Very hit or miss. I’m a big fan of Dutch bros but this location struggles with order accuracy and consistency. I’ve gone with a friend and we ordered the same drink but both received vastly different tasting coffees. Today I ordered a large cold brew and I received a medium cup entirely filled with ice and a splash of coffee. My order has been wrong most the time I’ve been there. All that being said their staff are so friendly and upbeat.

So let me start off by saying there has not been one time that I have gone to this Dutch bros & have not gotten amazing service . I had to go on and write a review because today I met a young lady in there who gave exceptional service and it needs to be talked about . She asked about my pups and our family story . I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she was just that great. My drink was great as always too . I tried something new called the palm beach lemonade blended and that was yummy for a first ! Thank you Dutch bros !!

The chai blended freeze tasted pretty much like ice blended with plain milk. And we asked for the golden blended freeze with half the sweetener, and it was outragesly sweet. We can't even finish our drinks. The only edible beverage was their hot carmalizer, and it was pretty good to be honest. But I am said to say, I will not be back.

The parking lot/drive-thru design is absolutely horrendous. One of the worst I've ever experienced. Outside greeters were super wonderful. We ordered three drinks. One Americano with sugar. They got it wrong. They didn't have cup insulators so it was too hot to hold. Cups leaked on this drink and one other of our orders. The window person was very disinterested. Don't think we will return nor recommend.

The drive-through was fairly busy, and they only had one employee taking orders for both lines. We went into the shorter line, and had to wait for about 10 minutes while he kept taking orders in the other line. He took five orders from cars that arrived after us. The car right in front of us ended up leaving without ordering because we were being ignored.

I got a cold brew with half and half today. I took the first sip and it tasted like there was windex or some other cleaner in the drink. I took it back and they remade it for me. I can't get the taste of the cleaner out of my mouth.

This morning I went to go get a hot chocolate. I wasn't having the best day but the Dutch Bro's employee made my day so much brighter. When I pulled up to the window my hot chocolate wasn't quite finished and the gal at the window asked me how my day was going. She took time out of her day to ask a stranger how they were doing and take genuine interest in my day and make sure this stranger had the best day. Thank you so much for hiring authentic and genuine people.

I was just at the new Cedar City location a few minutes ago, and the service was amazing! The woman at the walk-up window was SO KIND! She made me feel so welcome and she helped me choose which drink would be best for me. She also had some really awesome stickers for us to choose from!She really made the experience so wonderful, I'd love to come here again!

The water quality in Cedar City is bad. Some of the water is recycled waste water and to treat the water it is overloaded with calcium and other chemicals. Dutch Bros uses the Cedar City water for their drinks. The only drink I like here is the Golden Eagle because they use mainly half and half or the drinks where they use Red Bull or energy drinks aren't bad. If you drink bottled water, you will definitely notice the after Cedar City water after taste.

I ordered a golden eagle chai - a drink without espresso - but the worker added it anyway. When I asked if I could get the drink remade he refused and aggressively denied that he put espresso in it. He gave me an entirely different drink instead which made no sense to me. He was super rude and made me feel stupid. There was a girl ordering at the same time who happened to be an employee and was super nice. She agreed that there was definitely coffee in the drink which shouldn’t be there.

Today is the grand opening for this store, and I was so excited! (We've been going to St George for this coffee). But, what we got here today was very disappointing! Two large carmel pumpkin brulees, hot... and they were not at all the same as what we've gotten in St George. These had no taste really, no caramel, no pumpkin, they were not sweet at all, and not even much of a coffee taste. Alot of milk maybe? I came home and put raw sugar in mine, which helped a little... but I still only drank about half of it. And this should be enjoyed. So, this one was an expensive mistake. I think I will try it one more time when its not as busy... but if I get another one like this, we will be going back to St George! Thats a really good location... and thats what I expected here. 😪
