Came to pick a winter jacket for my daughter but they just had 1 jacket and it wasn’t what I wanted but I ended up buying a cute dress for her.So u don't really find a specific garment ur looking for. It’s a shore for random shopping, and ur lucky if u get what u really want.

Unfortunately I was just treated badly by an employee. I go in regularly and have never had issues with anyone. In fact, usually people are very kind. I tried to put an item on hold and and he wouldn’t let me, when I tried to give him the items I wasn’t purchasing he almost wouldn’t take them. Then scoffed when he did. I was in line, but got out of line because they were very short staffed at the front and I had already waited in line for a while. Generally employees will walk up and ask if you need anything, like a cart..and some of those times I have had them put things on hold for me, no problem. (And not in the line)

This TJ Maxx is always clean and well organized. The staff are so helpful and respectful. They have a really great selection and seriously keep their shelves so stocked – it’s amazing! I’ve gone in several times for returns and each time has been a pleasant experience, which is hard to find these days. I really appreciate the staff working so hard to keep this store so clean and provide a wonderful shopping experience for their customers. When you first walk in the door, there is always a cute little display of goods that are current with the season or the next holiday coming up. You also always get greeted by a staff upon entry and it really helps the customer feel seen and important. I highly recommend anyone to shop at this TJ Maxx! I truly hope your buying experience was as fabulous as mine!

I recently went to my TJ Maxx store in my townI decided to buy 3/sets of Bluetooth earbuds. I went on the lookout all 3 that I bought. I do have good eyes on buying Bluetooth items like the ones I tried out. I took them home and tried them all out. The sound quality was not that good. I tried taking them all back. But they did not let me return them. I could have returned the most expensive one that was around 17.00So they did not let me return them all at all. Only one. But I did not either. So Iost around 50.00I will never go back there and buy stuff like that anymore.I did not like that one bitI did take them my my local Deseret Industries. Instead of throwing them away. Because they suck and not good sound out of them at all.So I lost 50.00. I should not have done that either. Will not do that again, either. You can count on that

Older lady at the fitting rooms was a absolute jerk. Wouldn't let me go into the fitting room with my partner because they assumed my gender and told me I wasn't allowed to accompany them. Even into the handicapped/family room. I will never try on clothes here again.

I have two starts instead of one because their products are a decent value; however, their customer service is awful. Buyer beware!!! I got a gift card from TJ Maxx for my wife's birthday. Turns out that, although my wife likes to shop at TJ Maxx, she really wanted a gift card from a hobby store. TJ Maxx employees and manager tood me they have no way of refunding gift cards. Talk about cop-outs!!! So, i called their customer service and spoke with a representative, who i was connected to through selecting the "gift card" dept. He said he couldn't help me and transfered me to "someone who dealt with gift cards". That person turned out to be with Synchrony Bank. That person told me she couldn't help me so she transfered me back to the TJ Maxx gift card dept!!! What an awdul experience! Basically, TJ Maxx has robbed me of a good sum of money. You can't trust them to do the right thing by you. They've lost our business for good. I hope they go out of business and are replaced by a company that treats customers right.

It’s fun to find a deal. Customer service wasn’t bad but also do we define no customer service as good? So none seems to be better than bad. The store did seem tidy and there were a lot of employees cleaning and stocking and organizing messes customers sometimes make.

I bought dark chocolate covered cherries that are usually delicious. When I opened this bag (the day after I bought them)they were terrible. The chocolate was so bad we couldn’t eat them. When I tried to return them to the store they refused. They said all they could do was through them away. Terrible customer service.

Fun store! All sorts of things to buy. It can be hard to navigate the store because there is so much there in such little space. But it's great. The kitchen and living decor are great, too. There's a large variety of supplies for the home and kitchen. We needed to get a paper towel holder, but didn't want to pay the $15 I saw on Amazon and at Wal-Mart for a lame looking one. I found a Beautiful one here for only $9! We love it!

Very expensive for a store in Cedar City and compared to Ross. Often it feels very cluttered in there. This store is good however for discounted clothing. They ofetn have very pretty dresses. T.J. Maxx is dog firendly so you can bring your pooch if they are well behaved.

Its a really nice place to shop, the store is clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and courteous and willing to help. They allow you to shop without feeling like you are being watched while you do your shopping. Would recommend for either a quick stop shop or a slow browsing day. They have a little bit of everything.

This TJ Maxx location is really well taken care of. Minus one star because the guys section is pretty slim pickings but my wife and I like coming here for womens clothes, decor, and surprisingly dog treats! Very nice store that seems to be well organized most of the time, it's a store where the workers seem to care about your experience!

Probably one of my favorite stores in Cedar although there aren't many options! I can almost always find a nice top for me which I love! These stores are typically very hit and miss, but I feel like I always find something I want each time I stop by! They have a great purse, clothing, and home selection. The only area that I always struggle to find something I like is in their shoe section. They don't have much variety there!Service has always been good and the prices are great for what you get!

Decent prices, some sections are lacking choices. I've been to other tjmaxx's with much better selection. I was looking for jeans but all they had were skinny jeans.Minus another point because about 25% of shoppers weren't wearing masks and not once did I hear an employee ask anyone to put a mask on. However, employees wear masks and wipe counters between customers. My recommendation, only go here if you're vaccinated or after the pandemic is over.

I love their selection of cosmetics and skincare products, and I can usually find some awesome kitchen things as well. They're always a great place to shop for gifts as well. The employees are friendly without being overly helpful. I come to TJ Maxx all the time, I love it.

The prices were great but the clearance items are some of the best I've seen. The makeup, the jewlery wow!! But my the best for me is the different brands of hair care products they carry.. I was so excited to see some familiar and new products for my curly chaos on my head..My favorite jeans ever are wax jeans and guess what they have them at the cedar city store..

The employees like to do the minimum for you, and chat amongst each other about drama in their lives. The store is generally tidy, although some sections that need more attention don't seem to get it (toys, baby stuff, and the random junk in front of the registers).
