Ace Hardware is a great store. I'd much rather go here than any of the "big box" stores. We moved here 10 months ago and I haven't had to go to a big box store since. We've been to Ace a lot and they've always had everything we've needed. I love the hometown feel and very friendly staff. Most of the time I'm not sure exactly what I need and there's always someone available to help. Today we needed stain for the stairs on the back of our house. Becca was amazing and helped us get exactly what we needed. She was very helpful and friendly. She talked and treated us like she'd known us for years.I'll wear a mask when it's required but I really appreciate the fact that Ace lets their customers decide if they want to wear a mask or not. The store isn't overly crowded and the employees keep a respectable distance. No point living our lives in fear. I feel very safe in Ace Hardware and in Brigham City.

Overall, very helpful staff. Clean and well organized store. It's more expensive than Walmart, or Lowes, but it's a locally owned franchise, and you get to talk with real people that know how to help you with whatever you're working on.Highly recommend.

I stopped Ace to have a backup key made for my car. The gentleman that helped me found the right key and went out to car to programed the key and made sure it worked properly. It was half the cost or more than if I went to the dealership. Way to Ace you're the BEST!!!

I wish I knew the lady that helped me. She met me at the door, guided me to the two items I needed, made suggestions and wished me a great day. In and out in ten minutes. Service I don't witness often enough anymore.

Came to buy an air nozzle, 1.5 inch adjustable wrench, a chisel and some tie down straps. We were able to find everything on our own except the straps. We asked a gentleman who pointed us in the right direction. This is a great store with great customer service. We come here all the time for last minute things at work.

Good store, glad we have it. The only negative is, the prices are quite high and the staff is hard to find. At the front counter, their first priority should be customer service, not talking to each other or complaining about aspects of their jobs. Customer service is a lost art.

We went down to ace to get some paint advice and in the middle of our interaction a lady interrupted our conversation,demanding for his help. He was curtious and told her he would help her when we were done and she stormed off. We then continued our conversation with the employee and she came back and chewed him out if front of everyone but he remained professional and helped us get what we needed . And politely apologized to the lady while she yelled walking out the door. I appreciate his help and his professionalism. He deserves a raise .

Ace is typically easy to get in, get what you want, and get out. Sometimes there is a short line at check-out, but they have about everything you need to improve your home, work in your garage, or grill on the smoker.

I was in town picking up some lumber. Went to Ace as I drove by The store itself was stocked nice and had everything I needed Many items were in display for sale and I took advantage of some. The service was what was poor. A woman with long hair and glasses checked me out. Unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Needs some customer service training won't be going back.

Pretty well stocked and nice folks, but when an item marked $4.50 doesn't have a barcode, you don't charge $4.95 because the computer can't figure it out. You charge the price marked, because computers should serve humans - not the other way around. Any system that can't be overridden should be shut down and thrown out with hammers that don't hammer and drills that don't drill.

Called in to rent a tiller. They said to come pick it up by at 2:00. Drove 30 mins and when I got there they said both tillers were broken. They were rude and very unorganized. Better to skip this rental place and go somewhere else.

I went in to try to find some items for a project I'm doing for my daughter. A gentleman named Monty helped me out and he was amazing. He got me some wood boards I was after, a handle and hinges. I was in and out of the store fairly quickly thanks to his help. Bonus that he was very friendly with customers. I will be going back for future hardware needs.

I have been to Ace in many places and they are generally very helpful but this particular store, one has to "ask" for help, rather than help being offered as one walks in the door. Alas, I always find what I need here when the smaller hardware store is either closed or doesn't have what I need. My expectations are very high for Ace Hardware, as I am used to a more energetic staff willing to help at the door. I visited last month, purchased almost $400 in building supplies, including 14x40@18 pieces of plywood, waited 30 minutes and started loading up my truck myself, of which apologies were given but when I returned a month later, the same neglect was shown again.

This Ace is great! Always helpful when I need a LOT of propane. The cashiers are all really nice and friendly. Any time I've asked for help I've gotten it quickly and with a good attitude.

Honestly, I love this store so much! They are always friendly and affordable- I'd give 5 stars but I got turned away from the store at 7:55; I only needed one quick item, but I guess they actually close at 7:55?

Would give 5 stars but very often I go and they don't have the part I need. They have only a few selections in each area. Sometimes I can adapt my project but other times I'm left with needing to go to a different store. They do have good customer service... When you can find someone.

The Brigham City Ace has very helpful staff. The staff tries very hard to provide the service you expect from an Ace Hardware! It has a fair amount of stocked hardware with a very large paint section that rivals some of the larger stores. I have made a couple trips to this Ace store for basic parts etc and they didn't have what I needed which was very surprising to me. If you need something that you believe is out of the ordinary you should call first.

Reserved Scaffolding for all day Sunday but because they didn’t open till 11 on Sunday we made arrangements to pick it up the night before right before closing. We arrived at 7:45pm to pick up (close at 8pm) and it had been rented out and the customer had been told to return it when ever. We had cleared our schedules and had arranged extra help to work on our project from 8am- dark on Sunday. We left and were told they would contact us as soon as it came back in. At 12 on Sunday we hadn’t heard anything yes so I called to see if it was back in. The employees there didn’t know anything about the issues the night before. They said they would go see if it was there. They said it was there so my husband hurried into town to get it. When he returned it was outside scaffolding not the one that’s shown online on their rental page. We decided to make it work at this point we had lost most of the day light. We got it set up and we’re working by 2. We didn’t get it finished (due to not starting when we planned) so the next day my husband took off work to finish it, at 11:30 I called because we needed about an hour longer. We were told no problem to have it back by 2. We had it back by 2 just to be charged an additional $18 on top of the $50. Not impressed, $68 for the wrong rental, messed up pick up times and very uneducated employees. Next time will drive to Logan it Ogden for our rental needs. 1/5 stars is generous

Very poor service. Not one person asked me, "Do you need help." I walked all through the store. Not one employee in sight to receive help from. You as an establishment are generating misery in your life and professional life. I feel sorry for you!!!!!
