Firehouse is far and away my favorite national chain. They have the best tasting food and a solid rewards program. I've gotten spotty service at some of their locations but the service was solid here. I enjoyed my food and I always appreciate places that have the drink machines with massive selections. The prices are on-par with other spots and I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at any of their locations. I guess that the nicest thing I can say for a national chain locaion that I like is that they reinforced my appreciation of the entire brand and I'll continue io brin them my business

Not sure if all Firehouse locations are like this now, but for what you pay, it's just not worth it. The flavor is fine, but the amount of meat that is put on the sandwiches is pathetic. The complete size of the sandwich is also very lacking. The location itself is pretty nice, however every time we've ordered, they are just really slow. We sat and waited for 20 minutes with nobody really in the store. Granted they could have been making online orders, but we didn't notice any pickups. When we have made online orders on the app, food is never ready by the selected time. I don't think I'll be coming back unless they have a BOGO offer. Here's to hoping that when Jersey Mike's finally makes an appearance that it will be like what I'm used to.Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free rolls.

This firehouse subs location really struggles. Every time we have ordered food from here they’re running behind, the staff is not very nice, they’re out of a lot of drinks, and the dining area is not clean. I decided to finally write a review today because it’s my birthday today, so I wanted to redeem my free sub. I came in with my sister for lunch. I have a rewards account (with a lot of previous transactions and some rewards). The cashier looked it up by phone number and said it wasn’t coming up. I pulled up my account on my phone and sure enough my phone number is attached to my rewards account. Regardless of showing him my account on my phone, he said he couldn’t find me via cash register and therefore don’t get the free sub. Okay, that sucks, so I paid for it. There was no acknowledgment that it’s my birthday today. Instead, they were very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Never even a “we’re sorry about that” or a free cookie. They seem like they have chips on their shoulders. When we left I said, “by the way, it would be nice to at least say happy birthday or simply just be nice to a customer, especially if you’re not going to give them their birthday freebie.” And this manager responded in a passive aggressive way, “yep, you’re welcome!” The customer service here is awful, but to be rude to someone on their birthday is a new low.UPDATE: I reached out to support on their website and they did not acknowledge the poor experience we had, at all. I was only given a reason why I did not get the birthday freebie. The real problem here was their attitude and the way they dealt with it. Zero professionalism.

Ansley Baltzar is the best worker I have ever seen at this place. Her work on the sandwiches is extraordinary. The sandwich I got here was easily one of the best sandwiches I have ever gotten. I got the food fast and hot. The workers here show such good energy towards their customers and never fail to please me. I would give this place 1000 stars if I could. This is my favorite sandwich place ever. Ansley really brightens up the entire place with her fantastic energy and commentating. My friend got a cookie here and he loved its warm and delicious crunchyness. Firehouse subs is fire🔥🔥

Ive been to alot of different locations and this by fair is the worst and need help. The food, after waiting forever is soggy cold and bland. The pickle slices tasted terrible like past their expiration. Service extremely slow and the atmosphere while you and every other customer waits is terrible. I've had a better time in a hospital waiting room.

Great sandwich shop. I like to get in here and show my support whenever I'm passing through. They have many different sub sandwiches as well as chips and drink options. There's one of those modern drink machines where you can pretty much choose any kind of drink to get out of it which is cool. There's also a lot of cool firehouse memorabilia on the walls inside. There's a good size parking lot in the back and bathrooms located near the rear as well. I will return next time I'm in the area. Thanks guys!

Clean, tasty and convenient. I love firehouse subs. The staff is friendly and works as a team. They have a good variety for a sandwich shop. I've done a pickup order before and had zero problems. Today we decided to dine in and I was impressed to see how thoroughly clean they are. An employee was on a ladder dusting the light fixtures. It's a pet peeve of mine when I'm at a restaurant and the lights or window sills have obviously not been cleaned in a while, so I really appreciate that they have such high standards of cleanliness here. Great job guys!

I showed up before my sandwich was supposed to be ready. Apparently they had prepared it even earlier than that which would normally not be a problem. Unfortunately they give no indication to customers whether or not their order has been called at the counter. I waited while I thought they were busy at lunch and late with my order.When I said they should leave up orders for at least a couple minutes after they're called, they began to make an excuse. I stopped them right there because any excuse is simply covering up bad customer service. Come up with some other way to indicate the customers if their order is already been called by the time they arrived at the store. It's not my problem that you have not solved this simple problem, though I'm sure I easily could if you paid me to figure it out for you.Sandwich was mediocre and the store was smokey.

Waited 30 minutes for my medium sandwich and my soup was cold on top of that. Poor service and food was horrible like how do you ruin a pickle 🤦 first time trying this and last time as well.

an embarrassment to the franchise-we paid 40$ for 4 small sandwiches that were made smaller than a kids meal burger at mcdonalds-this franchisee should be embarrassed and expelled from firehouse subs-disgraceful...you're supposed to uphold the standards of an eminently high quality of the name and this cedar city utah location should be stripped of it's name....booooooo

A decent place to get a quick sub sandwich for lunch. Food designed by firefighters for the American public. Going along with this is the fire station theme on the decor of the place both inside and outside of the building. Beware of the size you order as it could be too much for lunch. But then again maybe you want left overs for dinner.

We went to get lunch here on my husband’s lunch break. It was super busy, so we knew the wait time would be a while. However, people behind us in line were starting to get their food before us. We waited a bit longer and asked if they had our order. They had somehow lost it. After we notified them, they continued to make other orders BEFORE ours. My husband was super late to get back to work definitely not be coming back here again.
