The few times I have been in here I was not impressed because of the lack of customer service and all the betta fish looked unhealthy and one about to die. They do have a larger selection of pet supplies than other stores around.The Cedar City Pet Store is a lot more enjoyable to visit, the fish are healthier and employees are nice and helpful.

They have good and nice products, items for cats and dogs. They have small animals, cats usually, that you can get at times. They have a pet grooming room too.

We take our 100 lbs Golden Retriever here on a regular basis - for a bath & deep condition, and brush-outs in between. He loves going & we love the services we get! Stacy always treats Hercules with lots of love & we're grateful for the help we get in keeping his shedding to a minimum while keeping his coat beautiful.

Everyone was so friendly to me right when I walked into the store. I took my guide dog in to get a bath and brush and the salon staff were incredibly kind. Mel told me everything she was doing and was going to do throw out the bath. When I went to pick my girl up she was clean with her nails trimmed and smelled so good! The price was $40 less than I was paying where I used to live. I just moved here and will definitely be coming here from now on.

I went in to find my cats food, I couldn’t find it after searching. So I went to the counter showed the ladies what I needed and Charisse (sp?) said that we might be out of it. She then walked me over to the cat food pointed at the food and said “that?” And walked away to continue her conversation with her coworker (who was nice). When I walked back over to the counter I was pointed to Charisse’s till. That interaction was very short and rude. I hope she’s just having a bad day but the customer service I received was completely inappropriate and I will not be returning.

I have two large breed dogs. I am well versed in pet care and training.This store is great for our area. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit high but what place isn't nowadays. I recommend that if you need a regular place to find a great selection and friendly service this is the one.

They neglect all the animals. The cats' litter boxes are filled with waste, days worth. The cats smell so bad. They need to shut this place down, or take the animals somewhere else. The fish are dying in dirty, snail infested water. Horrible horrible place. Maybe instead of sitting on your phones, do your job and take care of those animals. You should all be ashamed.

One of the most and worse dog grooming for my little poor toy poodle. My dog was unrecognizable. I went in hoping she would get a good cut and all. I was not happy at all and will never take her to Pet Sense. She also had a couple cuts like on her elbow part and I told them specifically do not touch the ears at all and that was the first thing they did. They missed a big patch on her belly as well. Not satisfied at all and yet payed 60$ for the cut. Smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ Pictures are posted to show the horrible uneven cut and the bald spots they left her with. 😠

Tena the store manager is always friendly and has made me feel welcome since I became a customer. I always appreciate being able to take dogs from my dog training business into the store for an obedience field trip. I am grateful that we have a local option for premium foods and products, as I prefer shopping locally instead of online.

A little pricey for my budget , yet I still shop here now and then. You can get pet collars engraved and that's usually what I go for . The store is clean and well organized . The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I went in for the first time today and was met by one of the nicest people I believe I have ever met. I believe her name was Cherise, she was so informative and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I needed for my dogs and Beard Dragons. I never knew that;1. My bearded dragon needed so much more than I was originally told. She helped me find everything I needed and she did it while informing me about why each is needed and important.2. My dogs could be spoiled without being unhealthy. I was looking for new food because my dogs have been having issues, however she helped me find a dog food that would best suit their needs. She explained the guranteed analysis and why paying attention to the ingredients was so very important. She gave me 3 options of dog foods and Cherise treated me like I was important and even though she does not know my dogs she listened to each problem and pin pointed the best dog food. This was my first time in this store and it was the best shopping experience, I will definitely be returning to this store.

It was the only place that had food for my cat and was still open. I rushed off work and came over. I came in 15 minutes before close and was rudely greeted that they closed in 5 minutes. I hurried and grabbed my cat food. I'm sure she was trying to get off work, but I didn't appreciate having the lights turned off on me as I'm trying to leave. I left the store at 8:50pm. 10 minutes before closing time.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, only because they carry some of the food I feed my pets. Never once have I felt actually wanted in that store. None of the works greet anyone coming in the doors, they aren’t helpful, and they constantly leave the registers unattended with people standing in line waiting to get checked out. Tonight I had to ask a girl which lane was open while she just stood by looking up isles. Customer service is definitely lacking.

Stacy is one of the groomers and another girl. They do a great job. My dog is very high hyper and they always make him look great. The people in the store are always very kind and helpful.

The store itself is wonderful! However, the groomer is well over worked. My pup went in and didn’t get out until 5 hours later. His cut was ok, had to ask for extra trimming. I expected more for the price I paid. I am hesitant to go back for grooming services. I will happily return for the pet store itself.

I love shopping here. They always have my puppy food. I don't have to order online. It is buy 10 get 1 free. Great deal.My puppy is 5 months old so she is still filling out. As a small dog, I am able to find outfits that fit her. I am not able to find sizes online and I end up wasting my money.

Love the groomer! She did a fabulous job with our dog. Also, the selection of pet products is good. The dog food seems to be mostly higher end so we get that elsewhere, but for pet supplies, treats, and grooming we go here.

I've been coming here for months now and I'm always satisfied. Although, today when I took my dog in I was extra happy! Alyssa filed my dogs nails and they were very well done. Then when I went to check out I picked up some treats, I got to the register and they were marked higher and I clarified it with the cashier. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but she was super nice! She acknowledge the fact that they incorrectly placed it in the wrong place and honored the price in which it was listed. So that's super awesome and nice of her. I'm very happy with this place and I will continue to shop here. :)

The manager Brandi is the best..!! She treated my wife and I with care and respect that was kind and thoughtful. Service is great and we are definitely looking forward to visiting and buying from Petsense again. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful to us with our pet's problems and care.

The people are great. The prices are pretty high so that's a bummer but all in all they're great for your basic animal needs.There have been some cricket issues over the last few months and apparently it could stem from the super worms issue. Regardless, they need a new vendor. After several attempts to get crickets and without luck, I finally called the manager to complain. She was very attentive and helpful! She is finding a solution as we speak and I have a new respect for this place. I would give 5 stars but they need to fix the cricket issue first.

Kind of expensive but they always have what ever you need . A wide variety of dog toys and dog treats . Good selection of training treats as well as these amazing chews that are made or elk, deer, beer ,chicken or any other flavor your doggy may love . !

Pretty overpriced on just about everything- but if you are in dire need of something and can't wait on shipping, it is a decent alternative in a small town. The staff is very kind and seemed knowledgeable about their store and products. Did carry some unique items I had not seen online before, but again, were quite pricey. Later found the same item for significantly less.
