Went to Bryce Canyon and came here for a quick bite before heading back to Brian Head. None of the menu items looked that appetizing so we went with the burger and chicken strip basket. Whenever I eat chicken I always look at the meat before I eat it. Good thing I did because they were not fully cooked. The people working behind the counter came off as rude and uncaring so I didn’t bother saying anything. I threw away my food. My teenage son only ate about half the burger so that says something about the quality of the food there. Waste of $30. Should have gone to subway but wanted to give money to a local spot. Bad choice. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Can't say that I was disappointed because that would suggest I was expecting it to be good. When you see a place with such a diverse menu you know that nothing is fresh, everything is frozen. Walked in and cashier was just leaning on the counter. Decor hasn't been updated since the 90's. Got a burger, fries and small pizza. Fries were cold and tasteless. Pizza had soggy crust, wasn't fully cooked. Burger was dry and flavorless. It was the cheapest food in town or in the park, and it showed.Parking: Not much parking up front, and front lot is tight. Might have to park around back or on the side. No rv parking.

I got their nuggets meal for my son when we were visiting Bryce Canyon national park. I'm not that much happy with the food quantity on this price. I got 4 very small piece of nuggets and small size of fries on $7.99. They didn’t mention before how many nuggets is coming in the packets. May be it’s a tourist spot that's why the price is little high but if they communicated properly we would buy more.

Not often am I unable to finish a dish, this is the exception. I recommend going to the general store and getting some microwave food and saving yourself the stomach issues and violation of your mouth here. Something was simply off with the tastes. Old. Stale. Or simple not properly stored, rotated, cleaned or stored. Worked in kitchens my whole life. Not sure what is going on here but there is no… interest in the food by the people? Anyway, I don’t recommend this place. Many items not in stock, but that’s understandable. Maybe update the menus when that happens.Veggie Sandwich is fridge-stale bread with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and cheese. Not worth what they charge.Customer service was great.

Was going to try this place since we had the buffet yesterday. They didn’t have several items including what I thought might be the safest choice. Pizza. So I got a hot dog. It was big but not very tasty. My wife got the chicken tenders. This is not real chicken. But the fries were awesome!! Subway down the street is a much better option.

We asked about this place over at the gift shop and they said their pizza is good but take 10-15 minutes and go to Tropic to a pizza place there. We were tired of driving so we gave it a chance and it was so freaking delicious! The crust was thick but crunchy on the bottom, plenty of toppings and it just hit the spot. They have burgers, sandwiches, salads and other stuff but I would highly recommend the pizza!

The food was absolutely disgusting, almost inedible and although the place is clean and the staff is friendly, I do not recommend it at all. The only thing mildly decent was the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, which was just Ok.Don't order the chicken bowl or the friend shrimp. It was awful.

If you are visiting Bryce Canyon national Park, and if you are looking for a quick bite a little outside the park, then definitely head to this place. Considering the fact that the restaurants inside the park is not open all the time, you can definitely go here. Food was a little bit pricey but it was good. The cashier was pretty racist and I wish they have a better service which would make this place a good one.

My husband and I decided to eat at the Canyon Diner while staying at Ruby's Inn because we weren't hungry for a big dinner and it was disappointing. Granted, it may have been what we ordered, but it really was NOT good. You order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. We were going to order a couple of Rice Bowls - one Teriyaki Chicken and one Orange Chicken, but they were out of the Orange Chicken, so we went with one Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. When the food was ready, we discovered that the Teriyaki Rice Bowl was a small styrofoam container of white rice with pieces of dark meat chicken in a little teriyaki sauce. It was pretty bad.My grilled cheese sandwich was literally cheese between two slices of toasted white bread. It didn't appear to have been grilled in butter or anything. It just was not good at all.In hindsight, I wish we had just ordered burgers or something like that (or just headed out of town to find another restaurant) - it might have been a safer bet!

We stopped in while exploring Bryce Canyon National Park seeing that all the restaurants in the park were closed for the season. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is older and a little outdated but everything was very clean. The pizza was amazing to me and my kids and my husband liked his steak sandwich. It was nothing fancy and the food was higher priced than it may have been if it were not right outside the park but since there were no other options it made sense and we were hungry and did not mind paying a few dollars more. We would return.

Don't expect anything amazing at this remote location, but it was good enough for a quick bite close to the park. The food was a bit pricey, but it was expected for the location. The service was exceptional. We had the chicken ranch pizza. It was good enough for some sustenance, but once again, don't expect anything spectacular. The chicken was cooked, the onion was fresh, and the mushrooms were freshly canned... can't ask for much else.

Stopped in for lunch and got a burger with fries meal (my husband got the western burger). We both thought the hamburger meat was like those (actually in a flower shape) meat patties, like you buy at the local grocery store. They were terrible! They also tasted like they had been cooked and left under the warmer for an hour or two. And mine did not appear cooked all the way through. The bun was good. The fries were fine. The staff was a bunch of nice older women. But the hamburger meat was not good, and I did not finish it. Would not buy a burger here again.

This place was ok, the food is ok too. We went but they were advertising onion rings and they had no onions rings. No tater tots . No zucchini’s a bit disappointed and their ketchup Tasted like chemicals🤫

A fast food variety. We ate the personal pan pizza and dined on the patio because we have dogs. It was late evening so the veggie pizza is dark. Not fresh made but still was good.

I’m giving this 5 stars for a fast food place. It’s not like a real diner, more like a McDonald’s. Quick and easy fried food place. The pizza looked better than any of the food we got. Everything was clean and the food came out quick. Chicken strips were good and halibut was too.

Food tastes fine. Didn’t expect much in this part of town. Check the prices when you order to make sure it comes out right. Sometimes the price to pay is more than what is listed.

This review is sorta tricky for me. I had a cheeseburger with fries. The burger quality was poor, I'd say on par with maybe McDonald's or Burger King. Their fries are ok.What's difficult is that because of the location it's automatically better. You're a captive audience around Bryce canyon, and for what it is, it's not too bad. Would I go here if it was in my hometown? No. But it gets the job done. It's mediocre, maybe a little below, but not horrible. After a long full day of hiking it's calories, and that's really all you can ask for.I do wish they had frysauce though...

This was a poor experience on two ends. The staff were unfriendly and seemed angry to be there. The food was bland and had no flavor. We ordered a burger, a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries, onion rings, and a pizza. The only item that had any flavor was the pizza. Only order the pizza, don't expect much, and you should be fine.

Inoffensive but unremarkable fast food. Lunch for two was about $17, which is good for a restaurant at the gates of a national park. Servers were friendly and on the ball. Despite being busy, they served us quickly. They have tater tots, which was a nice feature, but the food was otherwise so bland as to be boring. Even the special of the day was dull. I’d recommend eating before reaching the park.

We just ordered pizzas. Order came out pretty quick and food was hot. We were after a quick meal and Canyon Diner hit the spot.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza option.
