This is a great stop if you need any souvenirs, groceries, or coffee! There are so many awesome displays as well! The place is spic and span! I really wish we would’ve stayed at Ruby’s Inn of Bryce Lodge-so much cheaper. The staff was extremely professional, and they had great uniforms as well. That were so classy! The grocery store was so clean, well stocked, and the employees were working to scrub the freezers! All of the employees were so nice and friendly. I would definitely go here again!

Very well equipped and convenient. Lots of products available. I didn't notice much price gouging like I've seen at some other remote outpost centers near popular natural attractions. Very friendly welcoming atmosphere.

Ruby’s Inn General Store carries a variety of camping essentials, we restocked on our food and ice supply from there while camping. Prices are fair compared to other options. The store is large and has plenty of art and historical artifacts with their history.

Ruby’s Inn General Store is a huge souvenir shop where you can find just about anything a tourist might be looking for ! We stopped here to find a few souvenirs to take home. You can easily spend an hour or more just looking around. There is a grocery store there as well. Definitely a place to check out while visiting Bryce Canyon. Prices are a bit high though.

So we are staying at the hotel and decided to walk into the general store to see what they have and what they offer. Well they have everything in their from clothes, hiking and camping gear, souvenirs, jewelry and the list goes on. There is food as well. And they have a lot. So if you need something and don’t want to go far go in and check this place out

Gift shop has nice souvenirs. If I could rate the gift shop alone I'd give it 4 stars. The grocery store section I would rate zero stars. It's basically a glorified 7/11. Several times I tried to buy fresh stuff and they were out. Normally I wouldn't shop at a place like this, but it's the only grocery store in town. I guess you'd have to drive to Tropic (next closest town) for better stuff. Even though Bryce is not really that far from anywhere it feels like it's completely remote based on the availability of decent grocery selection. This is mainland USA and it feels like a food desert. It's so strange to me that in the land of grand capitalism no one has been able to make a business of better grocery options 🤔. The next time I come to Bryce I will ensure I stock up at the closest Walmart (and believe me I'm not even a big fan of Walmart).

Had a lot of variety. If you're staying in the area for hiking and/or Bryce Canyon, they do have a little grocery store so you can buy some easy items if you don't want to eat at the restaurant or snacks for hiking. Then they have the more touristy items as well.

Man, we had an absolute blast buying souvenirs and we also bought clothing items and some things for our hike. It is really well stocked with all the fun things that you need and some that you don't need but you still want to buy 😎

I highly recommend stopping here if it's along your route. It is the best haven for unique souvenirs at amazing prices! They have a lot of stones, crystals, petrified wood, and more in an assortment of jewelry and small decor that can serve as a unique memory of your trip! They even wrap everything up for you so it stays safe til you get home :)

Lots of souvenirs but many "red rock" items were overpriced compared to other locations. I picked up some cold Starbucks at the store.

I absolutely love this place! They have lots of things to choose from: jewelry, lots of souvenirs, clothes, camping supplies, groceries, pastries, hot dogs, and lots more. The staff is so friendly!

Not bad store. I perused a lil bit here. Not gonna lie. The T shirts can be decently priced at $17-$20 a piece vs Zion is like $25-30. I’m knocking off points bc they don’t have gallon jugs of water. Only bottles.

Interesting and delightful store. A small grocery area, hiking gear, gift shop, and cozy outdoor seating area. If you forgot any of the essentials on your trip, you can find them here. The grocery area has a mix of fresh produce and packaged foods.

You will definitely feel like a tourist here. Ruby's has a fully-stocked grocery store, outdoor fishing goods, and auto emergency sections, however you have to hike through the massive trinket and tourist-trap area to get there. The beer selection is impressive for a National Park Lodge however Ruby's has been here since the 1920's.....just now they have a huge hotel, RV park, lodge, restaurant, and little train-like shuttles to take you throughout the maze of buildings. In the Lodge lobby there is a state-run liquor store (a closet actually) that is crammed into an 8' x 10' space. You have to let the main desk a few yards away know that you need help and as a further Utah decentive, they only take cash. Don't expect much in the way of selection, just the basics meaning Jose Cuervo is the only Tequila available. Knowing this, in the future, I will come to Utah with my own selections in hand.

Classic American food restaurant. Huge serving sizes, I definitely recommend splitting a meal. We shared an appetizer and entree and that was still more than we needed. Both were good (ribs with rice and asparagus on the side and the appetizer was potato slices covered in cheese and bacon), but the salad bar is pretty mediocre. Iceberg lettuce and a couple of standard vegetables that weren't the best quality. Other than the salad bar, which was passable, everything else was good. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone, the rice had good flavor, and the asparagus was a little crispy. And of course you can never go wrong with potatoes covered in cheese and bacon.

A big store filled with interesting things as in native American art, belts, winter stuff, chocolate, wallets, hunting things, souvenirs, and much more. It has a section that carries some market food. The store is located next to a wonderful restaurant and a nice hotel. The staff was pleasant.

Store is part of Ruby's Best Western site and provides wide range of goods and groceries plus gifts and memorabilia. Plenty of food choices and all at reasonable price. We obtained microwave meals twice and snacks for the next days journey. Very handy place.

I do not recommend this hotel if you drive an electric car. After returning from a day excursion, 3 of their 4 bays were blocked by gas cars and management were smug and indifferent. The hotel is not that great anyways. The rooms are ok but in need of maintenance. We had some safety concerns over the shower. Slippery floor etc. The door to our room needed slamming to close. The tub has a missing grab handle. The hot tub and pool do NOT have a usable changing room and most rooms would require a long walk through a busy parking lot, in winter, this would not be wise. There are no restaurants in Bryce City so you are forced to go to their buffet restaurant that is also, ok, not great, just ok.Overall this was not a great experience and their indifference to people diving EV's is unacceptable.

I actually used the laundromat that's open 24/7 and I changed money in the general store. They also have an ATM at the lobby and everything is very close. There are about 6 washers that are currently working and about 4 dryers. It was almost empty in Friday morning but got pretty busy by noon.

Clean bathroom, tourist store, bought a pocket knife for our 11 year old. He thought it was amazing. There was even a smaller grocery area. Friendly staff. There is a jewelry section, Christmas area, clothing, shoes, etc...it was fun to go in. They even had a native area with videos on how they cook in pots in the ground. Great stop.

Had about everything you needed for your National Park experience and the prices were reasonable given the remote location and the lack of competition from nearby stores. Very nice not to be gouged. We were at Zion the day before and prices over there were much much higher. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good. It even had a post office where we could mail our postcards.
