Eagle Ridge Floors was easy to work with and did a great job refurbishing our floors. The floors are old (house is from the 1940s) and were covered in glue. The Eagle Ridge team worked efficiently and thoroughly at a reasonable price, and the floors look like new!

Office staff was very pleasant and helpful, gave me ideas on carpet style and pad since I have a large dog and my home is somewhat in a rural setting.Installers showed up on time, were very professional and polite Amd did a great job. LOVE MY CARPET!!! All the people I dealt with at Eagle Ridge Flooring were friendly and nice and helpful. I want to especially thank Ray for the respectful way he treated me and worked with me. Jon the carpet layer was also very respectful and professional . I am glad I spent the extra money for the best quality padding. I think that will make all the difference in the long run. Our oak floors have been totally restored by Eagle Ridge Floors To Go! We had to leave our home due to a job change. When we finally could come back to Cedar, our floors had been trashed. We couldn't believe our eyes after Eagle Ridge restored them. They are stunning. Their whole crew has been top notch and gone the extra mile. They put in beautiful new engineered wood flooring to compliment the original oak sections and carpeted the remainder of our house. They won't disappoint.

While their work is generally good I have not had great experience overall. I love to support local businesses but this is one we may not be using again. They are poor with time management (BOTH scheduling appointments ahead of time AND keeping any scheduled appointment when it has been set up). I am the operations manager for my work and I have had to constantly follow up with them about the status of our orders, when things will be completed, etc. I should not have to do that as often as I have been. We have used Eagle Ridge for years and I am sad to say we most likely will be looking for someone else moving forward.

OMG my floors look awesome!!!! Love them and get nothing but compliments! This is the 2nd time I’ve used eagle ridge flooring and Ray is so helpful especially getting me a bid quickly with all the work being done in cedar city and parowan!!! Roger was my floor man he’s amazing… my house was built in 1898 so u know the floors were not level anywhere and my stairs were short and too deep so he was able to fix those so so nice now we feel safe!!! Everything is complete and we r so HAPPY!!! I’ve heard stories w other companies but eagle ridge is the best in my opinion and always there to answer ur questions!!! Thanks so much u guys for a job well!!! Also the girls in b the show room smiles and very helpful just tell them what u want and they’ll b find u samples!!!!🙋‍♀️😘

The first day they came out and I told them what I was wanting they measured we tried a couple of ways and decided the best. I at that point took in my rug for them to match ( which was perfect) they ordered about two weeks cut and made what I wanted brought them out and made sure I wanted no changes, took them back put the bindings on and the next morning brought them out put them in vacuumed my floor and leftAll of them were excellentI recommend them 100% . We are very happy customers.
