RV and tent camping spots less than 5 minutes from Bryce. Our TT was too long to fit into one of the Nat'l Pk spots. We went to BC Pines and found the perfect set up. Pull through spots, large pine trees for shade, quiet space and a GREAT STAFF!!These folks were so accommodating to us. When we had a family emergency, they were right there and able to help. I can't thank Damon, Rich and everyone else for their care and support. These folks are wonderful to work with and the park is great too! Thanks everybody. If we are ever going X-Country again, you can bet you will be one of our stops.Best, KC and Ann

We stayed here for 3 nights because it was cheap and close to Bryce Canyon. You definitely get what you pay for.We were placed in a tent site right beside the highway and a group site, not knowing the group site would be occupied over the weekend. The first night was fine after the traffic died down late that night, but the next night the group site filled up and partied until late. When I complained the next day, the staff could have cared less. I was told we could move sites but that meant packing up our entire site for our last night. I asked why the “quiet time” (10pm-7am) isn’t enforced. They said there is nobody on site past 8pm to monitor anything. The showers were gross, I wouldn’t recommend going in without your flip flops on or touching the grungy shower curtain. We will definitely not be back and do not recommend this place. If you’re looking for a free place to stay, show up past 8pm and leave before 7am, since there’s nobody onsite to monitor anything, including people who party all night.

We stayed at this campground in a camper van with 2 adults and 3 kids. This was a nice quiet place to stay. They had bathrooms with showers that were very clean and had great water pressure. They also had laundry facilities where you could do a full wash and dry for $2.25. The gas station had basic groceries and hot coffee which was a plus. It was close enough to Bryce Canyon but didn’t feel busy or touristy like some of the other campgrounds seemed. The views were really nice and the whole campground had a peaceful vibe. If staying with kids or pets I would recommend asking for a site in the middle of the campground. This campground borders active cattle grazing areas so it is surrounded by low barbed wire. It was no big deal- we were able to keep the kids away from it, but if you have really little ones, or feisty pets, it’s something to be aware of. It was really cool to see the cows coming in and out of the pasture in the morning and the evening. The staff were super nice at the gas station and all in all we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in the campground. The amenities were good. A table, fire pit, flat area for tents and running water. My issue was that the sites are very close to the highway so be prepared to hear traffic all night. Also, a few of our neighboring campers were pretty loud into the wee hours.Nearby activities: Bryce Canyon is 10 minutes away!

The website says to check-in at the gas station and that line sets the tone for this laid back RV campsite. Check-in was smooth and excellent and the facilities are adequate in every way. We were assigned our pull thru RV site (32' rig) and discovered that more than usual leveling was needed for the rig (side to side leveling). The spaces are close together but all utilities are excellent and well placed. We had a very good stay.

Wasn’t impressed. The campsites for tent camping are right next to a noisy highway. The price was a little high considering all the lacking amenities and the noise. Bathroom and shower (only 2 stalls) is located at the gas station which is a hike from the campground. Port-a-potties located all through the campground but they smelled to high heaven. Our sight was down wind of one and it just ruined the entire trip not to mention they were discussing and full. Just an awful experience for a campground. This place really needs to update their bathroom facilities. Pit toilets or compost toilets would be a much better option. We were disappointed.

A nice campground with decent amenities and a great location for getting into Bryce Canyon. A bit expensive for what you get, but that is to be expected. It is full hookup and they have a small store with a gas station. The bathrooms have 2 shower stalls so they can get busy at times. Overall a nice stay.

The people I interacted with all get 5 stars. Unfortunately our experience of the place an amenities were less than ideal. Maybe if you’re in an RV or trailer it’d be fine. But I’m a tent or RTT like us, less so. The tent sites are a bit far from the gas station which I gather is where the main flushable bathrooms and showers are. While we were there, they weren’t working which I understand happens but I should have gotten some kind of compensation. I thought it would be fine as they showed “bathrooms” throughout the sites and close to ours. But when we got there they were portapotties and not the cleanest. It was quite disappointing when we might as well dispersed camp in the area instead of paying. Then right by the highway was very loud and sites were pretty tight.Again, the people were great. I expected a much better experience.

When we came into the RV park there was only a handful of RV’s. We noticed our assigned spot was very small and very close to another RV we asked if we could have a less crowded spot. The blonde older lady at the gas station where you check in was very insistent that that they were 100% full, and that was the only spot available. And beyond that we needed to sign a additional contract that we would pay $35 every 30 minutes after the 11 am check out time If we happened to check out late. So we squeezed into our little spot for the next 3 nights. The first night we lost all power and the next morning it was still an empty RV park. Surely more people would come?? It was supposedly sold out!We watched for 3 days and the place was a ghost town even over the weekend. They could have easily accommodated our request for a different spot but out of pure laziness they were unwilling to do so. The response that they were “sold out” was an outright lie. There are some much better RV parks in the area. This one is right by a busy road, the sites aren’t kept up and the gas station is loud. The good news is if you really need a spot this place isn’t very busy.

Nice RV campground close to Bryce National Park. Full hookups. Friendly helpful staff. Not a ton of amenities, but they do have showers and a laundry room. We’ll stocked store and gas station on site.

The campground is beautiful we had a bad experience with the man that works there. I had reservations i made 4 months back and they put our 38 foot camper with slides in a tight spot. Our slides would be touching another camper. When I ask to be moved he was mean and nasty to me. When I told him why he finally moved us and he then understood why I wanted to be moved. Rather than being mean all he had to do was work with us. I won't be back. It's ashame because it is beautiful

This place is fantastic. Stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. The sites are very clean and spacious. Our site had a picnic table and a fire pit. Access to showers and wifi. Very clean restrooms and showers. The staff is super friendly. Not far from the park. Next time we go to Bryce Canyon, we will definitely be staying here again.

Nice campground-close to Bryce and easy drive to Zion. The drive through Red canyon was beautiful. WiFi is sketchy- makes it challenging to work while traveling- otherwise would be a 5.

Convenient campground with a gas station and small store very close to Bryce Canyon National Park. There were showers and potable water but both amenities were quite far from our tent site. Only bathroom close to our site were port a potties. The pine trees provided some shade during the morning and evening hours. Wifi was available by the store but not at the campsites. Overall we didn’t think it was the best bang for our buck, we’ve payed a similar price for other campgrounds with better amenities.

Wonderful campground. We were in site D1 and I needed to put two 2x6 boards under the front tires to keep the tires from leaving the ground. Great water pressure and 50 amps. Very close to Bryce and Red Canyon. Very friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Thank you for a nice stay.

We stayed here in mid-July. Honestly, it was not what I was expecting because we just came from some of the most beautiful campgrounds in the West, but it was perfect for what we needed~ We had been camping in a tent for weeks- we were looking for HOT, CLEAN showers and we got it. Nice laundry rooms and fantastic access to food and stuff to repack our supply for the next few weeks! The host were excellent- after going to Bryce Canyon, they told us about spots that they go to and they were AMAZING- right outside of Red Canyon!! The campground sits off the highway- noise WAS NOT a problem! Not a very scenic place, but a great place to camp going into Bryce Canyon or just stopping through! I would stay again!

We love this campground. Its got the real campground feel, but has everything a rv park has. There's a little bit of road noise from Scenic Byway 12, but it drops to almost nothing at night. Check in is at the Chevron next to the road, and the folks in there are super nice and fun to talk to. Check in is at 1pm, and its easy to see that much detail is given to the sites that are newly empty. Zero trash, nice fire rings and a picnic table, and well maintained hook ups. Its just about a 15-20 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP entrance, and that is only because of the roadwork being done at the turn off area. We ate at their restaurant just down the road and had a delicious meal ~ all owned by the same family. We love it here!

Family owned business with restraunt across the hwy. Great food their also.... try the sour cream raisin pie.... so good. The camp ground is awesome, just big enough to get in the reservations but not so large to bring in "too many campers" . Perfection if I may say so. We had a tender storm the other night and the temperature dropped about 20° in minutes. Thanks God we had an RV not a tent. Their are about 10-20 tent sites here also. 10 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park entrance as well as many other little gems to discover. Bring your bike, saddle sore cream, hiking looking glasses, gear to be able to see and do it all. Because either is here.

This is a lovely campground. The sites are all gravel. There are trees throughout the campground. Our site was a little tight for us due to a tree that prevented us from completely extending our awning. There is a gas station and a store with some supplies and food. The people are extremely helpful and friendly. They have a gas station. There is an asphalt two lane dual use walking and biking trail that runs along the bank of the highway at least ten or fifteen feet from the road that extends our beyond the campground in one direction and goes all the way into Bryce Canyon National Park in the other direction. The campground is good sized but the trees and rolling hills make it appear smaller and more cozy. There is plenty of room to walk around the campground and one can also walk the paved walking biking trail.

Very nice front desk. Can handle large rigs. Sites are nice. Only 6 miles from Bryce Canyon. Clean free showers. Plenty of space to walk the dogs. Camped in and around pine trees. Whole campground extremely clean.

Close to one of the most beautiful places in the world. See Pics. Campground sites are small, very close to each other, kindly leveled but you may need some wood for your tire, full hookups, clean. Check-in was easy, discount as teacher, clean room while waiting for laundry and great Wifi. If you’d spend most of your time at the NP, this is the place. It is located by a farm with cows running close to the campground. This is a family friendly site.

We had a very frustrating experience with this campground. First, I want to note that I made my reservation online in December, for an end-of-April stay. I noted we wanted to have a tent site (for as much quiet as possible) and that we would have 2 camper vans of 19ft each. My reservation was accepted. 1 week before our trip we decided we wanted to extend our stay by one night. I called and was told the campground wasnt open Mondays, call tomorrow. I call Tuesday and get the night added but then was told that we couldnt dump any black (we dont have) or grey water (do, from sink) in the campground. No problem with us. I asked about late check in and was told I would have to call back again the next day b/c she only works the motel. I call again, get grilled about the black and grey water tanks again and only then am I informed that 2 vans wont fit in the campground sites. Needless to say this was information that would have helpful before. So 1 week before we are scrambling. We decide to cancel all nights except for the first, so I call and do that. We arrive at 9pm only to find that a) most tent sites could easily fit 2 vans and much worse b) the port a potty that is the 'bathroom' in the tent area is locked. And we are put into a site right next to both the highway and the RVs, even though the rest of the tent sites were empty. Did I mention there was no open bathrooms!!!??? So we go to check out the next day, mad as hell, and we are informed that the port a potty company from Kanab cant be reached to open them up, and there was a bathroom, with showers, on the back of the Chevron. NONE of the many times I called was this mentioned, nor was it posted on the Chevrom (when we arrived it was closed), nor was it posted or mentioned in our after-hours check in material. Staff was sorta apologetic but also threw up their hands and acted like nothing could be done. Summary: tent sites were ok, small-ish and near the road, but in pines. The bathroom in the Chevron is actually pretty decent. We didnt shower but flushing toilets while camping is great. But the biggest frustration was the utter lack of communication and unprofessionalism of anyone we talked to. I had to call multiple times to get things arranged properly, we werent informed of the 1 van limit, and we werent informed of the bathroom situation, which is pretty unforgivable IMO.

I camped at a tent site this past weekend for 3 nights. The place is well maintained, and the sites are well laid out with good space in between and some trees for shade. The showers were clean with great water pressure and the bathrooms were usually clean. The two ladies at the desk when I arrived were especially friendly and helpful. I arrived late and one of the ladies even helped me with my laundry so that I could eat at the restaurant before it closed. I really appreciated her kindness, especially after driving all day. A great experience and I would recommend this place if you want to camp and explore Bryce Canyon National Park.

Decent campground that is relatively close to BCNP. Sites were semi level. Bathrooms need updates. Interesting between about 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. each day we were there a few vans/Rv’s would show up, pull into an empty space, empty their tanks, fill up with water, use the showers and leave. Not sure if the office staff knew this or not. Interesting.

Great location between Red Canyon and Bryce Canyon. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The RV section is gravel but well shaded in most sites. They have a Chevron Gas Station and a nice selection in their convenience store. We would recommend a specific site, but you might reserve it before we can. Also, the 21 mile bike trail between Red Canyon and Bryce runs in front of the campground. One of the nicest bike trails anywhere.

Just left this morning after staying four days while we toured red canyon and Bryce Canyon. This campground deserves five stars! I’ve been camping since a small child so it’s fair to say I know a good campground. The showers are not timed and lots of hot water and clean. The toilets and floors are clean. The laundry room has four machines two of which are front loaders. The dryers had six again two being larger then other four. The washers are under 2$ and dryers are 75 cents for 30 min. The store is clean and well stocked Firewood was reasonable although with the winds we had only one fire. The campground itself well maintained and branches trimmed for those of us with big rigs. The pull throughs are well shaped and the lot itself is nice size the plus....shade shade shade not these rv parks that fill up a “parking lot” type park. The staff is fantastic good time chatting with them and also their restaurant 1/2mile down the road EXCELLENT!!! The homemade bosenberry pie a’la mode yummmmm. Will come again when back in area. 😀😀😎😎
