We placed an order around 8:30pm. We waited for a half hour, got a notification that our order was ready at 9:06pm. We went to the store to pick it up only to find out that they closed at 9 and cancelled our order due to having to close. I never got a call, text, or notification saying that they cancelled the order. I understood that they had to close but why even say our order is ready past their closing time and cancel it as we arrive? Definitely displeased with the service.

Slow for a JJs, but still tasty subs. 3 cars ahead of me took 15 minutes. I know that's subjective but just like a CFA all JJs are known for quick subs.

The good: Sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, service is brisk, price is reasonable. The not so good: The previous two visits I used the drive-thru and ordered the#5 Vito. On the first visit I clearly asked for 3 extra oil & vinegar. The response was, "Of course!" Upon leaving I noticed that I was only given 1. The second time I made the same request, though this time I asked the attendant handing me my food if the extra o & v were in the bag. He replied, Oh, sorry," handed me one small cup (with perhaps a tablespoon's worth), and proceeded to slide the window closed as I was speaking to him. Today, while eating in the dining area, a quick glance at the large menu shows that under the "Freebies" heading, Oil & Vinegar" are clearly listed. "Hey, Jimmy John's, how about loosening your grip on the oil and vinegar?"

I LOVE this location! I ordered about 30 mins before they close and they still were super polite and welcoming when I came in. My order is ALWAYS right and so delicious (seriously never even forgot my ranch) and no matter what time or day I'm there the staff is always so so so kind and ready to help, I never see anyone standing around doing nothing they are always moving and getting work done. I will always love this location ♥️

I live about 50 miles away so when I come to town I usually stop in and grab me a sandwich or two. I have never been disappointed in their sandwiches, it may take a minute or two longer than your assembly line fast food places but for the freshness and quality its well worth a few more seconds. Very professional & clean environment. As Arnold would say "I'll Be Back" :)

I worked at this location, and I enjoyed the job. Before I was employed, I was always treated in such a nice way when I came to eat there. I recommend this place because I worked with the people who make the food, and they really do care. They hire people that want to make sure everyone has a good experience, while keeping up the Freaky Fast mindset that so many customers love. The food has always been good, nothing special but overall tasty. The General Manager at the time I was employed there was later arrested and turned out to be a horrible person. I mention that because from an employee point of view he was the worst part of the job, so now that he is gone, I would hope the employees are able to feel more comfortable.

Food is good. Insufficient room for parking. Not even close for what is needed. You have to park down the street on either side of the building in front of peoples houses of which they do not appreciate. Should have built it down to the next exit to the north were there is ample room for parking.

We went to subway originally and because they were so close to closing they had very minimal things available. So we said never mind. We got here 8 minutes before they closed & they were more than willing to help us & were super nice! First time coming here & just based of their customer service it will not be my last.

For some reason I expected better. Subway still my favorite sandwich place. The sandwich I had was good. Just not great. Would have liked other cheese choices not just provolone and would have liked it toasted. Loved the Dijon mustard. I would like to eat there again to see if they have more choices. We were in a hurry. REPLYING TO THE OWNER, lmao!! Your response and sense of humor will bring me back!!! Your sandwich was in my brain so much afterwards that I had to recreate it at home!!! I will be back around May 3-5 to try something spectacular (I'm hoping!!!) If you wanna win me over from the "S Bomb" show me some love!!!

Food's good but I didn't receive a receipt and my order was never called out so I relied on a lucky guess. There doesn't seem to be any good organization or a good system. Had to grab my cup too, probably not much of a complaint but it felt weird to do.

Always come through and get the same thing for the husband. Gargantuan cut in half with two kickin ranch cups. The price has stayed true, the service is always 'freaky fast' the employees have always been pleasant and never forget to ask if you're a reward member. They definitely do not forget the napkins.

These guys are great and always get my order right every time! The ingredients are always fresh looking and tasting, which is very important to make a great sandwich. I've never had any issues here, and the employees are super friendly every time.

Quick and everything tasted good! Got the hunters club and the wife got a giant turkey sandwich! The drive thru was kinda crazy with the speaker broken but the were on top of it they were outside taking orders with paper and pens!

This place is good but they really need to update their bread. It's rock solid within a couple hours and it doesn't keep. In the fridge or otherwise. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. They need to get on top of their people making the food because the sandwiches aren't consistent at all. Sometimes you get one that feels and looks like the $10 you paid for it and other times it's like the ones out of 7-11.

We really enjoy their sandwiches every so often. We usually buy#12 so our experience may be limited. That said, it is very tasty and the service is surprisingly fast. Their quality is so far ahead of the competition that I don't even consider going there anymore.

Every time we’ve been to this specific Jimmy John’s our order is incredibly wrong. And when you are on the road and trust your sandwich is correct and continue on with your trip, it’s incredibly frustrating to open your sandwich miles down the road to find it not at all what you ordered. And we are talking more than one sandwich being wrong in an order! I understand this happening once and a while but consistently is pretty pathetic. This time I actually called to let them know and the manager was very snarky. Wonder if the owners know that children are running their business. Don’t waist your time. Drive the extra 45 miles to one of the Jimmy John’s in St. George.

Fast friendly service. So many options to choose from. Great sandwiches, not too much bread. Just the right size. Even could order some meat for my dog to eat. Was nice to sit outside and eat.
