I have only been using Walgreens for about two months. I have had two medications that they keep telling me they can’t get. They seem to be everywhere else in the area. I don’t believe they want to give you something they You should not have. SeemedS to me I will go to another area

This store is seriously out of everything. They never have certain items in stock. I had 7 simple items on my list and they only had three in stock. This happens every time I go in there, I don’t know if it’s shipping issues or stocking issues.

They quoted me a price over the phone. Then they refused to honor that price when my husband picked up the medication. That was after they sat on my prescription for 24 hours and still didn't have the whole order filled. Incompetent pharmacy, and I will never be using them again. Smith's offers the same medication for less than half the cost. Dirty snakes. I'm so upset.

I needed to take a digital photo for documents. not paper. because I have to send it tomorrow to my new employer. this photo center was my last chance. unfortunately they refused me. you can't take them for granted.

Quiet place. Really friendly to customers. Price is so competitive but still some good deals. Comparing to the Walmart across the street, this Walgreens makes me more relaxed.

The staff running the desk at this walgreens have terrible customer service. Especially Jessica and Karen. I have been nothing but nice to them and they are rude. Why have a fedex inside your walgreens if you are going to be rude to your customers. I not only shop at this walgreens but I bring packages for my business. Corporate has been informed of your unprofessional behavior.

Excellent service! Justin, one of the pharmacy technicians, has always gone above and beyond for me. He has always given me exceptional service. All of the pharmacy staff have been excellent.

This Walgreens is horrible!!! I had "pharmacy technician" yell at me, she told me she stated she has to deal with people all day and it makes her mad. I then stated I needed to talk to her boss and she flung everything angrily and stormed off. She was completely unprofessional and had zero customer service skills. The manager stated she was their best employee. If that is their best employee I'm worried about the others. I decided to give them another chance, why, who knows. I went to pick another prescription up and they said it will be ready in 15-20 minutes. Came back the next day and they didn't even have the medication and wouldn't have it till Tuesday the next week. I will not be coming back and I will never ever refer them to ANYONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE!!!!

Very bad experience with their pharmacy. My son needed a prescription that was in short supply. We called around several places and when we called Walgreens they said that they supposedly had some, took down our info and said that it should be ready in about an hour. About 3 hours later, I go to pick it up and Walgreens can't even find our info and they said they actually didn't have any on hand. Because of this we had to scramble to find another pharmacy before closing so we could get our son his prescription before he got any sicker. Also wasn't very impressed with their customer service the short time I was there.

Great pharmacy. Biggest downside is when they say they close at 10pm they mean they close at 9:59pm. I needed some necessary medication and arrived at 10:01, it would have taken less than 2 minutes to find it and check out, but they ignored me. I get it but lame.

Just wanted to say I’ve been coming to this store since 2004, & the employees and techs are superb!!! Except for one gal I had like last year don’t know where she came from & haven’t seen her lately!! Thank god!! Sorry but she was so rude....Anyways Always accommodating my every need! All the time! Sorry Walgreens blows all of the others out of the water in larger scale for huge pharmacies...because are some small mom and pop pharmacies that I know that are really nice...

Del T. at the pharmacy was very kind with my elderly mother as he came out to the car to give her a flu shot because it is difficult for her to get into the store. He was also concerned with keeping her healthy and reminded her that she could call in orders and pick them up at the drive through. The personal attention was very nice and my mother came home feeling well taken care of. 100 stars for Del would be more appropriate.

The staff at this Walgreens is the best. We came in from out of town for a funeral and needed cards and photographs printed. They walked us through the process and went the extra 5 miles. As my sister said about these people “ It is nice to see people who are not only good at their jobs but pleasant as well.” Walgreens has won me as a customer for life. Thanks for helping us during this difficult time.

Customer service can't be beat!! My daughter was in town with her High School Dance team for the weekend. They shopped at Walgreens in Cedar City, UT where she left her wallet that happened to have her car keys attached. We live over 3 hours away, when I called and located them, between Leo and Ben they personally took care of getting those items back to us!! Thank you, thank you!! I will continue to shop and support such a wonderful store that holds such a high social responsibility within their community.

Amazing staff and knowledge!! Only had one negative experience, and that girl was quickly transferred to photo department, where patient care is not a concern, neither is HIPPA laws! Thank you to all of you who make my experience there every month so smooth and easy!!

There are no bicycle racks visible for customers. There is no outdoor bench or table for customers. There is no indoor bench or table for customers near the door. There are no snack nor beverage vending machines outdoors nor indoors for customers. There is no visible water fountain nor showers for the public. There are no visible machines for customers to independently check their temperature, weight, nor blood pressure. There were no mobility scooters or other mobility aids for customers.

The pharmacy was a joke! The younger blonde boy that works there was completely rude and the pharmacist that was working was just a total jerk! My first bad experience was when I gave my disabled grandmother to get her medications m, we went threw the drive threw pharmacy because she cannot walk very well and we drop her prescription off well as soon as the blonde boy working looked at her prescription he told her "there not in stock for 3 days" and she politely told him she needed them and so he said okay well we can just put a rush on it I guess and have it ready in 15 mins and she said yes of course that'd be great. (Obviously they weren't "out of stock") every time I've come here or a friend has the blonde boy worker acts as if he is the worker or he's your doctor and thinks he needs to decide what meds you should and shouldn't take. I understand they give advice if you ask for it but the way he goes about it is very disrespectful especially to a disablaled elderly woman! Okay so I was dropping off a prescription for myself they where the closet pharmacy to where I lived so I gave them a try well I'm in the process of switching my health insurance so there was a problem with the insurance paying for my prescription and the guy that was helping me went to check on something with the insurance and told me I'll be right back, next thing I know some other worker (didn't catch a name he was big set and brown hair) well out of no where while I was waiting for the guys hat was helping me the other guy came up and started yelling at me because I was texting on my phone and said mam if you don't have any questions or don't need anything and are going to be on your phone you need to leave my drive threw immediately, so I explained to him what was going on and that I didn't think it'd be a problem I was on my phone while I waited for the guy who was helping me and he just rolled his eyes and got all mad and hipped up over nothing.. Needless to say I left and brought my service elsewhere because nobody should ever get treated so poorly for absolutely no reason. The store on the other hand has wonderful staff and workers and I've always had a wonderful experience with the store and its staff.

We needed help getting a RX transferred from another Walgreens in Provo. They could not find the RX on line so we drove over and went in after calling the Provo pharmacy. The pharmacist did not want to help and didn't want to call Provo because he was closing soon. We had to go back to hotel without RX. Not happy with their lack of help.

I went here at least 2 times a week. Their sales on candy bars, gummies, etc are out of this world. I never dealt with the pharmacy but the staff in the main store was phenomenally excellent.

Went to Instacare in Cedar City, they sent my prescription to Walgreens. Being that they are within walking distance I would get my prescription fast, to my surprise they shut down the pharmacy for lunch!! Never heard of that before. Won't be back.

Had to go to another Walgreens Pharmacy in St George and the wait was literally like almost an hour. This Walgreens is always fast and friendly. They rock compared to many others out there.
