Showed up and asked to see the room first after seeing the outside of the buildings. Pictures are misleading on booking sites. Went up to the first room and the heater wasn't working (there was still tons of snow and it was very cold). When I went back to the desk and told them they seemed unconcerned, but I asked for another room. Luckily that one had working heat. Sub par on cleaning or amenities. On the booking sites it says pool, fitness, etc. but what it doesn't say is that it is at another property across that street so not at Bryce View. We went to use the pool and it was so overcrowded there that we left. Won't be back for another stay... super disappointing. Hope they didn't put someone in that room # 4224 that didn't have working heat since they didn't seem to care. We travel a lot and aren't overly picky . Just want a decent place to lay out heads so this isn't a high maintenance type of issue.

A good location for access to everything in town and Bryce Canyon too. This appears to be an overflow hotel, generally for tour groups, and is owned by the same folks as the Best Western and Ruby's owners. Room was well kept and comfortable. Perfectly adequate for overnight. Continental breakfast was served at Ebenezers, a good chance to see inside if you didn't go to the dinner show.

I only want two things in a hotel room: the room is clean and I need the ability to clean myself. The room is clean enough but if you want to take a shower forget about it. There's next to no hot water so you'll randomly get ice cold water. The shower also doesn't drain properly so you're splashing around in dirty water while getting ice water dumped on you.Noteworthy details: Limited hot water

Let me preface my review by stating that my husband and I are pretty easygoing people who just want a comfortable room at a decent price and are able to overlook petty issues. When I read reviews, I am looking for an honest opinion on bed comfort, pool temperature, and breakfast options. So, at minimum that's what our review will address. This motel consists of several separate 2 story buildings. These are basic rooms, on the small side, but comfortable enough. The carpets leave your feet a little dirty so wear slippers. There isn't a ton of water pressure, but it's adequate for a quick shower. You have access to indoor and outdoor pools at 2 nearby hotels owned by the same company, which are both chilly, and nice hot tubs. Continental breakfast was provided at nearby Ebenezer's Barn and Grill and the food offered was fruit, oatmeal packets, bagels, toast, pastries, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, yummy croissants, and small cans of juice. The AC did not work exceptionally well and there are no outlets near the nightstand. My husband had to plug in a power strip to an extension cord to allow my cpap to reach. The location is fabulous and as expected, the price is a bit high for this room simply because of the location. I would however stay here again.

Wow! The room is great! Super clean! Have a microwave and refrigerator, which is convenient. Shuttle stops nearby and takes you to the National Park. Many stops that have jump on/off options! Riding the shuttle is so fun, and you can see things without driving 🚗 on your own.Rooms: The room is very clean and comfy!Nearby activities: Tons of nearby activities and can walk through the town.Walkability: Easy to walk around town.Food & drinks: Food and drinks 🍸 throughout town and a grocery store.

I really have nothing bad to say about this place. It just is what it is. It's an older vacation town hotel/motel. Our room was clean, everything working. For this who are pickier, they may not like it, but if your just looking for a decent place to lay your head and rest, it's good. The only thing hot about the Continental breakfast was the toaster, but otherwise decent and typical.

Good value and super close to Bryce Canyon. (You can take the shuttle into the park from here or drive 5 min). Room looked recently renovated and was clean. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was adequate but don’t go expecting pancakes or eggs & bacon, it’s more toast and pastries/yogurt.

We did a one night stay during our visit to Bryce Canyon. The lodge was comfortable and the prices were a little less than the other hotels in the area. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and quiet. We had an included breakfast at a nearby barn that is used for other performances. The food was just ok and it was laid out so nothing was where you would expect it to be. All in all, what you got for the cost was fair.

We stayed here in May 2022 for two nights. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It’s a little older so the rooms are smaller than newer hotels. We enjoy a good breakfast so a big plus for us was that you received a delicious complimentary buffet breakfast across the street at Ruby’s Best Western.. many tasty options (call to confirm to make sure that’s not changed). It’s just outside the park so easy in and out. Also, the park shuttle picks up at or near the hotel. It’s also less expensive than some other options.

We chose to stay here due to its proximity to Bryce Canyon. Check in took longer than usual since they were training a new staff. As far as the room goes, it's very basic, carpet smelled a bit moldy. Fortunately we were on the 2nd floor because the floors creaked even when walked very lightly. Breakfast was in another building at Ebenezer's Barn and Grill Dinner, the place was cute but unfortunately the food was so inadequate and the coffee was terrible. No doubt it's a value choice with a country charm but just enough for a night stop over.

My one night stay was perfectly fine. This is the cheaper option when staying in Bryce, but the room was perfectly adequate.Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and the room included a mini fridge. I honestly couldn't fault a thing with the room. There are no elevators to access the second level, stairs only. The entire complex is surrounded by what feels like an ocean of asphalt. Some more greenery would be nice for the outdoors, but it didn't impact the room at all.

This place definitely deserves more than its 3.7 review average! Was super clean and comfortable and you legit cannot beat the location. I booked this instead of camping in the park because the park campgrounds are all first-come first-served and I didn’t want to get stuck without a place to stay the night near the park, and the cost of booking a room here was totally worth that peace of mind. The beds were super comfy and it was absolutely pristine for the age of some of the fixtures. Shower was hot and had great water pressure. Also, I’m pretty sure we were one of maybe three or four other rooms with occupants since the parking lot was almost totally empty? My only explanation is that people are seriously sleeping on this gem of a place in favor of the very pricey Best Western across the street. And you can’t beat the huge free breakfast buffet. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Bryce.

We enjoyed staying just outside the gates of Bryce National Park. Our room was clean with refrigerator (worked well), microwave, table & chairs, and sink vanity outside the bathroom. There was also a low table beside the sink vanity that I enjoyed for toiletries, etc. Now, for the negative, the A/C didn't work, there wasno light switch on the fixture between the beds (had to plug & unplug), the shower drain was very slow, and the TV was a disappointment due to the fact that they were switching to a new cable service that was not in place yet. We often watch TV to relax. I shared these issues upon check out. I didn't do so before that because, 1) we were only staying 2 nights, and 2) we didn't notice the issues with the A/C the first night because it had turned cold that day, rained, and dipped into the 30s that night. The second day got pretty hot, eith the sun shining on the metal door of our room. As we left the morning after the night we realized the A/C wasn't working, we just left super early (4:30 am) and enjoyed the 49 degree weather outside.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay near Bryce Canyon I'd recommend it. I was nervous to stay at a motel but overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was full and we heard no noise from neighbors. We didn't have nightly service in the rooms but were able to get extra towels and shampoo. The room came with access to a pool and buffet breakfast, across the street.

Not sure why this place isn’t rated well, the room was clean and had plenty of amenities including a large fridge and microwave. Most of the furniture was pretty vintage but everything worked fine and was comfortable, especially for the affordable price. The breakfast buffet at Ebenezer’s was also great. If you have a Tesla there’s no chargers here, but there is one just across the street within walking distance at Ruby’s Inn that we used.

This is a great place to hit in the off season (Oct) on a motorcycle. So many wonderful geo formations. So many amazing colors and natural beauty.

This is a great Bryce Canyon location right next to the park shuttle buses. It was a lower priced alternative to the Ruby's Inn accross the street which is where my friends stayed. My room was fine and if I had to find a complaint it would be the squeaky floorboards. I had breakfast vouchers to eat at the Ruby's Inn which was just a four minute walk. I'd stay here again. I gave three stars for the service because they declared at check-in that they were short of staff and the rooms would not be serviced every day but to ask if something specific was required.

Room was clean. Beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. We stayed two nights and I don't think my back could have lasted another night. Breakfast is great if you want all carbs and sugar and no protein. We liked how our key cards could be used across the street at Ruby's Inn lodge for the pool and hot tub. Liked how close it was to the canyon- spent all day hiking in beautiful Utah!

Not the worst place to stay if you're visiting Bryce Canyon. This motel is on the cheaper side in comparison to other nearby options, and the location is excellent if you want to be nearby the park. From the motel, it's roughly a 5 minute drive to the park entrance. That said, this place isn't exactly brimming with amenities. The rooms are basic and have not been updated for decades; I suppose there's a certain nostalgic charm to that, but it's a bit jarring if you're accustomed to staying with the more modern chains. The rooms don't have fridges or microwaves, and the bathroom area is quite small. The beds are comfy, although they definitely are on the softer/sinkier side.Additionally, while I do appreciate the inclusion of the continental breakfast, I was recently spoiled for choice while staying at a newer hotel, so this breakfast's minimalist selection was a bit of a let down. Finally, my only encounter with the hotel staff was while checking in. When I arrived, there was a significant lineup to check in - I had to wait about 25 minutes. I've personally never encountered this at a hotel ever before - this may have been out of the staff's hands, but I still found it odd.Overall, while the price is right, the quality you get will reflect that price. If you go in with low expectations, you'll probably come away satisfied with the experience.

Pretty decent - about as I expected although I wish the room had been cleaned a little more thoroughly. They aren't offering housekeeping services during your stay because of COVID but give you the number to call if you need any fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was pretty good - it's about a 4 min walk across the street to Ruby's Inn and it's a hot breakfast with potatoes, eggs, sausage, french toast or pancakes depending on the day, fruit from a can, cottage cheese, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal. Some of the rooms have a mini fridge and microwave and you can make a special request if you want to make sure you get a room that has that. It's very close to Bryce Canyon which is great! About a 3-4 min drive to the entrance of the park. Overall pretty decent for the price.

Disgusting room. Multiple hairs on our beds and towels and an extremely dusty room which heavily impacted my allergies. The beds were not very comfortable either. The complimentary breakfest was acceptable, but definitely has room for improvement.Location was ideal, but that's about the only positive thing about this lodge.

It was a great place to rest. With only a 7 minute drive time to the entrance of Bryce.Only problem we had was the tub would not drain, you stood in ankle deep water as you showered. It was very quiet with a nice view. But I don’t recommend if you need a mini fridge or a microwave as they don’t have one.
