My puppy was very happy after his 4 day stay. And even turned around to say bye to the owner. I've never seen him do that when I've been gone for more than a day. Shows me they treat the puppy's with love.

Ellie’s Pet Hotel was amazing! You always hate leaving your fur babies, but not when you know your baby is being well sought after. Hooey looked happy and well cared for and didn’t smell like a kennel when we kicked him up.I highly recommend Elie’s to everyone that needs a loving place to leave your pet, worry free💙

We have utilized Ellie's pet hotel services twice and they are always so kind, super fast to respond, and care for our two dogs. I always get really nervous and hesitant to leave my dogs anywhere after a horrific experience with a dog trainer and one of my dogs (our Vizsla) being abused and malnourished. Adam really put my concerns at ease with how he interacts with people but then our dogs went right up to him. They have taken extra steps to make our dogs happy.It is also really cool to see a family run business with their kiddos taking great care of the dogs too. When we picked up our dogs last time, they were busy, efficient, and still made the time to chat with clients while either checking dogs in or out from their stay. Their kids all knew they jobs and it was seriously awesome to see everyone working so well together taking care of peoples pets/family members.Thanks for always providing such a high level of care for our pups! :)

We loved this place! We highly recommend them. It’s a family owned business and they took the time to show us around the kennels and answered all of our questions. Our dog came home happy and well taken care of. They made pick up and drop off easy for us. We will definitely be coming back!

This place was wonderful! I highly recommend them & will be using them in the future. I could tell immeditaley when I picked up our dog that he was well cared for. He was happy & not stressed out. The owner & his family went out of their way to ensure my dog was comfortable during his stay. The owner answered all my questions & gave me a tour of the facility, which was very clean & organized. My dog LOVES it here always comes back happy and healthy and gets excited when I drop her off, they even gave her cute little treat bag and a frisbee! Would 10/10 recommend! I feel comfortable with my dog here and know she is in such good hands! Great price and great variety of rooms!

Ellie's Pet Hotel is run by one of the kindest individuals ever. -My wife and I dropped our dogs off the night before we were to leave on a trip. Unfortunately she woke up sick the next day so we canceled our trip. I went to pick up the dogs and Adam didn't even charge us for the night's stay. Absolutely amazing customer service, we will definitely be coming back. Thanks Adam!

First time boarding here. We have two larger pups. They had such an amazing time and I know they got so much love and attention. When we finally picked them up, they were so happy (and clean!). Every other time we board, they stink and are dirty and unhappy. These girls were clean and happy! So truly happy! Will absolutely use again!! 10/10!!!

Ellie was able to fit our dog Ralph in for a last minute reservation. She was kind and helpful! We came from Logan just to board him here and will definitely be boarding him here again the next time we go out of town. She took great care of our dog and he came home happy and healthy!

We even have a stuborn German Shepherd that has not been comfortable around strangers, and he has loved Feline from the first time we took him there!He absoulutely loves going there for mini vacations or just for a few nights!I HIGHLY recommend taking your pets there!

I was sad to find out that Ellie's Pet Hotel is temporary closed when my wife tried to reserve for our 4 cats. We hope that Ellie's will re-open soon. We had the best of the service with her, our dogs were always happy there.
