhibits high emotional intelligence, and really knows how to appropriately interact with people. I always shop here, but on THIS day… I’ve decided to work with a personal trainer and get back in shape, it’s just after my first session, and I am beat. Out of convenience, I stop at the PetCo in Bountiful, and it’s such an atrocious experience that I continue to drive out of my way to PetSmart. Grace had no problem picking up that I was not in a good headspace, and was just happy to get me cashed out and on my way. I have absolutely no doubts that on a normal day (for me), she would have alerted me to sales and rewards and whatever else, but today she could see that I just needed what I needed and had to get out quick. PetSmart is usually the more convenient location for me anyway with my commute, but because of Grace, I’m only coming here from now on even when it’s out of my way.

It was a very rainy day and I really needed to get the energy out of my grand-puppy, so, I took her to Petsmart! She had a blast, I think she sniffed every inch of that place! At the end, they helped me find the best puppy toy and an appropiate chew for her. Thank you!

The young lady working the fish section was incredible! She handled the fish well, was well informed, and very very kind. She engaged me in conversation and helped me get the frog that I wanted from the tank. Wonderful experience!

The grooming salon is tops. Her normal groomer, Alexis, is amazing and takes wonderful care of my pupper. The rest of their groomers are great as well. I trust them all. But Alexis is our very favorite.

This review is specifically for Ashley and Will who work in the Aquatic section. SO HELPFUL! Amazing service and they keep their tanks as clean as possible while doing so many other things to keep the store running. They're awesome. They deserve raises and more staff to help keep them happy and doing the best work they can.

So the times that I have come in everyone has been really nice. I had recently come in to get my dog groomed and I bought a couple items for her and I had asked for a bag. The cashier asked me if it was really necessary when all she could’ve said is that she’s running out of bags and that would’ve been a way better response.

This was probably the best grooming experience we have ever had! Allison was a doll! She loved our Chewy and he was legitimately soo happy on the way home he had so much confidence and I swear he was smiling! Not only was he clean and his coat lovely but she was soo good to him and loved on him. We are just delighted! We will be coming back to her!

Employees are nice and they have decent stock.We've signed up for their dog training and the trainer is great. She been very knowledgeable, flexible, understanding, and most of all has really helped us with our puppy.The only issue we've ever had is that sometimes it can be difficult to find the right size items, as they can sell out and be gone for awhile. We had trouble getting medium cat claw caps, a medium gentle leader, and a couple other medium items. We could have just come at unlucky times though.

The new manager is ATROCIOUS!!!! The store used to have such a calm energy, now I watch the employees disappear or are walking on eggshells all the time. Considering taking my business to the Competitor.
