Very good RV experience. Easy check-in and easy pull-through site. The showers and rest rooms were adequate but could have been a bit cleaner, esp the showers.Bryce Canyon NP is a short drive away and there is a shuttle service available which is great for those high traffic days. This park is at elevation so be careful if you are in any of the at risk categories, like Senior citizen or immuno-compromised. It’s very easy to feel winded under a relatively minor exertion level.

This was a super charming campground. We were in a campervan and had a spot among the trees, that felt very forest like. I'm not sure it's quite as charming if you're in a bigger RV. The lady that checked us in was also very friendly. One complaint is the shower / laundry setup:- They ask you to not wash dishes in the bathroom and use the laundry room instead, but they one is closed from 7AM-7PM, so in effect there isn't anywhere to wash dishes after 7PM.- There is very little light in the shower, which makes it a bit unpleasant

There was no space available at the national park so we ended up here. Overpriced at $70 like everything in this town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dump station closed, no reason given. Site was wooded. Place built on an old ranch. Sometimes there is a pond. Nice views. Showers were hot. Maintenance is lacking. Showers looked like they were caulked by a child. Ceiling in of one of the bathrooms is falling down.Nearby activities: Half mile to entrance to national park.Safety: Very unsafe. No gate or security guard.Walkability: Not much within walking distance except for overpriced everything.Noteworthy details: Dump station is closed, no reason given.

Needed a last minute campsite, May 15th, and they had one $65 for FHU. Site had a table and a fire pit. Restrooms and showers were typical, not scary or gross. Right outside Bryce Canyon NP entrance plus they have a shuttle stop for the NP. Perfect location. Would stay here again. Not sure if the prices go up for summer season.Nearby activities: Hiking, biking, rodeo (seasonal)Walkability: Can walk to Bryce Canyon NP and other trail heads that are part of the Dixie National Forest

The staff in every part of the facility has a wonderful attitude of helpfulness and eagerness to provide outstanding customer service. The grocery side of the store is quite well stocked, the souvenir side has a vast assortment of quality products, and the restaurant was VERY good in every aspect.Truly a great place to serve as a getaway and base for enjoying the Bryce area!

We had an issue with our motorhome while staying at the Ruby’s Inn Campground on the day we were scheduled to leave. We immediately went to the office to extend our stay while we dealt with the problem. Krisette Thompson spent at least 10 minutes on the computer to shift reservations around so we not only had a site for the night, but we didn’t have to move. She also provided possible repair resource information so we could get our motorhome fixed. We appreciate all she did to make a stressful situation have a happy ending.Thank you, Krisette. You set a great example for your team!

If this place is closed during early spring or winter, check out the Best Value Ruby Inn just down the road. They have sites you can park RVs with power hook ups. Access to toilets and showers as well.We stumbled upon that place last minute.

Stayed early Oct. Was given a site where to hook up to electric/water our camper was backwards. Asked for a proper site and only available was their overflow site which are sites basically in the middle of the hotel parking. They actually charged us extra $ because they were Full hook up sites.(Really!) Campers are on top of each other. We had to drive to bathrooms/showers. Campground is in a great location to Bryce, but improvements in the sites and customer service could definitely be improved upon. We booked this Campground very far out and should have been given decent site. We camped 2 weeks and this was the only place that disappointed.

We drove to Bryce Canyon national park and stayed in this Rv campground which was two miles from the park. The park has a shuttle from the campground to take you to the park. The facilities are perfect. From the cleanliness of the bathrooms, showers to their laundry room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The campsite was even and picnic area was clean . Very family friendly. They have outdoor pool and you can use their indoor pool at their sister hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit beautiful Bryce Canyon National park.Safety: Very safeWalkability: Close to everything you need.

So, Ruby’s Inn RV Park is a great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The showers are clean and plentiful with hot water. The bathrooms are clean and very spacious. The sites themselves are only okay. If you stay on the older side, it is all dirt and rocks and the sites are not level at all. You will have to do a lot of adjusting! The newer side is pretty level, but they cram everyone in there and you don’t have much space. Looks like a parking lot.The worst part of this campground is the noise. This is a very busy place! Every two minutes a car or truck or RV drove by our site. Speed limit is not enforced at all. It is supposed to be 5mph, but everyone goes 25 or more. The worst offender? Their own shuttle! He was tearing through the campground at like 30mph.Quiet hours were not enforced. We were near the group camping area and were kept awake by people yelling and playing music until 2am.Overall, the amenities are wonderful. Laundry room has plenty of machines. Pool is kept well. However, this place is so busy it is not really enjoyable. Too many people and vehicles coming and going all day and night.

The positives: The location can't be beat, especially if you walk across the street to the Bryce Canyon shuttle pickup and use that to explore the park. Clean. Staff was friendly. The less than positives: This place is HUGE. Like, people driving to the pool and the shower house from inside the campground huge. Compared to the smaller places we stayed on our Southern Utah trip it felt very impersonal. This section of Bryce Canyon City is effectively a "company town" - all of the lodging, food, gas, and entertainment is owned by Ruby's. Nice because there's a shuttle around. But not great if you're looking for any variety. No incentive to keep prices down because they control the market.Pool needs an upgrade - almost unusable because it was so full on a Wednesday afternoon.Because it has so many groups, it was also by far the loudest place we stayed. Large church groups and college groups that ignored the quiet hours - at one point there was a water balloon fight at about midnight near our camper that had me out of bed to see what the commotion was.In conclusion, fine if you need a place to crash, but consider other options if you're there for more than a day or two.

RV sites were large enough to park both the 5th wheel and truck in the camp spot. We had a pull through site in the newer section of the resort. Very nice grass area. Plenty of places to walk the dog. This is a large RV Resort with both RV and Tent camping spots. Ruby's is very close to Bryce Canyon National Park. The park shuttle will pick up very close to the front of the resort. When we return to Bryce Canyon National Park, we will definitely stay at Ruby's again.

The park itself and the amenities were fantastic. Unfortunately they sold our reservation to someone else. We booked 4 months in advance and paid a deposit for spot 68. After towing our camp trailer 3 hours we arrived to hear “your spot is already taken, we gave it to someone else”.The employee wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t take any accountability for the mistake. I ended up asking the van who was in our large RV spot if he could switch to a smaller spot so we could use the spot we fit in. Thankfully he moved and we enjoyed our weekend there. 0/10 for their worthless employee, 9/10 for the actual facilities.

We stayed in Ruby’s RV Park with a large group. It is a great place to day and visit the areas attractions. We used their laundry facilities. They run on quarters, FYI. The washers are a little musty smelling as people do not leave them open a bit to dry out. We were back in the near area with large, level lots. The WiFi was not the greatest. They may need to beef up their system with the increased size of their campground. We would stay here again.Nearby activities: Self explanatory.Food & drinks: Definitely make reservations for the dinner and show at Ebenezer’s Barn and Grill. Kid friendly too.

We camped 07/21 to 07/24. This is a ‘choose your own spot’ campground. We camped in #35, close to the shower house. Nice bathrooms, separate from showers. Each shower stall has its own entry-very private. We did laundry while we were there and it was good. The only downside was that there was a very large (100 plus, probably) group of students camping there. They ignored the 10pm start of quiet hours. They monopolized the bathroom, even sleeping there. They were charging their phones there constantly, playing music, having a great time. I’m a HS teacher and not opposed to teenagers having fun, but not at the detriment of my vacation. A bit of adult supervision would have helped. Perhaps post a ‘No Loitering’ sign in the shower house area and/or have a camp worker remind them of camping etiquette. I know we weren’t the only ones who were frustrated.Go get ice cream in the Old Town area-it’s yummy and oddly inexpensive!

Besides its proximity to Bryce National Park, the pricing for this RV spot feels a bit steep compared to others I’ve stayed at. After returning from watching the sunset at Bryce, we were told that laundry had to be put in before 7 PM.From my experience, this isn’t a common rule in most RV parks, and if it has to be here, guests should be informed at check-in. We wouldn’t go into the laundry room just to check notices. The female staff member we spoke to that evening seemed in a rush to end her shift and wasn’t very pleasant. It felt like she just wanted us out of the laundry room as quickly as possible. (10/16/2023)

Sites are fairly level, could be better.Sites are very close together, trees need to be trimmed for big rigs.Heavy campfire smoke at night.Bathrooms and showers are great.Staff could use courtesy training.Entire town of Bryce Canyon City owned by one family- therefore "it's good to be ruby".Limited sites with cable tv, no over the air channels available.Internet is mediocre at bestFor the prices charged, imo the whole park should have cable but I guess when you're the only show in town, there is no pressure to excel.Even though we were there in October, there were alot of children in the park, LOUD children. Parents should be ashamed.Overall nice but nothing outstanding.

Loved this RV park! We stayed in our 29’ foot RV & loved the proximity to both Bryce Canyon and the services in Bryce Canyon City. They have a pool AND A HOT TUB! The kids loved the pool, and my husband and I really enjoyed supervising from the hot tub.FYI, There’s little/no RV parking within Bruce Canyon NP, so it was great to keep the RV plugged in at the site and use the Free Shuttle to get around.

We brought our RV. Great hookups. There's not a lot of space between each spot, so zero privacy. They have a golf cart service to take you back and forth to the restaurants. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly. I was looking forward to taking a shower in a larger shower (rather than our RV) ... but the showers are male/female. I'm not a fan of that, and I'm seeing a trend of this. I feel much more comfortable in a "women's" shower and bathroom.

The tent section consists of a dirt road and what was once foliage under the trees - cars / trucks park wherever they are able. If you are tent camping, you will park on the side of this dirt road and pitch a tent on the sliver or grass adjacent to this dusty / dirt road. It is comparable to camping in the middle of nowhere but with five hundred of your closest friends and a "bath house" a quarter mile away. The best part is you pay $36.00 per night to get screamed at by the old guy on a power trip (picture attached), telling you to "go park in your camp spot" - i guess when you power over nothing else in life, this is the best place to gain it by yelling at customers. (He didn't want me parking by the bath house to shower before i left and has no common sense to "ask" instead of losing his mind). Don't pay them to treat you this way, you can get it for free elsewhere.

We stayed in a tent at the campgrounds. Great location. We were able to pick our spot, which we chose close to the restrooms/showers, which were immaculate! You just don’t expect campgrounds to have such nice facilities, but this one was clean and smelled amazing. The staff at check-in were super nice also. Picnic tables are aluminum and clean. There was a smooth pad for us to put our tent and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. There’s a general store around the corner with everything you could need also. Great stay just outside Bryce Canyon! Highly recommend.

Very comfortable place to camp! Bathrooms were clean and warm (especially in a frigid and wet June visit). They have an Indoor dish washing sink located in the laundry, which was a great perk. Gift shops and general store all fully stocked and conveniently located. The free shuttle into the National park is conveniently located just out front. Excellent all the way around.

This park seems to be a hybrid between an RV resort and a state/national park campground. The compact sites are somewhat level and are gravel/dirt, with the accompanying dust that can be expected. Luckily, there was no rain during our stay as that would have been a muddy mess. There are some sites that are wooded; others, in the new section, are not. After staying in rv resorts for the past few weeks it was refreshing to see so many families with children and youth groups camping at this location. There are paved bike trails the short distance into Bryce Canyon and longer distance to Red Canyon making this a great location for visiting both areas. Ruby’s has plenty of tourist type shopping, complete with grocery and camp supply shops. If we were to return we would skip both of the laundry rooms. Although they looked clean, the one in the camp area had a foul sewer odor when we visited, and the other that we used for our laundry had a washer that accepted half of the $1.50 charge and rejected all coins inserted after that point. Another camper lost coins in the soap machine. The office is not near the laundry room so it wasn’t worth tracking someone down for a refund…a small inconvenience given all the positive features of this campground.
