I received an arrangement for Mother’s Day from my son. My reaction was a gasp- it was gorgeous! A week later, after discarding the flowers that wilted, more beautiful flowers bloomed to surprise me. It was truly the best arrangement I’ve ever received. It’s a gift that keeps giving. Thank you, Boomer’s!

This is the second time I have ordered a corsage and boutonnière for a high school dance for one of my children. Both times the roses look brown and wilting on the edge. The customer service experience was even less delightful when the employee argued with me and used condescending sarcasm as a response, questioning my eye sight. Upsetting that s local business treats their local community.

Did an amazing job. Very pleased. The wife loved the flowers; however, the mylar balloon I ordered turned out to be a miniature and I paid $5 for it. Also, the delivery person didn't get tipped because they charged $10 delivery fee +plus a $6 service fee online. Would've tipped if it weren't for the hidden fee!

I ordered flowers and fudge the day before Valentines Day, with no expectation of them being delivered the next day. Boomer's Bloomers got the delivery done on time despite the fact that I gave them a bad address. They then went back after hours to deliver candy. Thank you Wendy!

Saved the day!! I wanted to send a sweet treat last minute to my son at school. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and new exactly what my son would love. She put together the cutest old fashioned popcorn bucket full of candies , snacks and sweets treats. They delivered it to my son at school in just over an hour . I live out of state and I wanted to surprise my daughter with a flower arrangement for her 20th birthday. I called the day before and placed the 'order'. It was delivered at the time promised and was exactly what I expected/ordered. My daughter was so happy to receive the flower arrangement. I will call them again when I need flowers. On a side note, I keep seeing reviews about their great fudge/chocolates. When I am 'in town' I am going to have to 'stop in' and buy some.

It was Easter. And from the artistry of Shelly at Boomers Blooms, our sanctuary was blessed by the exceptional quality an variety of springtime flowers in FOUR(4) MAGNIFICENT ARRANGEMENTS! Thank you Shelly & crew for enhancing our celebration. I have been an intermittent customer (approximately 4-6 times a year for bouquets, this extraordinary grouping of flowers has reminded to come here more often!

Fantastic candy/gift/flower shop with very nice employees. A gentleman noticed that I was waiting for my boys outside the shop and invited me inside even though I had our (leashed) dog with me! We ordered candy from the polite lady; the selection is fabulous. It was hard to decide. Will definitely return next time we're in town.

While I was asking an employee a question about flowers, I noticed another employee behind her rubbing on a cocker spaniel that was sitting on the counter. I had to walk out in shock almost immediately after seeing that. Absolutely disgusting. From what I could tell the dog seemed to belong to one of the employees. This place serves food and they allow dogs in this establishment. No concern for public heath and people who are allergic to dogs. Dog nuttery has gone too far in this country.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Believe the other comments about not following through - cant tell if they are dishonest, not organized, or just plain lazy. I had a ~53$ basket of food sent to my parents that was extremely dated so my parents brought it back. Melissa (acting owner) said would refund. That was a ~ month ago. I gave it 3 weeks and sent an email - no reply. Called and talked to a temporary employee - said would get a call back, never did. Talk to Melissa last week - said would call back that day, never did. As of this post not resolved. Now, I am sympathetic to their issues - but at least follow through on what you say...regardless of the 53$ refund. Stay away from this establishment.

Fantastic experience! Called from out of state to surprise my wife who was traveling through Cedar City over Valentines weekend. This florist was able to deliver a beautiful arrangement with delicious fudge and save me the embarrassment of missing Valentine’s Day. Great customer service!

Wow, where do I begin! I ordered flowers for my sister and one of the flowers in the bouquet didn’t make it until the next day. When I talk to the owner of this flower shop she said bring the whole bouquet back in and she redid the whole thing for no charge. What great business! I will never ever use another florist. This is my florist for life!

Mediocre at best. My husband had flowers ordered from here and delivered as a surprise for me. Instead of what he ordered I was sent white roses spray painted blue. Instead of calling the company for a proper description as to what the bouquet should look like the florist told me (after she told me to bring them back so she could try and fix it) that she didn't want to call and be put on hold. She told me she didn't have the flowers to make the bouquet that was ordered for me. She then proceeded to put yellow roses into the bouquet and called said it was better then what was originally ordered for me. Absolutely not true. It was ugly. Roses do not mean a beautiful arrangement. Others may have had a good experience with this place. But we did not. Doesn't seem like they need our business so we won't be returning to this place.Update: my husband called to complain to the company he ordered from and they said they were sending another bouquet the following Monday for any inconvenience. The flowers were never delivered only to find out that the florist REFUSED to deliver a new bouquet. AWFUL costumer service. If you can't provide a proper flowral service do not call yourself a florist.

Went in to get a mother's day gift for my wife last year. The two women working there were not very inviting and a bit stand offish. (I was the only one in the shop at the time) The chocolate assortment was interesting.. but my wife said a few of the pieces I had gotten for her tasted like cheap $1 store chocolate. (Pretty dissapointing considering the amount of $ that was spent)Would not recommend them.*My coworker also went in looking for a flower arrangement for his wife and was looking to drop a large chunk of change... He was treated with the same "warm welcome" and decided to spend his money elsewhere.This is sad because we want to encourage small town , local business. :/

I called and placed an order for a plant to be delivered to my daughter's home. I live out of state. The plant was charged out but my not delivered. Owner claims it was dropped off at door and stolen. I was told the only recourse is to file a stolen property at Police department. Owner stated "leave at door" was requested. I did not request "to leave at door". Why would I state leave at door? My daughter was celebrating. I wanted her to receive a gift to help with her celebration. I even had text the company to see if the plant was delivered and got zero response. Scammers.

I've lived in the south, and the food here is just as good. I loved it. My wife is not a fan of seafood, so she didn't think too much of it, but a guy like me who loves southern food, or someone who likes to try new stuff would LOVE this place! Great food, really good cornbread. it's just great.

Ordered a DELUXE Feel Good Basket to send to my daughter as a congratulations for a huge accomplishment. Paid upwards of $75. When the basket was delivered it consisted of a handful of items, basket and balloon purchased at the local dollar store (basing this on the brands and the expiration dates). I guess my definition of "Deluxe" is different than this organization. I feel this was pretty much a bait-and-switch to the point of unethical. 400% markup, really? BUYER BEWARE!!

Very dishonest people at this shop.. I saw a nice arrangement in the cooler asked if I could have a fresh one made up... the florist said she didn't have the flowers in.. but she would have them the next day... asked If I could come back the next afternoon for pick up.. I said sure ... I arrived the next afternoon. . The space where the arrangement was the previous day was empty.. she brought out the arrangement that was supposed to be fresh.. but it was the same arrangement that I had seen in the cooler the previous day. .. the cuts on the flowers were brown... I asked her if the arrangement was fresh... she stated that they were... fresh cuts are not brown.. ahe told me that she would only do a credit and not a refund.. I told her that it wasn't a fresh arrangement and asked if she could do up a fresh arrangement. .. she informed me that she didn't have the flowers to do a fresh arrangement. .when I asked her about the delivery she was to have received. . She told me she would refund my money.. but I was to never again patronize her store.. I didn't have a problem with that...

If you are looking for a hidden gem then you've found it. I've been buying flowers for my wife, mother, and mother in-law here for years it never disappoints. You might as well treat your sweet tooth as well. Go see Melissa Hunter ASAP!
