I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. You won't find anything better for this price. The room was very clean and well-lit, with a fridge, microwave, and TV. Nice little bathroom with a full bath, and even a little table. It wasn't fancy but it was comfortable and well-kept.The one thing to be mindful of is that it can be difficult to get a hold of someone because their managers work part-time (or at least it seems that way). They are very friendly, though, and were willing to accommodate some special requests for us.Great little place to stay for a night!

A very delightful place to stay! Pet friendly rooms and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. All new plumbing and fixtures updated. I was afraid to pull hard enough on the shower handle to get the water running. Just pull straight out and you will have a nice shower! Owners and staff are very friendly, making your stay amazing!

If I could I’d rate it 0 stars. They told my husband me and my son aren’t allowed at the hotel that it’s workers only. They had me and my son (5 months old) leave the hotel. They’re rooms are filthy. They had bugs inside the room. The bedding smelled like it hadn’t been changed. The manager is very rude she has no respect for the people staying there when the tenants are the reason she’s employed. If you could stay somewhere else because this place ain’t it.

We arrived late because o road construction so we called and talked to the manager who offered to just leave the keys in the room and settle up in the morning!! The room is very clean with cool nice laminate floors and a great air conditioner!! The temp outside was over 100 degrees plus during our stay. We were attending a livestock show in nearby town of! Ferron. The price was great will be by here again!!! Small towns are great!

The staff is friendly and the accommodations are sufficient. There is a fridge and microwave. It's no frills. Don't expect a whole lot of attention. But the price is right and the location is close to the San Rafael Swell where we were hanging out. No breakfast. And don't try to ask for extra towels or whatever after hours. They probably will have gone home. We used the pet friendly room...which was clearly a pet friendly room. But it was fine for us because we we had one dog and just needed a place to sleep. It's walking distance from a large grocery store which was nice. Other than that, not much to see or do in this town.

They have rooms with 1 queen/king size bed in it(a single) OR a room with 2 double beds in it( 2 queen size beds)They have nice clean NON Smoking room's. The front office is open 4pm - 11pm Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sunday sometimes opens earlier if someone is there to help clean the rooms. Very nice housekeepers. Each room has a microwave, television, a chair.The place has No swimming pool. There is a pool about 10 blocks away. And no this isn't Village Inn the restaurant. It's a Motel.They way they operate is in the early 80's when it comes to checking guests in.Sorry to say BUT, the locals have who stay weeks at a time have priority over the others.It is a good idea to leave a number when booking. OP

My boyfriend stayed here during work, he completed his stay and 2 months later they charged him over 300$ he called and they said it was a mistake. Why is his info still on file anyway. They refund the money but it takes days for the process to complete. Making us late on rent payment resulting in a 100$ fee are they taking care of it noooo… We called and the lady who helped was very rude and didn’t even care. Very unprofessional…. Makes me wonder if they do this to other people and get away with it… check your bank statements people!!!!!!

Room was infested with bugs, costed $335 per week and was told that they have to charge more to make up for the cost of the utilities and not having all of the rooms full. The toilet and shower had not been cleaned, the lady on the phone got a terrible attitude about trying to rent one of the rooms, and said that she is not to be contacted; you must call the other phone number posted on the office window and bother the other woman that works there. They wouldn't do any room service. I didn't even sleep in the bed, I slept in the plastic chair for all 7 nights.

Completely unprofessional. Booked us for 2 nights but then told us that they "gave" our room away and we could only stay one night when we arrived. They gave us the wrong room key to a room that was already occupied with someone who was sleeping. Then we waited 30 minutes for them to find our room key. Woman attending us wouldn't even open the front door to let us get our key when we arrived and whoever the manager is that we called had a very "take it or leave it" attitude. Most ridiculously unprofessional people that I've ever dealt with.

Family run this is 2 of 2 identical Motel building in two towns of 20 rooms each. Staff is friendly. After watching some TV hospitality programs I found it was light on my expectation, this motel, my opinion, should update there systems into this century, if updated their POE systems very likely so will revenue.

Place is dirty, had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the place myself. No shower curtain, worked late at night tried to get hot water had to wait for ever till it started getting somewhat hot. Never stay here

GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY CHOICERented 2 rooms for 1 month from this HORRIBILE establishment.They took our comforters because they were on the floor when we slept.They went through our room with a donot disturb sign. They put SOMEONE ELSE in our room and MOVED OUR STUFF INTO OUR SECOND ROOM. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!! THEY gave no reason why they would rent our already rented room. We STILL HAD KEYS AND WERE STILL USING THE ROOM!!!THEY DIDNOT APPLOGIZE and they accused us of being bad guests!!!!They called the POLICE on us when we complained. We walked into our room to find someone else sleeping there!! THe worst place ever DO NOT GO DRIVE the 10 EXTRA MILES and go somewhere else!!!

Cannot really give 1 star, lady wouldn't come rent us a room! (It was 12am on a friday during some bad weather) Said she has no one to work nights. Had to drive 34 miles farther to get a place to sleep. May be the best motel ever but no one I know will ever know.

I have gone to cancel down my entire life I've stayed in this hotel many many many times and I will tell you what I have enjoyed my time every time I've gone this time I was so pleased to see how nicely remodeled their rooms were unfortunately I was not able to fulfill my stay because I had my two dogs with me and they do not allow animals which is very very unfortunate but they were very upfront and polite about asking us to leave I will definitely be back I do hope they change their pet policy
