This is a great store. Has a very small town friendly feel to it. But a lot to offer its customers. From clothing line that is pretty decent. I've bought a few high quality items here. From tools to flashlights and locks to clothes. Abs the staff are always very friendly from walk in to check out.

They are always so helpful! My car was in an accident, and I wanted to cover the damage so no one could get hurt. One of the employees came out and looked at the damage so he could help me make an informed decision. They're the best

Save yourself the time and just go to home depot. Custo.er service is awful. I try to shop here but there is always excuses about rewards points. They don't want to honor stuff on thier own app. I try to help the small store out instead of the giants, but dont bother with this 1. I go to hurrican ace hardwareand it's night and day. They could learn from thier sister store. Awful stay away. And don't fall for the manager will call you. Been waiting for 2 calls back 1 over a year and 1 over 5 weeks.

This is an amazing hardware store.... SO MUCH MORE THAN HARDWARE! We were greeted by a cashier when we entered, and we asked for directions to the item we needed. They provided us with the aisle number and we were on our way. We didn't even make it to the aisle before Joe approached us and asked if he could help.. he walked with us and helped us find exactly what we needed. He was so helpful.. thank you everyone at the Cedar City Ace Hardware for your incredible Customer service. (Yes, this was my first visit, and I will definitely be back)

Purchased a camping chair and never took it out of the box. Attempted to return the chair the day after I purchased it but was told that I could not return it because it was "discounted". I paid 50 dollars for the chair and apparently there was a 5 dollar discount that I wasn't even aware of. No refunds are allowed on any "discounted" items. I wonder how Home Depot would have treated me if I bought the chair there?

Hurst Ace Hardware is awesome! They have such a broad selection of products, including many hard to find hardware, plumbing, and household items - plus sporting goods and housewares. And I have yet to meet one employee who isn't cheerfully helpful. Ace is THE place!

We go into ACE hardware stores all the time, but wow, was this place so overpriced! Some things were even downright double the price of the same items that could be found at the Walmart in town. They didn’t have half the things we came in for, but they did give us a good recommendation of where to get our keys made.

Nicest employee I’ve ever come across. The store itself is clean and well stocked but what makes it stand out is the exceptional customer service. The gals in the clothing department were not super friendly and kind of ignored us while we needed help, but every other department we were approached and asked if we were finding everything okay. Well done management and hiring personnel!

I love this Ace Hardware! They nearly always have what I need, especially the huge variety of nuts, bolts, and anchors. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is clean and well- stocked, and prices are pretty good. Best of all, it's just a few blocks from my house.

I love ACE. I prefer to go here in our small towns over bigger stores. The staff is always friendly, the stores are always clean and 99% of the time they have what I need. I like the unique gift type things they have too. I shopped for Traeger spices and sauces and there was a very large selection.

They say welcome in whenever you walk in. This store is will stocked, and has a really nice variety of items. Definitely take some time to explore the store and see everything they offer. When you ask for help, they're happy to at least try. They have recently done some remodeling and reorganization, and the new layout looks awesome. Oh and if you're lucky, you can snag some free popcorn after checkout.

If you are an archer, this is the place for you. Not only do they have the best supply of gear, they have the best archery technicians in Cedar. They also have a good spread of flies for fly fishing - short on the rest of the gear, but fly selection is solid.

Love this ACE store. I was however a bit disappointed when I ordered online what appeared to be in stock and later was told it was not in stock and had to wait a week for it. My first time with this process at this store. Pick up at store was smooth and effortless. People are always very helpful here.
