This has to be the first HomeDepot I have ever been told get your own stuff off of the top shelf. Here is a ladder. 16 1 x 3's 8 foot long. They would get a fork lift and get a pallet down if I needed more off of the top shelf. To top it all off, their lumber was in worse shape than any I have seen at other companies.

Love, love, love this place! They ALWAYS have what I'm looking for. I've gone to other places and often times I've found others don't compare with the selection found at Home Depot. Also, you can't beat their customer service. And I love their Pro App. Easily track your receipts and points for spending. That's why they are the BEST at what they do. Keep it up. I know I'll be back.

The employees here basically made me get my own lumber off of a third tier endcap and only offered me a ladder.I confronted the manager and his response was I don't know why.3 employees were standing around watching me retrieve my own lumber in a very dangerous manner.Never again. Pathetic.

I came in to Home Depot in Cedar City on New Year’s Eve in the middle of the afternoon to get several tool chests for my workshop. The staff and management were so helpful and friendly and the loading crew got my truck loaded up so everything fit safely and perfectly. Thank you very much for all your help!

Had to rent scaffolding last minute, the guys working the rental and the staff across the floor came to help carry everything out. Thanks for having great staff !

Worst place to shop in Cedar City. Horrible customer service, employees are rude and they take advantage of elderly women. No one knows what is going on so they just tell you lies to placate you and get you off the phone or out of the store.

Home depot is my go to place for all construction and diy projects. I find that they are generally .cheaper than other hardware stores . The only isdues that I have had with home depot are with special orders, then I've experienced delays, mixups and broken items

Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a board for shelving cut and one of the staff told me the saw was down and they couldn't cut it and another staff member came up to me and told me she could cut it on the sheet cutter and cut the shelf for me. :)

I used to shop at Home Depot all the time and loved it! However, in the last few years the store has really gone down hill. While we have had some problems in the last couple of years, our most recent experience was the worst. I ordered a shed over then phone to be picked up in store. (The availability was unknown so I called the store). I paid for the shed and went to pick it up. I live about 100 miles away from the nearest store, so it’s quite a trip. Since the shed was supposed to be in multiple boxes I was shocked to get there and find a single decrepit, broken down box. I was told customer service was supposed to contact me about it the night before. They didn’t contact me that night nor the next morning, before I drove all the way there. The box was as shown in the picture. Customer service didn’t know what pieces were there or what was missing. They wanted to give me a $50 discount on an $950 purchase to make up for it! What am I supposed to do with half a shed kit? I was refunded the whole purchase price, but I’m still upset that no one told about the shed being in such bad shape. Apparently it was a customer order that was never picked up from a year ago and had been sitting out in the weather, before being moved to the junk pile to go to the trash. Very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of caring! Oh and that’s an extremely warped door panel visible in the picture. It was certainly not going to close!

Excellent customer service. I've been in a good number of Home Depots as I'm a bit of a DIYer for fun. It's actually rare, in my experience, for the employees to walk up and offer to help, but that happened to me on this trip, and it was really nice.I actually knew where to find all but one thing on my list (also somewhat rare, lol), but they were so helpful and knew exactly where to go for my whole list. I regret that I can't recall her name, but she was working in the paint area and was simply delightful.

Most ridiculous home depot you can deliver too. They tell their customers to park out back. And truck drivers cannot unload. Also so much product you cannot turn around. Unsafe and very unorganized

I find prices at other stores cheaper, even in CA. People are nice and helpful but I'd only shop here if I had to finish a project THAT day. Sucks as I'd rather support local stores but I'll wait a couple days to save sometimes 50% if not more. The people are why I gave it a 3, otherwise I'd have to go lower.

The material was pretty good, but holy heck Connor in the lumber department is the gift God gave to home depot. He helped my husband and I load about 1k$ worth of drywall, plywood and tools into our vehicle! He was super sweet and very helpful, and did it all with a friendly atmosphere and smile! Way to go Connor

Good and bad. Needed assistance to get cabinets down off upper shelf. Clearly stated we wanted shaker fronts.Employee loaded the 2 cabinets F2F, thus it wasn't until unloading at home discovered one cabinet was the wrong front.Good was the employee in returns who was friendly and funny about the whole thing.Now waiting for the correct cabinet to be in stock.

This location has really good customer service. Every time I go in there's always multiple people checking whether I need help finding something. Recently I ordered custom blinds and Mary from this location did a great job helping out with some confusion the manufacturer had on the delivery address. We had to play a bit of phone tag just because my day has been so hectic but she was on the ball and made sure to follow up promptly.

Saturday morning, 6:15am, called to make sure someone was there that could mix paint. Young man was courteous, mixed my paint, and shook 2 qt cans I had for trim! Excellent service!

I go to this store because it's the closest one within 60 miles but unfortunately its proven time and time again that this location is not where you want to go to do business. We were remodeling our house and bought our materials from this store and dropped over $50,000 CASH for building materials which included new cabinets, counter tops, windows, siding, flooring, refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove... it was a nightmare dealing with the management, here. I spoke with two managers from different departments. It took 3 months to finally get some of the items because they kept getting damaged in shipment which ive come to find out in talking with others that damaged equiment is the norm for this place. I'm not sure what the problem is with their shipping but I ended up canceling the washer and dryer after the washer hadn't arrived after 12 weeks of waiting. Two of the cabinets were damaged with big chunks of wood broken off, Im talking 1" x 3" pieces in visable areas. The siding looked like it had been dropped on the corner because the corners were broken off, the flooring had been dropped on the corner and 3 boxes of it were damaged to the point we couldnt even use them and had to order more. Their delivery people didn't know how to get the refrigerator through my door and said they were going to have to take it back to the store. I had to tell them to take the handles off the doors to fit it through. It was nothing but one problem after another and when I sent the store manager photos of all the damaged materials, he said he could give me a $250 refund. A $50,000 cash purchase with broken and or damaged materials/items and that's the best they could do. $250 wouldnt have covered one single item, let alone all of it. A friend of mine went through the same thing at this store so if your going to be investing much money in your project, drive the extra distance and go to another location, this place isn't worth the hassle.

Nobody seems to know what they're doing. Shelves not organized products are defined. What you would expect from a big box store? Nobody helped load our cart help us get it into our vehicle. Nobody asked if we needed any help. We were buying lumber concrete building materials, heavy items. Do not offer first responder discounts.

This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. In Cedar city, you’re better off going to Ace Hardware by far. The employees any experience and the selection at Ace is 1 million times better.
