Shaggy Chic Spaw is awesome! We bring our Doodles to Jace and she’s such an awesome, patient, and kind groomer with our puppies.I also love that between haircuts, we can use the self serve dog wash units they have at the Spaw. I love that they include shampoo, conditioners, towels, and finishing spray in the cost of use. Other companies with same service offerings in the area, don’t include those. You have to bring your own or buy them there additionally.

Riley Carlson always does such an amazing job on my dogs! She always knows exactly how I want them to look and they absolutely love her! Shaggy shake is such a cute salon and a great environment! Here’s a picture of my dog before and after his appointment today. Rylie cleaned them up so nicely, And made him look so handsome just in time for Christmas!

I took my 7-month-old bernedoodle here for his first full grooming and the groomer, Jacki, did a purrrrfect job! Right away he felt at home and when I picked him up a few hours later he was just as happy and excited as when I dropped him off... just MUCH cleaner and well-groomed! We will be going here in the future for sure.

Had my little guy groomed here dozens of times and it was great. Our regular groomer left and the new girl gave him razor burn and took off the top layer of skin on his private area.No one said anything to me about it and said how great he did during the service. I didn’t even think to check his privates.He spent the night licking the area which caused an infection and essentially a giant burn in his thighs and private area.I called and left a message to ask what happened and got a text response letting me know they talked to the staff about it. They offered me a free service.I don’t feel comfortable bringing him back so that does nothing for me.I’m out the cost of an awful grooming session and now a vet bill. If they would have just told me upfront I could have put a cone on him and avoided a lot of this.

Sadie at shaggy chic was so nice and when our dog’s cut wasn’t quite what I was wanting she fixed it perfectly, no problem! I will definitely be taking our dog back here. It’s also really clean and nice inside.

In the 4 years that we’ve had our dog, we’ve never been to a groomer that has done such an amazing job.The location was very clean and the receptionist was friendly.The whole grooming was quick and the staff made sure I had all the updates so I could pick Remy up the second he was finished.It’s easy to notice detail that Jackie puts into each dog. She listened to everything we wanted before we dropped our dog off and made sure that we were 100% satisfied when we left.Jackie, you’re amazing! Great job, shaggy chic Spa!

Let me share with you what kind of groomer, Tess Billingsley is. 😍 If I could give more then 5 stars…we would. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Let me start by saying she is compassionate about our “kids”. Our oldest, Sheltie, had problems standing up during the grooming. Tess worked with her and gave her needed breaks to help with her hips. When I shared with her that she fell back on some steps at home, she lifted her up and brought her back to the grooming table. She treats our dogs with so much love and care!! She truly loves animals. ❤️Our little Pomeranian loves TESS!! And when I mean LOVE…I sincerely mean it. Came to pick him up and he was kissing her and licking her like she was his mama. You know he feels comfortable when he’s doing that kind of affection.The prices are always reasonable. But the care for our dogs is top shelf. If you need to have your dog / “kids” groomed, Tess Billingsley is the BEST!! Hands down she will love and care for your kid like it’s her own!!

Me and my wife have been grooming our dogs since they were puppies but life has been so busy so we decided to take them to the groomers which is totally unfamiliar to them. I imagine they were not perfectly behaved being in a new place but Shaggy Chic did an incredible job. There are no random long hairs on their bodies and they even brushed their teeth! I am very impressed and thankful that they took such good care of our babies and did exactly what we asked. Thanks so much, we will be back!

One thousand percent recommend Jackie! Sweetest personality. Kind and easy to talk to. Worked on my dog Louie who isn’t the easiest dog and had tons of matting but she did the best grooming job he’s ever had! I’m so happy!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Shaggy Chic. We have been coming here for about a year and we don’t plan on finding another groomer. They listen to what you want done and follow through! They go above and beyond to make sure my dog looks amazing and isn’t stressed out. They are accommodating and kind. Belinda is the best groomer and our Finn just loves her. We love Shaggy Chic!!!

Brought my senior kitty here to get a lion cut, he doesn’t do so well keeping up on his fur anymore. (He’s 16, so I can hardly blame him.) we had a rough experience at a different groomer and we learned that it’s better if he doesn’t sit in a kennel with a fan on him. They listened and heard what I said and just gave him the haircut. The person who groomed him said she felt bad because it wasn’t the best she had ever done because he’s so boney and has a lot of loose skin. I 100% disagree. He looks great! He isn’t easy to groom and he came home without any nicks and in great spirits. I will be bringing him back again! Pics to show off my handsome senior.

I started taking my corgi to shabby chic about two years ago. Past groomers told me he was difficult to groom and trim nails. When I found Tayler at shabby chic, she listened as I explained that he had been attacked by another dog while at a previous groomer. She took time to work with him. He always comes home super shiny, trimmed nails, and greatly reduced shedding that lasts weeks! The staff greets him and makes me feel that he is safe and cared for.

I absolutely adore shabby chic. I started my puppy as soon as I could. She adores Caro. Caro does a fabulous job! We were finally able to bring my older pup back. He had some serious arthritis issues and didn’t tolerate touching much. He was so happy after his last groom. He strutted through the house and was so proud of how he looked. It felt like he had gotten back his old self.

I took my Irish Setter here to be groomed and it was a great experience! He has only been groomed two times now and the first time we went to a different groomer which was not a great experience. He came back with bald patches and uneven trimming. At Shaggy Chic we were welcomed warmly and he got the exact hair cut we wanted! His groomer was Tessalyn and she did a great job! We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing, friendly staff. My dog smells and looks amazing thanks to them. What a cute, extremely welcoming, funky, colorful shoppe! Almost makes me want to quit my job to come join the team 😍😍😍 They cut no corners on getting his undercoat brushed out and taken care of.I will never return to Petsmart or Petco (who often cut corners or are downright rude at times) due to Shaggy Chic Spaw's great care. Even gifted my pups some treats at the end of our visit! ❤️❤️❤️ My chihuahua just had his nails trimmed and they put up with his drama and everyone got a good laugh out of it LOL

I took my Shitzu mix here and they were able to finish in way under the time they quoted, it was great. The staff was really friendly and super cute with our little guy. He came out looking like such a handsome boy.
