Stopped here while on an overnight trip to Utah. It's a typical Ross Dress for Less. Nothing stood out to me in particular, but I was able to find a view of things, which is always a plus.I would recommend this location. It has plenty of parking that they share with other businesses in the shopping plaza.I am glad I decided to stop.

Great selection of clothes for men, women and children! Right after Halloween is the best time to go when they start to get all their toys in for Christmas. Back to school shopping is always a must too if you're looking for trendy, affordable options for kids!

I love Ross . We live in a small city and only have a Walmart, Ross and TJ max . Ross always has great prices and they carry different items than Walmart. Better quality too.

The girl who just rang me up is very UNFRIENDLY.Blonde, wearing all black with blue ID.5:00 P.M Wednesday Jan. 26,2022When she saw me no greetings nothing, seems like she’s in a bad mood, and talked to her workmate and said “Look she got a lot”It was always a great experience at Ross, but today was the worst.Hope you feel better soon! I even helped her get the hangers off the clothes.Never ever coming back.

I am glad there is a Ross in Cedar City. It is not a very large store and the options are very limited but you can find a good deal. I wish they had more with out compromising the limited space. They keep the store fairly clean and the employees seem to be fine. I also wish they had more clothing that covered the shoulders and stomach. Customers should get a discount when they are short changed on the amount of fabric.

You never know what you're going to find, it's like a treasure hunt for good deals! Don't expect much customer service, they don't have the staff. But as long as you know you're on your own to find what you want, it's all good. Great deals, large variety of merchandise, usually my first place to shop here in Cedar.

Had a good time shopping until this worker went into my sisters stall when she wasn't in there to tell her she needed to not leave the clothes in the stall. My sister told her she wasnt done and then the worker got upset. The worker yesterday (Sunday July 23rd) said she had to have an adult with her. I stepped in and said she wasnt done in there, you were rude going in and not asking. I dont know her name, but i myself wouldnt go back there. This was is Cedar City, Utah.

Mattahan was the most rudest lady and for the lady who jumped into my conversation your lucky I was in the store. I was trying return my stuff. Apparently they can sell you stuff that is opened. But when you return it, they said that it was final sale. Never mentioned that when I got it! Also she laughed at me and make fun of me and refused to give me my money back on my card which it says even without a receipt they have to return to original payment don’t try to return stuff unless you wanted to be treated like garbage by the manager

Especially if you're a college student looking for room essentials and decor I highly reccomend you check out Ross. They often have great discounts on kitchen items, bedding, decor, and more! I haven't had much luck finding clothes here and for those items it's more of a treasure hunt. Very clean and organized. Kind staff as well.

Shopping options are super limited in Cedar City. This is a smaller Ross store than the ones found in bigger towns but often it is possible to find what I'm looking for here. Usually clean and organized.

Lots of product choice, clean store, well organized, very great cashier's that make sure the device is totally removed from the clothing item. Detail oriented gal with a happy demeanor, and greets the customers as they walk in! Don't know her name, but definitely give her a raise because she is a dedicated employee.

The competence of the employees here today on the morning of 5/7 is beyond disappointing. It was 9:20, 20 minutes after opening and maybe 5 customers in the store, so they weren’t busy. After checking out and purchasing our items, my 4 year old needed to use the restroom. I asked if they could open the restroom and the gal at the registered called for someone to unlock it. We waited back there for about 10 minutes... if you have small children you know they don’t understand needing to “wait” when they need to go. I went back up to the front and said can you please send someone back to open the restroom... what the other employees were doing during this time is beyond me, the place was practically empty. After waiting again with no response, we left and my child had to pee in the parking lot. A gift for the terrible service, thanks guys!

Great customer service! I always feel a little weird when I walk in the door and they yell, "Welcome to Ross" from across the way! As with any store such as this, you have to check back often to find what you are looking for, but quite often they have many gems! I love shopping here for my kids, but it is very hit and miss. I love showing up on a good day!

My mom and I visited today, 3/20/21, and not only was it not crowded at all, all the staff were taking well measured safety precautions; there was a nice greeter who provides masks and sanitizer, as well as after every cash-out, I watched EVERY cashier wipe down their surfaces before calling the next customer, this store is serious about safety precautions and I really appreciate that

The cashier took my $100 and shorted me $23. After that she said she reviewed the cameras, and the correct change was given back. It was not. I asked to review the cameras and watch. The manager refused to let me see the video. Thieves all of them. I will be reporting this.

I was harassed by the staff here for not wearing a mask. I was born with a breathing disorder that prevents me from breathing out of my nose. My only option for breathing is through my mouth. Not to mention I have really bad asthma and carry an inhaler at all times with me and my doctor wrote me a note exempting me stating I should NOT wear a mask due to health reasons. I tried telling the staff that, they didn't even care they were rude and unprofessional. I've come into this store several times showing my inhaler and they let me go and they just ask me that I social distance. I'm fine with that, but I am not okay with your staff getting in my face (Not social distancing, trying to force me to wear a mask that she had in her hand she was already touching)yelling at me and forcing me to leave. I won't be back to this store. That cashier and security guard need to be fired asap.

This Ross is one of the better ones. Its clean and well organized and the staff is friendly. Too bad Ross corperate set up the store as if everyone is a shoplifter. This store feels like stepping into a big city where they are suspicious of everyone and have lots of safeguards against theft. In Cedar City it's weird and uninviting.

Ross is one of my favorite places to go when I'm looking for a good deal. They have just about everything. That said, sometimes there is clutter in the dressing rooms, or around and under the racks. But, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are great!

My kids enjoy ross. They do have a fairly good selection of shoes though I can't attest for quality just yet. They have a wider selection of clothing than just our local department store. It's nice to have here.
