My husband and I had our home built in 2019-2020, and we started seeing some issues arise with our floor. We tried to do quick fixes over the years, but when it started to get worse, the Pioneer team came and gave us a beautiful new floor at no cost to us. They were amazing to work with, punctual, and the new floor is absolutely flawless. I am thankful that they stand by their work and didn't give us the runaround for such a costly issue.

checked out 5 flooring places in town. Pioneer was the cheapest by $400-$1200, and had the largest showroom selection, by far.They received my laminate flooring in a few days and it was installed later that week.It looks great!The entire experience from start to finish was the best, and Rachel, the sales professional was knowledgeable, responsive and a joy to work with.

Long wait on product, no updates on product. Customer service horrible. Tacked on $250 at the end without calling or letting me know. Had to wait 10 1/2 weeks for product only to have the wrong flooring delivered. Then had to wait another 10 days for the Correct flooring. No discount or apology. Buyer beware.

Buyer be warned. If you install your own vynal flooring and you over buy. They will not take back the unopened boxes. My wife said in front of the salesperson, will buy an extra few boxes and if we don't use them we will bring them back. The sales person never said we couldn't. When I arranged to bring them back for a refund, they said no they won't take them back. Be safe Home depot does buy them back if you buy them from them. Pioneer does not.

Pioneer has been great at helping us with every home project. We needed more tile 3 times throughout our last project and Glenn ordered and delivered our tile each of those times in 2 days or less! One of those times he went out of his way on a personal day to pick up tile for us himself and brought it by the same day. Couldn’t be happier with our service!

This is the second time I have used Pioneer Floor coverings to install new floors. From the beginning when picking out the flooring, through the appointment set up and through demolition of old floors and installation of the new, they have been outstanding. Everyone is professional, helpful and even in the most difficult of situations (as was the case with floor removal in my kitchen and dining room), they were never anything but pros at what they did. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Great Job, everyone!!! My floors look GREAT!!!

Let me start by saying, my initial interaction and experience with Pioneer flooring was excellent. However, after I placed my order it all went downhill. Brian is the one who helped me place my order. At that point in time Brian had told me my $1800 order would arrive in about a week. I was on a strict deadline to try and get my home finished before I had knee surgery. I used 3 days of vacation to get it finished…but ended up sitting at home since the product never arrived. Full story below.A week went by and I hadn’t heard so I called (it’s hard to get through to anyone there). And followed up. I was told by Brian it hadn’t shown up, but should for sure be here tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, no call and no product. I showed up to the show room on the following Monday. Still no product, they said they would call and find out what was going on. They said it should have been on the truck and would arrive by the end of the week. The week came and went, still no product and no follow up. So, I went back to the store… this time extremely unhappy. This time they promised it would be here by Wednesday, that came and went, no product and no phone call.I went to the showroom, again extremely angry that I had been jerked around. Brian called the manufacture. They had said the product just barely arrived last night and they contacted the shipping company to pick it up, and they did. (The big question here is why did it take 3 weeks for the manufacturer to get the product and I was never informed of this?) So Brian called the shipping company, they said their truck was too full so they took it off the truck and it was sitting on the dock to go out tomorrow.To get to the bottom of this, I got the numbers from Brian and called the shipping company and manufacturer myself. The shipping company stated they got the call last night, picked up the order and it was supposed to go out but had too much on their truck, so they took it off. They guaranteed deliver by end of day tomorrow (Friday). I called the manufacturer, Tile Traditions, and spoke to the woman. She said as soon as it arrived, they called the shipping company. I asked why it took 3 weeks to arrive and she said it was on backorder and she informed Pioneer flooring at the time of the order and each time they followed up. But… this information never got to me. The end customer.I shared my frustration with Brian and another woman at the store and said, “You better make this right. It’s ridiculous I’ve had to wait 3.5 weeks for something that I was told would arrive within 1 week.” She promised that Preston, the Manager of that branch would call me and make it right for their screw up but he was out due to a family matter and would be back the next week. We are now 4 weeks post-delivery; I haven’t heard from any of them or had a follow up. On top of that, one of my pieces of molding was not delivered… they said it was in Cedar City and they would have it the next day. Again, no call, no molding, no follow up. I will not give my business to Pioneer ever again. Poor customer service and follow through.

Will buy from Pioneer flooring again! We are more than satisfied with our new floor. Their staff was very friendly and patient throughout the whole process and answered all questions that we had. They weren't pushy and helped us to find what we really wanted within our price range. I highly recommend!

Of all the sub contractors I worked with while building my house, Pioneer Floor was the easiest to work with. Choosing my tile and floor coverings was really fun. The ordering process and the scheduling was amazing. No one else was as accommodating and flexible.

I Already knew what I wanted, Glenn at Pioneer worked with me without pushing me toward some other product. It is so nice to have a salesman who will listen to your wants/needs, and willingly answer questions without coming across as pushy. while I know my flooring will last for many years I am looking forward to using them again, on my other projects.

We have gotten all of our floor coverings from them. So when we needed carpet for our bedroom it only felt natural. They helped us find what we were looking for. Came to our house and measured our room hauled off the old carpet and kept us informed on install dates etc etc.
