I love the convenience of locations. Family Dollar can usually beat the grocery stores prices on a variety of items. Ex. Coffee, garbage bags, dog food, etc. The Castle Dale location has more to offer than the Huntington location. Plus the Huntington store is closing July 26, 2023 for several months due to remodeling. When it reopens the store will be half Family Dollar, half Dollar Tree.

Great service! When I walked in the store I asked the cashier where I could find empty spray bottles. Immediately she directed me to the Hardware aisle. I found the empty bottles, but they were larger than I needed. Just then, the manager walked by, so I asked her if there were any smaller empty spray bottles. She went the extra mile by walking in the back room and bringing out just the size I was looking for! Because the manager went the extra mile, I suggest including Family Dollar in Castle Dale as part of your next small town shopping spree!

Newly remodeled. More space and neatly organized. Huge variety of goods... From food to crafts, clothes, etc. Quality products at Low Prices. Friendly & helpful employees. They go beyond expected duty. Best family dollar I've shopped at.

Customer service was awesome. Very cheerful and helpful. Helped me find what I needed and suggested other products for Christmas decorations. Very nice people. Grabbed some snacks while I was there. Forgot Christmas tree lights and star both was available.

We go in here once a week. They have some good deals. Their clothes are better quality than walmart for the same price. This location has awesome staff but I go to them in every town.

Okay, I love family dollar BUT this one is run by a bunch of teenagers and every time I go in they're somewhere in the isles goofing around and cursing like sailors, which usually doesn't bother me unless I'm trying to get help and you're not doing your job. Also when someone finally comes to help me they are always very short with me, not very friendly at all and most the time don't give me bags and expect me to carry armfulls of things out to my car.

The staff is friendly, and process are good. In the winter the store front is pure ice in front because the parking lot is South of the building and when snow melts during the day it puddles up over the sidewalk and out six feet. You will fall down. They recently changed management and the one that is running the show is very unprofessional and lazy. That is as of 02/14/2019.☹️

Reloading cards, you only take cash, and I paid. The money never made it to my card which is green dot. I have never had any issues uploading cash before. Yes I have my receipt but I called ten phone numbers for family dollar corporate, only got a recording. I was completely unable to talk to a human though I tried for three hours. Green Dot said family Dollar should refund the cash and the store said it was my cards issue. Where and Who has my money who has it is a disconcerting. I have the receipt and no one cares.

The workers do nothing but complain about their jobs and the other workers all day it's not professional at all instead of working and putting things away they stand around and complain about it and talk on the phone I refuse to go into this store because you can't get around and can't get help to save your life
