I highly recommend this building supply company to anyone. They stand behind their products and are pro-customer, which you don’t see a lot of these days.Three windows in our home mysteriously cracked within months of each other. Actually, the first one cracked within three months of moving into our new home, so it was within warranty; however, the other two windows cracked during the second year of the home’s existence.Regardless, SunPro came out and reviewed the damage and - despite two of the windows being outside of the one-year home warranty – SunPro is backing their product and replacing the windows at their cost. Now, that is outstanding customer service!Any company that is willing to do right by a customer and trust the customer that they did not cause the damage is a company I’d recommend to any consumer or builder.That kind of company removes the headaches and new-home-buying doubts takes away the worry of being stuck with the cost of replacement for defective products. Buying a new home where the building supply company backs their products and cares about satisfying their valued customers makes it worth the risk. I am so impressed.I think any new home buyer should inquire into which company provided the building materials. If it’s SunPro, then you can rest assured that they will back their products, even if it’s slightly outside of the warranty period. That’s the right way to do business and it gives the consumer peace of mind about their home purchase.

Called and asked for 16ft rough cut cedar was given a price. Went in told the lady again what I needed paid what she asked then went home to get my trailer. Pulled in to pick it up and they started to load duglas fir. The lady inside had no idea they don’t even carry cedar, so I wasted an hour of driving back and forth. Had either person I spoke to been knowledgeable in what they sell it would have been great. They gave me my money back and I’ll go buy from Home Depot.

Help at the desk was first rate, and the store has a great selection but the yard boys are rude, impatient, and have no idea how to carefully handle $80 a sheet plywood
