Joann's is your typical smoke and mirrors store that uses coupons to bate you. You never really know what you're going to pay. You think you are going to get a great deal but when you check out they define the coupon fine print and you realize you've been taken.

Impressive selection of fabrics. Fun variety of seasonal decor. Tons of craft and sewing products. There's a decent selection of art supplies and even a good amount of kids products including Lego's, Perler Beads, kids art kits, and even stocking stuffers. The sewing section is well stocked and the book and magazin section is a lot of fun to peruse. I'm glad Cedar has Joann's. My kids and I often wander through when we have extra time and find fun new "must haves".

Lots of ideas and ways to make things there is art stuff, cake decorations, children's decorative toys, earrings necklaces and stuff to make your own necklaces, animal fabric and other fabric, also shirt and shoes for decorating, they also have the cricket cutting machine to be able to make lot's of things, Joanns also has wood stuff to paint, try it out and see what you can do and how creative you can be .😃

Awesome customer service! I ordered some fabric here because they were out online and set up to have a friend pick it up. They informed me that the fabric that I wanted was in 2 pieces and offered to have a whole piece sent in from another store. I did that and increased the order because I had originally wanted 4 yards anyway. They communicated well throughout the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with their service.

To be honest my experiences here have always been hit and miss. It seems like the deciding factor is what employee you run into first. Sometimes you'll bump into someone who genuinely wants to help you and will do everything they can to get you what you need. Or you'll have the unfortunate pleasure of having to talk to someone who acts as if all of your questions are a chore, and who's reactions and answers are more defensive than helpful.I'm not going to knock them for not always having what I need, it would be unfair and to be honest is an unreasonable expectation for any place people shop. Most of the time I can find what I need there although finding it is always an issue. Bottom line is I'm grateful that this store exists in my town, it serves a purpose and isn't unreasonably expensive. Just watch out for certain employees and seek out others.

The most exciting about our visit here was taking a picture of the stagecoach outside. My partner and I had our hearts set on a brunch but what they were offering were mainly sandwiches which we were not in the mood for at the time. The prices were a bit on the expensive side so we decided to look elsewhere for brunch.

I absolutely Love this place. It's one of my favorite stores in the whole world. other than I went there the other day to get help with my sewing machine and not one person in the whole store could help me with it I mean how crazy is that but other than that it's a pretty good place

Unprofessional behavior exhibited by the Assistant Store Manager. "Sly". Silly, unnecessary interrogation and procedures at the checkout/cashier counter. Demanded my phone number. Required ID or the order number even though I had the app up on my phone with enough information to identify me.Megan and Sly need to have adequate customer service training.Refused to accept my coupon, and ultimately refused to complete my purchase, yelling at me the whole time. Sly gladly and loudly announced the interaction was being recorded. I strongly recommend that JoAnn's corporate office review this video.Cedar City, Utah JoAnn's.As a plus though, the Washington City, Utah JoAnn employee was friendly, helpful and wonderful.This is not the first experience at the Cedar City location that has been subpar.

Jo-Ann's is the best! They have amazing sales and if you go with a coupon from their online offers, you can always get about 15% off of your order. Especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas time, they have great deals on all kinds of fabric. Other than that, they are generally a very good store with good prices year-round.

Don't come here unless you want to be ripped off and treated poorly. My mother went here and made a very large purchase, was stocking up on craft and jewlery supplies because she likes to make stuff for her church, ect. She somehow managed to leave the store with only 2 of her 3 bags. When comparing the stuff she had come home with to the receipt almost half of her purchase was missing and it was the better part of the stuff. ☹️ When calling and speaking with a manager and other staff they basically acted like she was lying, he said they would have corporate run the tapes, he then called her back a couple hours later and said nothing happened. We doubt that it was even looked into because the manager had an attitude and handled the situation very poorly. My mother is physically disabled and on a fixed income. How she was treated in unneceptable. Beware.

I used to work for this company. I loved working here. It's a clean and safe environment! Our store in Tooele, while it doesn't have everything, still does a great job by providing ship to store options. I've used them quite a few times, which has saved me trips to SLC or other stores.

Great deals if you have the app, although one worker wasn't very polite when answering a question about a coupon. Other than that the staff are really friendly and helpful and will help you think of more ideas and solutions. Good experience with the online pickup.

They didn’t have what I was looking for (stuff to make soap), so much for my crafts... but it’s THE place to get fabrics and stuff to make jewelry. The seasonal section is pretty good too, especially around Christmas and Halloween!

Joann Fabrics as a company is awful. But, our town really uses a store like this. The associates are always helpful and will do their best to help you find what you need. This store in particular is usually out of a lot of items. Your best bet is to order online

Replying to the woman throwing a fit at Joann's and bashing Megan and Sly. I witnessed this woman's meltdown. Not only did Megan and Sly keep their composure, they were extremely professional and only doing their job. This woman literally threw a fit because she was asked to show ID for an online order. This woman sat down on the floor, threw a tantrum and kicked her feet like a toddler!!! Grow up lady!

Usually have everything advertised in the ads and transactions are usually smooth, courteous staff very helpful. They offer classes but I don't know how those are I heard some are fairly helpful and easy to learn. Reasonable fabric/craft supply store.

I love the selection here, but even the sale prices are overpriced. I swear when I go to check out, I'm always overcharged. By a LOT. I try to make sense of my receipt at home, but I never can. I go and ask questions, then always get empty answers from staff. All in all, I will return for the selection knowing I'll pay too much and I have no other option in this town.
